He's super sensitive/prone to razor burn and they not only took this into consideration when I dropped him off, but followed through on my instruction so that his skin would not later be irritated when I picked him up. They even took note when I mentioned I was worried he might be suffering from some allergies and offered a hypoallergenic shampoo alternative. I found this salon on yelp and thought I would give it a try, I am so happy I did.The prices are great and the owner is so nice and has such a good energy.I have three small obnoxious dogs lol and they were welcome from the minute we walked in the door.I told her the smallest one might be a problem and maybe try to bite and she was so understanding and not freaked out about it at all. You can tell she really likes animals and is experienced with handling even dogs that don't have manners. It's very easy to get an appointment and the three dogs were finished in 1 1/2 hours. When I picked them up they were so happy and not stressed at all , I could tell they were treated with patience and kindness. The shop is really clean and smells nice. My dog went in looking like he came out of a dumpster and left looking like royalty while smelling amazing. They made his scruffy/rough/wirey fur into a soft luscious even coat. All for a very affordable price of $45 for small dogs which includes numerous things like anal gland care, nail trimming an more. My dog hasn't had a haircut so good for as long as I can remember. She groomed her exactly how I wanted it. It was perfect. She was also finished faster than any place I've been. It was my first time to take one of my dogs to this place about 2 months ago and I was so happy, actually more than happy, with how it turned out. I love that they worked on my dog right away and didn't put her in a kennel. Prior to finding this place, I used to take my dogs to Petsmart and I could see the difference in my dog's attitude after being groomed. My Maltipoo was in desperate need of grooming. We have moved and driving to her old groomer was just too far. I really love our groomer, but driving there since we moved it takes up a lot of time, and I just don't have that these days. I brought her here, and boy was Penny (my dog) happy. She is usually a little difficult, and not too friendly. When we walked in, the place was super clean and smelled great. Penny didn't bark or appear nervous even though there was another dog there. (Shocking) The young lady, and owner was very welcoming and wonderful with Penny. She started off gently handling her, and Penny was surprisingly calm. I told her to give my little princess a short summer cut, so we can get her ready for summer and get her back on grooming and bathing schedule. Her hair was already getting knotted, so a summer cut was necessary. When I picked her up, she was so happy and running around. Her tail had a little fluff at the tip and her face and ears were adorable. These 2 young ladies did an outstanding job, and showed alot of love for my furry baby. This place is amazing. My Chihuahua mix has been banned from grooming at PetSmart because he nipped the last time they tried to cut his nails. PetSmart told me that I had to take him to the vet so he can be muzzled to get his nails trimmed. He hates the vet. One day I tried this place and they had no issues at all trimming his nails and they didn't even have to muzzle him. They've been patient with Harley and find a way to get his nails trimmed or at least filed. I've been here about 3 times so far and I've had excellent service every single time. My dog Bean is truly an asshole when it comes to the groomers, vets and other animals, especially dogs. Lidia has always been very patient and accommodating to Bean. Every time I pick him up she updates me on his behavior, what was done to him in such detail and it goes to show how much she cares. Not once have I left here unhappy. When booking, she'll ask what I would like to be done and to be completely honest, I don't know how to request what I want Bean to look like. I've trusted her fully and she nails it every time! Bean always looks great when he walks out of here. Not to mention that he comes out in the cutest little bandana! The inside decor is also cute! They did such a great job on our beloved fur baby For $45 for a full groom for a Small/Medium dog (cheaper than our other groomer), our already beautiful pup has never looked better! Others have either cut her body fur too short or her paws looked a bit funky but this place took my requests and put them into fruition. The cost was very reasonable ($55 for a 60 pound dog - plus tip). Staff is very friendly and caring. I didn't check the coats, sweaters, etc that they also have for sale as far as price. My dog usually 'puts the brakes' when taken to the PetSmart groomer, but she just seemed to stroll right into Dog Styling and Boutique without the usual grooming-related drama. Even my reaction to this place was positive, in that it seemed very home-like and comfortable. I did not feel as bad for leaving my pooch at this place because I felt a good vibe from the owner and this business in general.
