The place is small, nice and clean. You can see dogs being trimmed behind the glass and the staff is pretty flexible with appointments, which I appreciated. Unlike a haircut, where I discuss my preferences with the stylist, I don't have a personal relationship with the groomer at Aroma Pet Grooming. In my opinion, having a rapport with your beautician is just as important as having a relationship with the person grooming your dog. You can't teach an old dog new tricks, but you can make an old dog look stunning by bringing them to Aroma! I happened upon this salon when I requested a quote from a different groomer, but Aroma responded first. And I'm so glad they did! I brought my dog in at 9:15am and I got the call that he was finished by 11am. Upon pick up, I was so impressed with how cute they made him look. The haircut was perfect! They also outfitted him with a snazzy scarf. My dog has been known to get snappy when getting groomed, but I only heard that he behaved well at Aroma - which I take as a testament to the patient stylists that work here. PLEASE DONT BRING YOUR son/daughter HERE!!!!! You could potentially experience just as much emotional, physical, and financial trauma as me. If I could give this place no stars I would. First and foremost I have a small toy maltipoo he's not even 1 yet. He's been coming to this groomers for awhile and they told me they're aware of the extra toe. So you can only imagine how enraged I was when they did not only not let me know they severely cut him but they also played it down when I was at home already calling them... they said they put PAROXIDE on it and it "wasn't bleeding that much". MIND YOU I HAD TO TAKE HIM TO THE vet mind you the vet had to remove it. Vet bill is included in this review. They took 0 accountability and kept making it seem like it wasn't a big deal. They didn't even offer to refund me at all I had to ask for a refund and they wanted to partially refund me and say next time I could get a discount??? As if I'll ever be coming again after this. The vet had to remove my poor son's extra toe when there was nothing wrong with it to begin with. I'm so hurt and overall frustrated with the lack of care and accountability. I will be seeking legal advice if anyone has any recommendations let me know! read more

I used to go out of way to come here because they were all so sweet and gentle with all 3 of my pups but after my last experience, absolutely NEVER again. not only did they take 3 hours longer than they repeatedly said it would be but I saw my dog being mistreated and abused on TWO occasions, that groomer is lucky I can hold my temper or else it would have ended up very different for her after how I saw her treat my dog! I immediately went up to the gate and demanded she give me my dog NOW, and no amount of apologizes from the girl at the front will ever make up for it. the reason I came here is because everyone is always so gentle but like I said that one groomer who has anger issues and should not work anywhere near animals is a good enough reason for me never to return and I suggest no one else go there as long as that girl is working there. im getting red just thinking about how she treated my dog!
