You can see dogs being trimmed behind the glass and the staff is pretty flexible with appointments, which I appreciated. I used to go to PetSmart but their pricing is so high, I wanted to try something locally owned. I'm glad I tried this place out! I'll be bringing Nala back.

The groomer is so knowledgeable and always gives amazing recommendations based on my budget, lifestyle, and the traditional cuts for my dog's breed. Our dog truly enjoys coming here, and she clearly loves her groomer. I can even see a difference in her behavior during our weekly baths at home. They were excited to see Beary right when we came in; signed a couple of forms and confirmed the type of cut we wanted. There were other pups there and even Beary's buddy Miks was there too, so not sure if that eased the experience. Other dogs were getting groomed and picked up as well and they all seemed like they were nice and happy and cleaned up. Leigh and Lina were super friendly and I got a great vibe from them that Beary would have a great experience. Like the other reviews have mentioned, they def have a passion and and the personalities that the pups gravitate towards. On pickup, our Beary was super clean, smelled amazing, and was excited to come back home. Prices are laid out clear so you know what you're paying for. Def going to keep coming back!

But this recent time December 2024 - was by far the worst. During the session, they cut his skin, causing an injury. The apology I got did not feel sincere and said it's because he was squirming around that this happened & he should be okay. They charged me less than what I normally pay upon arrival only because he kept whining when I got him and I told the lady that he's telling me about his experience and he must be in pain. Had I not said that I probably would have had to pay over $100. This level of carelessness is unacceptable. My dog was in pain, and I had to deal with the stress of ensuring he was okay. I trusted them to handle my pet with care, but this incident is something I cannot forgive. I strongly urge other pet owners to avoid this shop unless they improve their practices. Your pet's safety deserves better than this. I gave them 3/5 stars because I never had a BIG issue like this in the past only for this to happen in December 2024. I'm saddened by this and really hope they do better.

They did have him there from 11am-230pm which i feel like wasn't that bad to be honest. Sometimes you take your pet somewhere and they're there for up to 6 hours. I was a walk in and i understand there were dogs ahead of mine.
