5 Stars - Above and Beyond in Every Way After almost two years of not being able to take my cat to a groomer, I was honestly starting to lose hope. I searched everywhere and no one would take her -- she's extremely difficult to work with, and most places wouldn't even consider it. I was finally referred to Upland Pet Grooming, and let me just say... this was hands down one of the best decisions I've ever made. Rebecca, the owner, was incredible from the very first call. She was friendly, patient, and genuinely understanding. She let me fully explain my situation and my cat's behavior without cutting me off or rushing me. She actually listened, explained my options clearly, and made me feel comfortable and confident leaving my cat in her care. The results? They delivered 150% better than I ever anticipated. On top of that, there was a mix-up on my end with pickup time -- completely my mistake -- and instead of making it an issue, they went above and beyond and personally dropped my cat off at my house at 6:30 PM. Who does that nowadays? I am beyond grateful for Rebecca and her team. If you have a difficult pet, have been turned away elsewhere, or just want a groomer who truly cares -- this is the place. I have been coming to this place for nearly a decade. Everyone here is extremely kind. Rebecca always takes good care of my pets. They have records of previous cuts so they can reference what you liked best but they also do really well at grooming with the season. They always provide the pets with a cute bandana. My pets always leave here happy, fresh, soft, and smelling amazing! They do appointments but also accept walk ins. If you call them they'd more then likely accept same day appointments. He's long haired and his hair always gets fuzzy and crazy she cuts it perfectly he comes back looking fresh smooth and so clean! He smells great, nails are trimmed perfectly and he's a happy boy! Almost 6 hours Upon opening the door it seems dingy and dirt lots of dogs barking Seemed like high stress area for my little one but I was hoping for the best Dropped him off at 2:30 he wasn't ready till after 8pm which is crazy because you know they don't give them any water or let them go out to potty I should have known better We usually go to another place which is really clean but they didn't have any availability The people were really nice and apologetic but seems to me that they way over book and just hold the poor pups crated all day long Safe to say we won't be back Just mad at myself for not trusting my gut read more

Took my senior chihuahua here at my son's and DIL recommendation. He hasn't been around other dogs and I was worried he wouldn't behave or be stressed. I made an appointment same day and dropped him off. To my surprise he went right into the young ladies arms. I paid for a bath which included a blueberry facial and with Yelp's check in, a free teeth cleaning. About 2.5 hours later I received the call that he was ready for pick up. At first we thought this is the place. But dont let them fool you. Not only are they horrible they vot no love for your pet. Everytime i picked up my dogs they were thirsty and had to use restroom. Mind you my dogs would be there anywhere from 4 almost 6 hours. One time my dogs and others dogs didnt want to be there. That same day i received my dog with poop on her, thats not all my dogs werent even groomed the normal way and one of the groomers held another dogs mouth shut as it barked, like if it annoyed her. $160 down the drain as if it was no problem read more

They are a life saver. They took my Daisy when she really needed to be see seen (same day) . They did a great job.

Previously we took Wally to this location and it was a great experience so we decided to take our two new puppies for their grooming here. They still honor the check in offer for free teeth brushing, which we did use since that's what we did come here for mainly. It was the two pups first time coming here so I was afraid how nervous they would be. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I did ask the employee how it went since I was curious and like to know. They explained the pups were afraid when they had the bath and was uncomfortable with nail cleaning. They advised us to try using the vibrated toothbrush and press against there nails so they can get use to it whenever we come back to use the services again. I love that there lobby has a lot of space for our dogs to explore and sniff. If it was really small and cramp, I felt that the dogs would have been more scared. The parking lot has tons of spaces since it's in a plaza. There is a charge of $1 still when using the credit card no matter the amount. The general grooming services was $60. read more

We had a very pleasant experience with Upland pet grooming. It has become a bit of a challenge to find a groomer that will take CATS. Upland Pet grooming took our cat and then did fantastic job with him. We had him shaved to look like a lion! He was bathed, shaved and flea dipped. Our cat came back, very handsome. I was greeted when I first entered the groomers. We reviewed what we wanted done with our cat and was told an appropriate time the service would be done. Over priced for mediocre grooming. I've been taking my yorkie here for years and they've gotten lazy with his haircuts. I always ask for a teddy bear cut around the face and shorter around his body. The last 3 times i've picked him up he's completely shaved down all over even around his face and left uneven. $70 for a 6lb yorkie and to dissatisfied.
