He treats them incredibly well and is very knowledgeable, especially when it comes to helping manage my German Shepherd's shedding. I've been coming here for many years and am truly thankful to have a place like this. Took my Labrador Retriever for a last minute grooming. Let them know my expectations and they were not met. I asked for the groomer to focus on a good de shed, nail trim and ear cleaning with a bath. The de shed wasn't done clearly per my brush. Ears are still dirty, and he was still wet upon arrival. I read good reviews and seen happy dogs on there page. Clearly not the case for my poor baby. Customer service was rude and look like they didn't want to be there. Very monotone and unhelpful. Couldn't run out of there fast enough! Will not return. read more

I recently took my dog to Ladies Pet Grooming for grooming, and I was extremely disappointed with the experience. Last Tuesday, my dog came home with a cut on his ear that was still bleeding. I then noticed that his other ear was cut and two on his face that have now developed into a scab. They informed me that he was matted so they needed to shave him, but if they knew they were unable to safely shave him, they should have denied services instead of cutting my dog. Now I'm afraid he will get an infection because of how big his scabs are. I expected a safe and caring environment, but clearly, that was not the case. I want to warn other pet owners to be cautious when choosing this groomer. I hope to see improvements in their care and safety practices in the future. read more

I was truly disappointed when I picked up my dogs and the groomer told me that one of them had a fracture, and that this condition must have existed prior to their arrival. It is all dependent on what side of the bed the owner woke up on. when you question them into why it's cash today, they reply it's personal. The work isn't 100% outstanding, just average, like any other groomer and price is identical to all other groomers. They also don't take reservation and quoted time is off by 1-2 hours. very unorganized. There is a male working there, which I didn't get his name. Never smiles, quick to snap at you and if questioned, becomes very defensive. He probably isn't the best fit to deal with customers. read more

I have brought my dog here twice. The first time was ok. He got a haircut, bath, and nails done. I was a little put off by the fact she didn't ask for proof of rabies vaccination but it didn't bother me too much. This last time I took him in was terrible. I'm sure that she didn't actually cut his hair at all when I had asked for a trim. He did receive a bath but when I brought him home he was infested with fleas. I got completely bit up all over and had to spray the house with flea killer on the carpets and furniture. Then the first night after his grooming he was biting at his butt all night long. After investigating I saw he had a huge razor burn; almost as if whoever was cutting his hair forgot to put a buzzer clip on and so nicked him to the skin with a bare razor. Then I noticed that they only cut his rear nails. I called and asked why they only cut his rear nails and she said "maybe he didn't let us cut it, you can bring him in and hold him down so we can cut them". I am left wondering why she didn't tell me when I picked him up that she didn't get his front nails, that she cut his butt, and that she has a flea infestation? My wife and I agreed that we don't even want to bring him back to have his nails cut because this place seems dirty and they're not out to provide good service. $52 down the drain. read more

So I was super nervous today because my puppy is only 4 months old. He is a hairy Shih Tzu baby and I was thinking he may be too young to get groomed. So I decided to call in and ask. The lady whom answered the phone told me everything would be just fine and to come right in. Upon arriving I was greeted by the two nicest ladies. I showed her my dogs vaccine record and we were good to go! No appointments were necessary. They right away took my dog and developed a trust- It was so sweet to see. I felt very comfortable leaving him because I knew he was in excellent hands and he was not distressed at all. When I picked him up I couldn't believe it! He looks like a fancy, clean cut dog. The owner's son is very unprofessional, rude, immature, has a foul attitude, and very rough with dogs. When my chihuahua got scared and started to whine I kindly asked him to please be more gentle. He got impatient and offended and gave me attitude saying "everybody does it like this". When I asked to speak with the owner, which turned out to be his mother, instead of allowing me to speak with her, he started complaining to her, as if he was fighting with his little sister and complaining to mommy about it and he wouldn't let me speak. It was truly appalling the way he speaks to customers, the way he handles people's pets and the way he behaves and conducts himself and his mom's business.
