They have a good selection of products and very attractive discounts. I especially enjoy washing my dog there. The shampoos they provide smell amazing, and they offer multiple options, which means I don't have to bring or purchase my own. The only downside for me is the time limitation at the self-wash stations. I have a French Bulldog, and because of their sensitive skin and tendency toward allergies, it's very important that they are completely dried after bathing. If their skin stays damp for too long, it can cause problems. Sometimes the time restriction makes it a bit challenging to properly dry my dog.

We've been going to that other "smart" store for over five years to have our dog's nails trimmed…read more Ever since, they've told us that we can just walk in and they will do the trim. The most we've ever had to wait is about 15 to 20 minutes. Today, was no different, walked in at 10:15a, let them know that we needed a nail trim, the associate said that the earliest they can get us in was not till 12 PM without an appointment. An appointment? I explained to them that in the five years we've been going to them for nail grinds (which is pretty frequent) we've never had to make an appointment. That's when she said that making appointment has always been in place. So, I walked out, came over to The Good Dog. The General Manager greeted us, even while working with another customer. Listening how he handled the other two customers in front of us (who appeared to be regulars) set the tone that this is a friendly place that we want to be a part of. You know, it's like "Cheers," you wanna go where everyone knows your name! Well, they were able to get us in right away. They advised we typically do not need to make an appointment for nail grind, but to simply call up to make sure they are not busy at the moment, otherwise can get in quickly. I think that's reasonable, fair enough AND smart! "Thanks, Good Dog!"

They offered medical wipes for my dog's injury and a complete re-grooming with a different groomer. I chose not to continue patronage, but the offer and continued open communication was very appreciated. Original Review: This is the first time I've been to this location and decided to go here due to the large number of good reviews. They were able to fit my appointment in very last minute, less than 24hrs notice, super friendly staff, and lots of merchandise. Also great cut options avaliable for someone new, trying to figure out what a new groomer can do with a new client. Asked them to brush his teeth and grind his nails, to which they accomplished (at least his breath smells better). With that said, I was told they would contact me 20 minutes before he's ready for pickup, they did not. They messaged me when he was done. No big deal. When I picked him up, immediately noticed the uneven cut job. As we're driving home, noticed A BUNCH of dirt left in his coat. Makes me question if they bathed him, and if they did, they didnt do a good thorough job. Also started to notice the uneven cut throughout his body, from his stomach where they left bunches of fur, to his back, which seemed as though they used two sizes for razors. They cut him (most likely by accident) but just reinforces my suspicion that they rushed through his entire "grooming". For the $100 package, counting $15 for dental/nail grinding, I can't say I'm not disappointed. Unfortunately, will not be coming back. Sincerely disappointed :( I will have to bathe him again, give him a complete haircut, and finish areas they didnt even attempt too, such as the hair under his nose going into his mouth.

I did my research myself this time. most of their Chicken feed was NOT Priced. SO I did a quick google search on one I was interested in to see the cost online.... so I had an idea. I didn't want to carry a 50 lbs bag up to the register and find out it was more than I wanted to spend. online said $19.99 on Chewy. so I grabbed that bag and headed to the register. I asked how much the guy said $24.99. okay I'll take it. I mentioned a lot (most) of the chicken feed didn't have prices. his response "I sell it too fast to price it" and some other dumb one liners. OKAY then Mr genius how about putting a sign or price on the rack Surely that can't be to much effort. I own a business that I KNOW for a fact sells 10x's or more the amount of items this place does in a day. yet all our items are priced the old fashioned way with a price gun. we also inventory it into an out of date Point of sale system. anyhoo. this place cost more than getting it shipped directly to your house. I looked at other items too for my chickens and dogs and decided overall I will not be back due to overpriced items and rudeness/or lack of caring. generally wouldn't have been bothered by the slightly higher prices. But the staff ruined my ability to want to shop small or local With them. it's pretty simple to say..."oh didn't realize we skipped a few items I'll check it out".

Last week I was in the store twice for fish and Leah was so knowledgeable and professional with the fish and able to answer all my questions as I'm still a relatively new fish owner! Their cashiers, I think it's the manager? A gentleman who I've seen walk a few times and always tells me hello, but u recommend this location, I've purchased two dog crates as he outgrew the XL one quick, multiple fish and multiple toys, balls, and bones! Also if you need a string dog collar, the 2 inch Kong is amazing! My dog has had one almost a year now with no issues and seems to be comfortable as when I take it off he won't leave it alone lol

Took my dog to the grooming salon to get his nails clipped. The groomers/bathers were not welcoming…read moreat all. No "hi" or "welcome". Everyone looked pretty miserable. When I was thinking of turning his nail trim into a full bath and brush service the employee had to go in the back and get the groomer who then came out and gave me attitude "oh ok so not just a nail trim. A full service" They didn't go over everything it included. I had to ask questions to make sure. What really set me off was as I was walking away she goes "oh he looks so skinny" and said it in such a concerned and weird tone. Excuse me? He's a 5 month old puppy. If you know anything about dogs, their ribs stick out a little when they're puppies. I feed my dog very healthy and expensive dog food and he doesn't go hungry. I thought that was weird. When I picked him up, he was clean and nails were cut good. She said "he is so terrified" ... He was wagging his little tail happy to see me. He wasn't "terrified". It was his first time having a spa day and maybe this groomer just had too much on her plate to give him slow and loving care. The customer service in this grooming salon sucks. Not coming back

If you ever need pet supplies, you can visit PetSmart and buy some essentials at Target! Win-win. I wouldn't come on Saturday and Sunday mornings due to the influx of foot traffic. I have two dogs: a short haired chihuahua mix and a lab mix. I usually take them here to have a bath, nail trim, and I add on the furminator! The furminator really works; I've barely seen fur around the house in comparison to the previous summer. Shout out to Kaitlyn and Angelyna for being our frequent doggy bath specialists. They always give kind reports about how our dogs behaved during the bath. This PetSmart is also very clean inside, in comparison to other Petsmarts. Many PetSmart reek or pet urine or of pet stench. Yet, this PetSmart is well kept and up to date. The only downfall is the exterior which has plenty of urine and fecal matter. It smells before you come inside. Kudos to pet owners for encouraging their dogs to utilize the restroom outdoors! Needless to say, great PetSmart!

Very clean location!…read more Customer service was great we found a box of cat food that was a pack of 16 but only 11 cans were in the box. The very sweet lady at the cashier gave us 35% off when we pointed it. I didn't catch her name but she had adorable overalls on! We wanted to try these new cat treats and so grateful we found them! Definitely will be back, we wish we could adopt one of those cute cats too, I hope they all get good homes.
