I used to rescue dogs and would take them for grooming at another business where Jessie worked, that's how I met Jessie, over 12 years ago. Over the years she would not only groom my rescues but also my own fur babies, my Sammy (who passed two years ago) was a bit reactive to other people, and would only allow Jessie to touch his paws and groom him -he would't allow any of us at home to do the same-. Love everything about this place EXCEPT their operating hours. They don't open until 11, and since I have now to be on my way to work (or already at work then) there is zero way for me to get there and spend the $100 or so I usually spend a couple times a month. (Good quality food, treats, etc.) Hope your hours get better soon. The store is pretty small, maybe that is why it is called "Cozy" Pet supplies. However, I saw mostly things for dogs. I didn't see a variety of things for rabbits, birds, fish, and other types of pets. Maybe it should be called "Cozy Dog Supplies"? It was my first time visiting. I have a dog and I wanted to check out the store to see if it would be my new go-to pet store...Also, I had a coupon for a Free 4lb bag ZSSENTIAL FORMULA. The manager told me politely that their store is small and their system does not process such coupon. I questioned her about this because the offer clearly said that the manufacturer's coupon could be used at various locations. COZY PET SUPPLIES was clearly listed. Sadly, the manager still denied the redemption of the coupon. I don't understand why they don't honor what was written in BLACK and WHITE. Just to be fair to the store, I called PETS GLOBAL, INC at 1-888-897-7207 to confirm what it meant when I saw COZY PET SUPPLIES NAME listed as one who should accept the coupon, they confirmed YES, they should have redeemed the coupon! read more

I have to say I was extremely disappointed with this so called "Pet" store. My family and I purposely shop at local pet stores to support smaller businesses rather than large companies such a PetSmart or Petco. You claim to be a pet store, however 90% of your product is for dogs only. My family and I came in to purchase things for our two cats, however your selection was hardly anything for them. You have 5 cat collars to choose from - none for which are for kittens, and only one brand of kitten food available. The toy selection was just as slim. I felt like this store was a bit deceiving and should be marketed as a dog store, not pet store. Sadly we left empty handed and went to another local store for what we were looking for. We do not have any plans to return here. On a side note, if we did have a dog, this would be a nice store to shop at. The store itself is very clean and does have a wide variety of canine products. I even enjoyed some of the home decor that was posted. This was the only reason I gave it 2 stars vs. 1 star. read more
