Here's something cool I noticed - the exam room didn't have an exam table. The tech and the doc both sat on the floor with the dogs! Everyone from the reception staff to the vet tech to the doctor was amazing. And for the first time at a veterinary office I felt like we were given transparent health and financial info with which to make decisions and didn't feel like I had to keep my hand on my wallet. They take great care when I have to board my cats and send daily pictures with cute messages. During the previous boarding, I requested a sanitary trim for my 19yo Maine Coon. The groomer had other ideas. She had the nerve to completely shave my cat, and in the process, nicked her tail twice. She then admonished me for not giving her gabapentin. My cat doesn't need gabapentin. She's extremely calm. I then discovered that the groomer charged $100 vs $24 for the sanitary trim. To Bowman's credit, I was refunded $76. I would highly recommend NOT using their grooming services. The last thing you want when you are away and unable to advocate is to leave your animals in the care of Edward Scissorhands.

My puppy is not motivated with treats which seemed to be the only way the trainers knew how to use. Our dog was returned to us with no successful training.
