I have a French Bulldog, and because of their sensitive skin and tendency toward allergies, it's very important that they are completely dried after bathing. If their skin stays damp for too long, it can cause problems. Sometimes the time restriction makes it a bit challenging to properly dry my dog.

Today was my dog-daughter's 9th birthday, so we decided to come back here again for treats. We got the same cake last time for our dog-son. It's a banana bread cake with frosting for about $35. The nice man at the front was very ecstatic about helping us with our purchase - he definitely sold me some birthday treats with the cake. He also gave us a free sample of some dog food, after rebate. Having such a lovely environment in this cute little shop can make anyone feel very welcomed. The man at the front did just that; he has excellent customer service and truly helps people out! We'll definitely be back soon when we have a birthday again!

From the very beginning, the customer service was wonderful. Max can be a little particular about who he allows to groom him, so finding someone he feels comfortable with isn't always easy. The fact that he did so well with them really says a lot! I also appreciated how knowledgeable they were about his breed and the proper care of his coat. It's reassuring to know he's in good hands with people who truly understand what they're doing. And of course, I absolutely loved how his haircut turned out! He looked adorable! When I arrived, another groomer reminded Kristal that my pup was her 3:30 appointment. Kristal appeared frustrated, rolled her eyes, raised her eyebrows, and told me, "I'll take you back in a minute. I still have to finish this dog." I understand that scheduling mix-ups happen, but her body language and tone came across as though she did not want to be there. I offered to cancel and reschedule with another groomer, and she said, "No, I have to stay anyway," in a tone that made me uncomfortable leaving my pup in her care. Because of the interaction, I decided to cancel. Luckily, I was able to make an appointment at another grooming salon, and my pup came out so happy and looking incredibly handsome. Unfortunately It is safe to say I will not be returning here for grooming services I believe a groomer's attitude and personality are important because pets can pick up on that energy. As a pet owner, I want my pup to feel comfortable, welcomed, and genuinely cared for.

When I was thinking of turning his nail trim into a full bath and brush service the employee had to go in the back and get the groomer who then came out and gave me attitude "oh ok so not just a nail trim. A full service" They didn't go over everything it included. I had to ask questions to make sure. What really set me off was as I was walking away she goes "oh he looks so skinny" and said it in such a concerned and weird tone. Excuse me? He's a 5 month old puppy. If you know anything about dogs, their ribs stick out a little when they're puppies. I feed my dog very healthy and expensive dog food and he doesn't go hungry. I thought that was weird. When I picked him up, he was clean and nails were cut good. She said "he is so terrified" ... He was wagging his little tail happy to see me. He wasn't "terrified". It was his first time having a spa day and maybe this groomer just had too much on her plate to give him slow and loving care. The customer service in this grooming salon sucks. Not coming back

If you ever need pet supplies, you can visit PetSmart and buy some essentials at Target! Win-win. I wouldn't come on Saturday and Sunday mornings due to the influx of foot traffic. I have two dogs: a short haired chihuahua mix and a lab mix. I usually take them here to have a bath, nail trim, and I add on the furminator! The furminator really works; I've barely seen fur around the house in comparison to the previous summer. Shout out to Kaitlyn and Angelyna for being our frequent doggy bath specialists. They always give kind reports about how our dogs behaved during the bath. This PetSmart is also very clean inside, in comparison to other Petsmarts. Many PetSmart reek or pet urine or of pet stench. Yet, this PetSmart is well kept and up to date. The only downfall is the exterior which has plenty of urine and fecal matter. It smells before you come inside. Kudos to pet owners for encouraging their dogs to utilize the restroom outdoors! Needless to say, great PetSmart!
