I have been taking my dog to GLENDORA PET SPAW for grooming over 2 years. I let the uncut hair around his legs and arms go, calling him a girl instead of boy go, and the wrong type of haircut go only because he is used to this place and I figured they were new employees in training - there was no harm in that. But this recent time December 2024 - was by far the worst. During the session, they cut his skin, causing an injury. The apology I got did not feel sincere and said it's because he was squirming around that this happened & he should be okay. They charged me less than what I normally pay upon arrival only because he kept whining when I got him and I told the lady that he's telling me about his experience and he must be in pain. Had I not said that I probably would have had to pay over $100. This level of carelessness is unacceptable. My dog was in pain, and I had to deal with the stress of ensuring he was okay. I trusted them to handle my pet with care, but this incident is something I cannot forgive. I strongly urge other pet owners to avoid this shop unless they improve their practices. Your pet's safety deserves better than this. I gave them 3/5 stars because I never had a BIG issue like this in the past only for this to happen in December 2024. I'm saddened by this and really hope they do better.

Chewbacca and I love it here! He visits once a month and they already know him. They are patient and loving with great a price price and service ps, Chewbacca loves his fun scarfs after his visits

Called day the day of for a last minute appointment and they were able to accommodate us without a problem! The check-in process was very easy! They have the flooring clearly labels for drop off and pick up. They also have a secured gate with a photo op area which I assume is changed out for the season. They asked details of how we wanted our doodle cut to ensure we were satisfied. Our pup was in and out in 2.5 hours. I mean just take a look at the photo of how handsome Rambo looks Will definitely be coming back!

Soldier loves coming here they take great care of him Thank you all for taking care of my baby. He comes home smelling wonderful

Been coming here for the past two years. Very good about communicating and noting in the pets chart about preferred cuts which makes drop off a breeze in the morning. Always very quick and friendly staff. I recommend all my friends here as I leave satisfied every time.

I've had my dogs groomed here since 2011. The grooming and service was pretty standard through the years I've been going here. However, this business is now under new ownership and I can say that over the last year and half, the customer service and grooming has been phenomenal! I highly recommend them! If you used them in the past and weren't happy (under old ownership), give them another try. You won't regret it! The groomers Sophia and Andrea did such a great job on my fur babies Ellie and Zuri. Thank you!

Staff was very welcoming, great customer service! They know exactly what you want for your dog My dog went in there looking like Chewbacca and came out looking like a queen Will definitely be going back!

Oh, and this is the before picture!! Pet Spaw did wonders. Thank you Wendi, Zac, Andrea, and Sophia!!

Finn and Fiona love Pet Spaw! This picture is of our pups after a lovingly given bath and cut. They love to come to Pet Spaw for grooming or for boarding. They can't wait for us to go on vacation again!

Just picked up my pup from them and I'm very pleased with their service. The workers there are very friendly and welcoming and it shows that they truly enjoy working with animals. My dog got a cute haircut, thank you Sofia for making him look like a model dog definitely recommend this place

Deku has been through a previous board and train, but I feel like that board and train mainly tackled his obedience, not his behavior issues. I let Ian know about all of this prior to boarding Deku and he made sure to explain his process with me. He also made me write down goals for Deku so that he can focus on them and make sure he tackled through them. I boarded Deku with Ian for 3 weeks and Ian made sure to send over progress pictures/videos every single day! I appreciated the content of Deku because that is basically my baby lol. There was a mid session where Ian taught me how to properly use the ecollar and showcasing what Deku has been up to the time he was with Ian. Deku was pretty much a different dog by the mid session, so it excited me to have him back after the 3rd week. The day I got Deku back, Ian showed me all of the progress and work Deku did and he was completely different. Deku stopped reacting towards people/other dogs and he was very obedient with following all commands! It's been almost a week now and Ian has checked in on Deku while he's been at home for the week and I also have follow-up sessions included in my service! I have been so happy with Deku is at! Before, I would be too scared to bring Deku out in public due to his reactivity/behavior, but I truly believe he is a completely different dog now, for the better! Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend Ian to EVERYONE. He is the real deal. I do feel like Ian knows how to connect with these dogs and emphasizes about how important relationships + communicating with your dog. Ian id the BEST!

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR DOG HERE!…read more Absolutely unacceptable experience. I picked up my dog from Heavenly Pet Resort in West Covina, and she came home covered in ticks. Not just one or two--she had ticks ALL OVER HER after staying at a facility that is supposed to provide a clean and safe environment for pets. As a pet owner, that is completely unacceptable. What made the situation even more frustrating was the initial response. Instead of immediately taking responsibility, my wife was told that our dog must have gotten the ticks after we got home. That explanation made no sense to us, especially considering the number of ticks we found almost immediately after picking her up. It felt like they were trying to shift the blame instead of taking our concerns seriously. Instead of bringing our dog home and enjoying having her back, we had to inspect her from head to toe, remove ticks, worry about tick-borne diseases, sanitize our home, and take her to the veterinarian. No pet owner should ever have to deal with that after paying a boarding facility to care for their pet. To their credit, they ultimately refunded the cost of our stay and paid for the veterinary visit, and I do appreciate that they took financial responsibility. However, a refund doesn't erase what happened or the stress and concern it caused our family. We trusted them with a member of our family, and they let us down.

I will never use them again after my TERRIBLE experience. Initially used this service for a short business trip with success so tried again for a longer trip to see family between Christmas and NYE. The company sent a sitter I had never met who incorrectly used the pill injector on my sick, elderly cat and forced her to swallow the over inch-long applicator tip. Resulted in $3,000 emergency vet surgery to remove that I had to manage from out of town. So deeply stressful for me but mainly my poor elderly asthmatic cat!! They handled it but SO unnecessary and only happened bc of their bizarre business model where they pick whichever of their employees are available, not someone who knows your house/pet. So if you get one who knows what they're doing you don't necessarily get them again - it's totally random from the customer's perspective. Instead of enjoying my family I had to spend the time managing the emergency they created from afar, stressed and fuming that I trusted this company to send someone competent to care for my sweet older cat. After the first disastrous pill delivery issue they sent the **same person** again a day later who clearly doesn't know how to give a cat medication and she, again, incorrectly gave my cat her medication!!! My cat gets ill if she misses just one day, the medication is a high-dose steroid for her asthma. The employee did not know how to give her the pill, but still marked the medication as administered on their form (I only figured out it didn't happen when I read the notes) and instead of giving her the pill rubbed it on her gums -?!? I am FURIOUS for my poor cat and at the incompetence of this employee they continue to use, along with the management that assured me they know how to give cats medication and yet still sent this individual out after it was proved that they cannot give a cat medication effectively. The other employees seemed to be ok but I had no choice over who they sent over, meaning every visit was a gamble. If you need anything beyond the most basic service, avoid avoid avoid!!!

However, a few red flags made us uncomfortable with leaving our pet there. First, when we arrived, we weren't allowed inside--not even into the front office. Instead, we had to fill out all the paperwork outside. When we asked to see the play area where the dogs would be spending their time, we were also denied access. This raised concerns about transparency. Inside the office, we noticed a TV monitor and asked if it was used for pet parents to check in on their dogs during pet play time , Kevin told us no. This meant that once we left our dog, we had no way of knowing how they were being treated or interacting with other dogs. When we asked for a visual reference of the play area, he only had a few photos, which showed a couch and some toys--not the engaging and structured environment we were expecting. We did leave our dog for the initial evaluation. Before I left I asked him if he can take a video for me for todays at least, so that I can see how my puppy interacts with his stay , he then assured me he would be able to do that. My husband and I left to grab a bite, and returned in 45 min. When we returned I asked to see the video, and he said he did not take a video of my puppy interacting. After we left we discussed it and didn't feel comfortable with the lack of access and transparency. We ultimately decided not to bring our dog back. While we can't say anything negative about how the dogs are actually treated, the fact that pet owners aren't allowed to see where their pets will be playing or how they are interacting raises concerns. For us, peace of mind and trust are essential when leaving our pet in someone else's care, and unfortunately, we didn't get that here. Kevin appeared to be a nice gentleman, and maybe a bit old school, but this wasn't for us.

    (56 reviews)

A very overdue review for No Bull Rehab…read more A little background on our dog, Bubba: we adopted him from the Inland Valley Humane Society after looking for a young adult dog who would fit well with our two small kids. Bubba, a 2-year-old shepherd bulldog mix, seemed perfect -- sweet, potty trained, and a staff favorite. We fell in love immediately. Once we brought him home, though, we realized he had some significant behavioral challenges. Bubba was highly reactive to other dogs and had severe separation anxiety. He was destructive when left alone and even injured himself trying to escape two metal crates. Managing his anxiety while also handling his reactivity became overwhelming for our family. I've had dogs my whole life, so at first I tried working through it on my own. Eventually, though, it became clear we needed professional help. We met with several trainers, but nothing felt like the right fit. Many approaches seemed like temporary fixes that didn't address the root causes of his behavior. When we were expecting our third child, I knew we needed a real solution, so I started researching behavior-focused board-and-train programs. After a lot of searching, I found No Bull Rehab through a rescue organization they worked with. From the very first interaction, Sarah was incredibly responsive, empathetic, and informative. That communication alone stood out immediately. We brought Bubba in for a consultation with Drew and Sarah, and after just one meeting, we knew they were the right people for him. Their ability to read and explain his behavior was such a relief. Drew is so calm and completely in tune with all things dog. We enrolled Bubba in their 8-week behavior modification board-and-train program focused on his reactivity and anxiety. Throughout the process, communication was excellent. We received regular updates and always felt informed and supported. At one point, Bubba injured his foot by puncturing in between his toe on a walk during training, and they took incredible care of him -- coordinating vet visits, follow-ups, and adjusting his training while he healed. We trusted them so much that we chose to leave him there during recovery rather than bring him home. What really made the difference was that Drew didn't just train Bubba -- he trained us. He showed us realistic, sustainable ways to structure our daily life so Bubba could feel safe, calm, and successful. Unlike other programs that required hours of daily training, No Bull's approach fit naturally into real family life. The change in Bubba has been incredible. He's still himself -- a little anxious and quirky -- but now we have the tools to manage him safely and confidently. We can walk him daily, leave him home alone, and enjoy life with him instead of constantly living on edge. Most importantly, he's happier, and so are we. Even after training, Sarah and Drew have continued to be responsive and supportive whenever we've had questions. We live in Orange County and still bring Bubba back to No Bull whenever we travel because they know and understand him so well. Living with a behaviorally challenging dog can feel isolating and exhausting, but No Bull Rehab truly changed our lives with Bubba. We're incredibly grateful for everything they've done for our family, and I cannot recommend them enough.

From day one, Juan provided exceptional customer service. He was never pushy, took the time to explain the training process, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and was always easy to reach whenever I needed him. I ultimately chose the 5-week off-leash obedience program. As difficult as it was to leave my puppy for that long, it was absolutely worth it. My dog came home calmer, more confident, and with a much better understanding of commands such as stay, down, place, come, yes, and no. She listens significantly better and is clearly more focused and well-mannered. Oh and let me not forgot to mention she is now crate trained and potty trained. She now sleeps comfortably in her crate and understands that potty time happens outside. The facility itself is beautiful, private, and extremely clean. I also want to give a special shoutout to Dom for the incredible care and dedication he showed my dog during her stay. If you're considering professional training for your dog, I highly recommend reaching out to Juan and his team. The investment was one of the best decisions I've made for my dog. and I'm so grateful for the foundation they've helped build for her future.
