As always we choose ipet grooming. Under an hour---and my dogs hair being a maltipoo is super curly and sometimes he goes every 2mo. They do the best job, his face, his hair cut! Never waiting in a cage, always ready to groom Sparky! 45min or a bit less he is ready! So glad you guys are here. We will see you soon! Prices are great. You can view them handling your dog, everything is out in the open if you wish to stay. Love you guys...Sparky says woof!
My forever place for my fur babies to go to ! They are the best !!! My girls always been taken care of for years!!!! They are the most friendly, fast and really make your pup feel they are family!!!
How could someone ask if they don't know? Expressing internal & external anal glands is not common knowledge. As a customer-- we're coming to YOU for your professional knowledge & care. Rather than see my previous review as a tool to help your business & pivot in how you can do better & serve your customers better-- like a post a sign-- you write a snarky reply. Thanks for further confirming my decision to never allow my dogs near you.
I called to ask about pricing since my 7mo old BerneDoodle needed the hair around her eyes trimmed. Since I whacked them myself and totally messed up The woman on the phone was so sweet and told me to bring her in today to take a look. Once there, she trimmed her eyes and around her bum and when I pulled out my card to pay, she said "no charge" wow! I was so thankful and will definitely come back. She did such a good job.
Another 5 star rating for Ipet. Call ahead, get the appointment you want! My dog is always ready in less than 1.5 hours, but usually in an hour they call and say she's ready. So drop them off, but don't go too far!!! We never want to stress out our little lady, so we like to get her back asap. :-) She looks great. I specify the cut, and ask not to remove her ear hair (per the vet), it's on her card but I always remind. They are fast and great, and my poodle Mercedes smells pretty
I took my 2 yorkies here last week and they look amazing. Not only that, but my dogs get terrible anxiety and hate going to groomers because they're locked in crates. For the first time ever for my first yorkie who is 10, she was not locked in a crate and they started to work on her right away. And once I picked them up they weren't even in cages. They were on the floor in little play pens. 100% recommend. This was my first time here and I have tried many places and none like this. You have gained a forever client! Thank you!!
This was my first time taking my dog to get groomed and they did such an awesome job! I can't tell you how happy I am. They are my go to groomers from now on!

Have been going here for over 5 years! They always do a great job and I pick up my dogs within a very reasonable time (1-2 hours depending on size). Always booked out, so call ahead in advance! I've had my pug, shih tzu, maltipoo, and labradoodle groomed here and cannot recommend enough. read more

I finally found a groomer! I've been going here consistently for about a year. I had tried 3 different groomers before and couldn't find a good fit. This place hits every mark. Their prices are reasonable. They consistently do a good job. Murphy isn't at the groomers for hours, he's always done in less than two hours. Today I didn't hear my phone ring and I was about 30 minutes late picking him up... A lot of groomers will charge you for that and get mad. They were very understanding. They don't have a lot of shampoos to choose from, just one the last time I checked. I'm pretty sensitive to smells and it has a stronger scent, so I bring my own shampoo and they use that on him. Love this place, highly recommend! read more

I've been trying pet groomers every 6 weeks! I'm so happy with the grooming of my two fur babies. They were in at 3 out by 5:00. They were happy and beautiful! The shop is clean. Thank you Steven. I've already booked my next appointment! read more
My pup couldn't have been cleaner! So happy with the way my dog turned out. He was rescued a few weeks back and poor little thing looked like it. iPet took care of him and he came out smelling and looking great! The owners aren't too talkative so we had to ask questions as to how it went and how he behaved. Overall we had a great experience and will be taking our new little man to get his monthly grooming done. read more

I'm updating my review from the past years that I've been coming here. The last time I was here was almost a year ago, but when we had picked up our pup he had cuts all on his belly. Probably like 3 or 4. I went back inside and asked what had happened to him and they couldn't really tell me an answer, they just said sorry and that they would take care of my dogs medical bills if need be. I asked them if their was something I could do as a home remedy and they couldn't give me an answer on that either. I also didn't feel comfortable returning a medical bill to someone else that's my dog so I didn't go with that plan. Luckily my pup got better and healed on his own, but it worried me to pick him up like that with no answers as to why. Mind you, I used to drive for more than an hour to come to this location after I had moved. But after last time, never again. It's a shame because I came here for so many years, and they always did a good job. But after my poor pup had to go through those cuts last time, I won't put my pup through that again. read more

(Apologies for the graphic cut photo in this review) iPet has been grooming our dog for about 2 and a half years now and the experience has always been great. However, on our last visit on Saturday 3/18/2023, this changed -- upon picking her up, I was informed that they had cut our dog where her leg and torso meet, sort of near her groin area. The first issue is that they did not call to tell me as soon as it happened, or even on the phone when they called to say she was ready; I was only told when I got to iPet to pick her up. When I asked if she was squirmy or moving around a lot, he said that she wasn't, it's just that the skin in that area is thin. This is true, but they've groomed her for so long and nothing like this has ever happened before. When I got home, I inspected the cut more. It wasn't deep but it was wide. My partner and I ended up taking her to San Dimas Pet Clinic (who are absolutely wonderful) because our usual vet was already closed for the day. The vet there determined that she needed to be sedated and the cut would need to be stapled to help its healing, since it was so wide. So now our dog has had staples and has been in a cone for about a week, and was on medication as well. iPet offered to pay the bill (which they followed through on and we are grateful for), but when we went to drop it off to them, we were met with a snarky comment that only continued to rub us the wrong way. We were asked if we usually take our dog to this clinic, and we said no because her usual vet is closed, and San Dimas Pet Clinic was able to take us that day. He told us, "I was wondering because they charge a lot there." ????? We never would have been in this position, where we had to take our dog to a vet and iPet had to cover the bill, if our dog was not cut during her groom in the first place. This whole experience just left my partner and I incredibly upset and disappointed. They have been wonderful to us and our dog for a long time, but for this to happen just sucks. read more

I am so pleased with the service we received for Prince. I called on Tuesday and got a appointment for Wednesday morning. He was finished within an hour and a half. He looks amazing and smells so good. It was the best cut he has has in years we've been going to two other groomers over the years but this by far is the best. You won't be disappointed. read more

We were loyal to iPet for our Yorkie for years, until we recently found cuts and razor burns on our new dog - a Lhasa Apso. The first time it was a cut on her nose. We thought it was strange because they didn't mention it to us. We had to ask them what happened. They said maybe our other dog bit her. Huh? So we let it go. Then after her next appointment, our Lhasa seemed like she was experiencing discomfort in her private areas and it was unusually bright pink. The next day the area was visibly irritated and she seemed in real pain. We took her to the Vet and they confirmed she had razor burn and cuts in both her private areas. She was put on antibiotics and given cream to heal. We decided to look for another groomer. We've lost trust in them because they fail to communicate how they may have hurt our pets while in their care. That's truly a disappointing business practice. They need to learn to be forthcoming and honest with their customers. read more

We decided to take Bonelli to iPet for almost a year now and every time we are very pleased with his grooming. We used to take him to San Dimas Grooming but that place ended up being very unreliable and would never have consistent opening hours. iPet is conveniently closer to our place and it's always clean inside. Not to mention, their groomers are nice and do not leave the dogs in the kennels that long. They usually finish grooming within an hour. The previous groomers would keep Bonelli in almost all day. (I'm not trying to bash the other business but I really got had enough with their inconsistencies.) Bonelli always looks amazing when he gets groomed. They cut his hair exactly the way we asked. Finally, a local dog grooming spot we can trust to do a great job. read more
