We all sat on the floor with Bear surrounding him with love while photos and videos played on our TV screen and talked about our favorite times with him. Dr Dana did not rush and Bear went to sleep peacefully. She brought a stretcher in and covered him with flowers before taking him to the transport vehicle to be cremated. I paid $90 for a flu shot based on that information and even sent over all of her medical records in advance. However, when I called to schedule boarding, I was then told that a "pre-boarding" trial stay is required--and that there wasn't enough time before my trip. This requirement was never mentioned during either of my earlier calls. Because of this lack of communication, I had to make last-minute arrangements and spent money on a vaccine that ended up not being necessary for my situation. The staff may have good intentions, but this process should be clearly explained upfront so pet owners can plan properly and avoid unnecessary expenses.

The front desk staff and vet techs were kind, efficient, and genuinely great with Piccolina, they even let her bring her stuffed bunny into the exam room. Dr. Ally Gean was outstanding. She did a thorough exam, explained everything clearly, and helped diagnose the issue without pushing unnecessary tests or procedures. I really appreciated her honesty and how easy she was to talk to. They also went above and beyond with the medications. Piccolina's liquid anti-inflammatory was pre-measured into individual syringes, with extra in case we lost any while giving it.
