UPDATE (9/5/26): Ruth called me to make it right…read more She is going to work with my dog going forward. I want to make it clear that I'm good with anyone else too as long as they are good with dogs since this is their job at the end of the day. I don't want to feel like they mistreat my dog because he's "not behaving well".... I've worked with Ruth for years and I trust her work and professionalism. I don't feel I should drug my dog just to get a wash and cut. PETCO isn't asking me to drug my dog in order to work with them. Thank you!! Review on 9/4/26: The lady is really rude to me. She schooled me about my small dog not behaving well during his grooming session. She even told me "I've told you already to take him to the vet"! I didn't understand why she's asking me to take him to the vet.... She explain that I need to ask them for relaxation pills so that he behaves better when getting his hair cut. I have never got my dog relaxation pills so this was new to me. My dog is only 1 year old. But I just didn't like how she spoke to me. As if though I'm her child and she's telling how I'm messing up. Rude rude rude. The cost is $100 for a haircut, wash and my dog is 13lbs small dog. I'm going to not call them again! It's unfortunate because I like them before but the lady is so nasty rude!! Get better costumer service or get a new job since she's not willing to be patient with pups. (disclaimer: not Ruth. She is sweet. This is some other lady).

Lea is the best groomer EVER and I'm so fortunate to have found someone that I can trust with my…read morebaby My senior dog, Panda, is my pride and joy... but I know she's an anxious mess when it comes to grooming. Multiple groomers have commented on how difficult she is, so I tempered my expectations and made sure to caution the owner, Lea, beforehand to prevent any unforeseen accidents. Imagine my surprise 2 hours later, when I came to pick up Panda! She was gorgeous and looked like she was a puppy again ... I hadn't seen her so well groomed in years In just a matter of hours, Lea somehow managed to understand Panda so well that she was able to even style and trim around her face, which is unheard of. She even mentioned how well behaved Panda was! Lea really took the time to make sure Panda was comfortable in the beginning before starting the grooming process, which just goes to show how much she cares for the well being of these babies. I was never asked to post a review, but I'm doing this because I believe every dog deserves a groomer as loving as Lea and her sister. Please give Bark & Sparkle a try, you won't be disappointed!

She handled my fur baby Ollie with so much love and the absolute best care. She was extremely gentle with him, paid close attention to him, and even checked in with me whenever she had questions. I could tell right away that his comfort and well-being were her top priority, and that meant so much to me. Her assistant, Kristhell, was also absolutely wonderful! She was kind, caring, and added to what was already such a fantastic experience. I honestly couldn't be happier with Itzi's Grooming & Boutique. Sandy and Kristhell went above and beyond, and I'm so thankful we found them! If you're looking for a groomer who is not only incredibly talented but will treat your fur baby with genuine patience and care, look no further! 10/10 service, 10/10 care, and 10/10 experience!

Not our first dog self wash, but the experience here was a positive one…read more Background.... We have two rambunctious mid-size (38 & 45 lbs) frenchies that needed a wash. During the summer months, they are washed monthly. To save money we take them to dog self wash, but our regular place happened to be closed on Sundays. Found Luna's Dog Wash on Yelp, excited it was open on Sundays. Getting there was challenging, but this is because Waze's giving faulty directions. It is located on the same strip mall as Stater Brothers. Parking was easy to find even tho the strip mall was busy. Experience... From the moment we walked in, they were welcoming and were helpful at every step. We opted for the 3-washes bundle. Using one coin provided us 20-minutes. We left the dogs' collars at home and only brought their harness and leash. Thankfully they provided an adjustable collar to attach to the safety restraint. We were unsure of how it worked (definitely more mechanical than our other place). We inserted the coin and pushed buttons for shampoo, conditioner and rinses. Our dogs hate blow dryers, my husband still insisted to use it and almost had his fingers taken out. LOL In my opinion, Luna's Dog Wash was a better system compared to our other dog wash place. Having two dogs, it was helpful to have the space corralled so we could have both dogs. For multiple dogs, having a second set of helping hands would be good. They offered both regular shampoo and flea/tick shampoo and the nozzle was from one source (water/shampoo & same for conditioner), this made everything much easier. Final thoughts....in under 20 min we were able to wash both dogs with plenty of time to spare. Thank you, Luna Dog Wash, we will return!
