I love Ironmaya. This is my second time taking my puppy Fubao to this groomer. They responded quickly to my text to schedule appointment. When I brought Fubao in the staff was so kind and helpful & made my pup feel right at home. The staff went over what to be expected with their grooming services & cost. I love this place! Fubao's fur is so soft & clean. She looks so cute! We will definitely be bringing her back for more grooming services.

So I thought I'd try out a new groomer, IronMaya, which I believe opened their new store fairly recently in San Dimas. Prior to bringing my little girl in, I peeked in to see a cut one of the groomers was doing on a miniature poodle...and WOW, that pup had the cutest cut ever! She looked like a cute little stuffed animal. I booked my dog an appointment immediately. When we arrived for our appointment the groomer asked what type of cut I wanted for my dog. He (Isaac) offered some excellent suggestions including what length he thought would look best (he was actually the same groomer who was grooming the miniature poodle the day I peeked in), so I trusted his expertise and together we decided on the cut for her body, legs, ears and face. They also make notes in your account so they know exactly what they did last time. When I picked her up I was so very pleasantly surprised on how good she looked! Needless to say I booked her next appointment. Yesterday was her 4th (maybe 5th) appointment and as always she turned out cute as ever! She has been going back every 6 wks and will continue to from now on because they are that good!! They are also very good at following up afterwards to make sure you are 100% satisfied. They even allow you (I think it was 24 hrs) to come back in case an adjustment needs to be done. The store is very clean and staff are wonderful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for pet grooming. They're absolutely great and I promise you will not be disappointed. I know I should have taken a photo of her after I picked her up. This pic is after a day of wrestling around with our other dog and getting slobbered on, but I still think she's cute, Lol!

I was looking for a groomer close to home and the staff was able to answer all my questions. She also sent a text to confirm and remind about the appointment. When we got there, she asked me how I wanted the haircut for my 2 dogs. They were great in communicating when the dogs were ready and very happy with the results. So i came here bc i am looking for a new groomer and the workers were nice and informative. My 2 y/o pup i admit was a bit matted so he had to be completely shave but when i picked him up and his penis was irritated, like they cut him or something. on top of that, he was rubbing his but across the floor (none of these has ever happened with any groomer no matter the condition of his fur) i was so excited to find a new groomer and the pricing was reasonable while including exactly what i was looking for bc the lady i was going to did not include butt glans or nail trimming but i will not be returning as my dog was done dirty. his penis is scabbed up, SUPER red and irritated. now i have to take him to the vet. thanks ironmaya (not appropriate to post a pic) read more

I have been to several Pet Groomers in my area and did not like them at all for my puppy Bailey - I went to Ironmaya Pet Grooming on Monday and they were super nice and Bailey love it. For me - I liked that it was newer, Spa enviorment with calming music - very clean in the back where the groomers do their thing. I took my dog, Buddy, to IRONMAYA Pet Grooming on Bonita Ave in a San Dimas for the first time this week. The young lady at the front desk was welcoming and efficient. When I picked Buddy up, he looked great! His haircut was perfect, his nails cut and ground, his teeth clean and he hasn't scratched once after the hypoallergenic shampoo they used. They are amazing!!! They take the best care of my fur baby. He is 11 years old, almost 12 and they are so careful and gentle with him. He always looks so handsome and amazing when I go to pick him up. He is a poodle and has very sensitive skin and I have never got him back harmed, cut too short, or with hot spots. They take their time with him, even when he is matted. I cannot recommend them enough. 10/10!! They are the best. I've gone to the diamond bar location and the San Dimas location. Both are absolutely amazing and fantastic. read more

We made sure to put him through proper training before even considering grooming, and once we felt confident in his progress, we started looking for a groomer in the area. It was definitely challenging. Many places were hesitant to take him because of his background. When I reached out to All About Paws Pet Spa and explained his situation, they didn't hesitate at all. From the start, they were incredibly understanding and patient with Finn. Even on days when he can be a bit difficult, they continue to work with him with such care and professionalism. Because of them, grooming has become a much more positive experience for him and for us. I've also brought my other pets here, and every visit has been just as great. If you're looking for a groomer who is compassionate, skilled, and truly cares about your pets, I can't recommend this place enough. On behalf of Finn, Dexter, and our family, Thank you!

When I confronted the manager, she admitted that one of the dogs had gotten loose and ran out of the building into the street. I couldn't believe my dogs had been put at risk this entire time. Looking back, it makes sense why my dogs hated coming here. The staff does not seem to care about the animals at all. My dogs always came home wet and didn't even smell clean. I deeply regret ever giving this place a chance and would not recommend it to anyone who truly cares about their pets.

The groomer's skills are absolutely amazing! After the grooming session, my dog looked brand new, and the style suited him perfectly. All my friends have been complimenting how much cuter he looks now. My dog is usually quite shy around strangers, but he felt so relaxed here, and the entire process went very smoothly. I'm truly grateful! The grooming room was very clean, and all the tools were thoroughly sanitized, which made me feel completely at ease leaving my pet in their care. Since you got a fur baby, you always wanna give them the best and I'd been looking for a better pet grooming shop all the time, until I found Ironmaya. It's a christian owned business. For the first time visiting I just did bath and brush as I know, it's basic and actually it's hard to do as well. Nail clipping check Ear hair removal check Sanitary trimming check Belly hair trimming check under the paw hair check My fur baby came back with fresh smell and looked so happy. Took my pup Nola to Ironmaya for her very first grooming appointment, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! She was a bit nervous going in, but the staff was so gentle and kind with her. When I picked her up, she was not only looking fantastic but also happy and relaxed--which says a lot! They really took the time to make her feel comfortable and cared for. I took my miniature schnauzer first time at the San Dimas location and was told Isaac is the number one groomer in the nation. Indeed he is the best!! He did an awesome job and made my baby look amazing. Exactly how I requested. After I picked her up and took her into the supermarket everybody was complimenting on how good the grooming job came out.
