My dog Future goes to PSS once per week for day care and stays there whenever I go out of town or on holiday. They take great care of him and send daily pics which I really appreciate. I have a crazy schedule, and whenever I need to extend his stay, they are always more than accommodating and willing to help my guy. That flexibility gives me so much peace of mind. The best review comes from F himself though: as soon as I grab his overnight bad and start packing his goods he gets excited because he knows he is going to hang with his furriends. It's comforting to know he's happy and well cared for when I am away. My only request would be a live video feed at the facility so we could watch our dogs playing in the pens. If I could give this place 1000 stars I would. This place is truly a gem. I can't tell you how much me and my Frenchie, Kingston adore this place, it's insane. I love the staff, the layout, everything! I've boarded my 2 cats and frenchie here múltiple times and will continué to board them here as I have to travel for work time time. My Frenchie, Kingston loves it here so much that sometimes he doesn't want to go home literally. And when he's home , he's exhausted !!He also does play dates here for a few hours and he meets his little doggie friends(also regulars here). The staff is so attentive and provides me daily photo and short text updates of how Kingston is doing. They communicate well here. Every photo that is sent to me, Kingston is smiling ear to ear! When I drop my Frenchie off here, I don't worry because I know that the staff is going to take care of him be that he is going to have fun here. read more

First let me say that we have used PSS quite a few times in the past and they have taken good care of our dogs, but I have noticed a recent decline in the care our dog has received. Not to mention the foul stench that hits you as you walk in the door. This last time the way our dog was taken care of way beyond comprehension. We left him on a Weds and picked him up Sunday and I noticed right away something was not right with our dog. He was very skittish, head and tail down and trembling. He smelled very strongly of urine and feces, when I asked about it The girl explained that he had a a few accidents in his crate and they wiped him down. Whatever that meant? I asked why they couldn't have bathed the poor dog rather than let him languish in this urine, her answer was that he wasn't eligible for a free bath until the 5th day. Really! We would have payed to have him bathed!! Also, per usual, they sent pictures of him supposedly having fun but never any mention of him having accidents. This will be the last time we will use this business as phone calls and email to talk to management yielded no response, so I guess they have enough clientele that loosing us will not be a big deal. I've been taking my Great Dane, Leo, here for a few years now and I absolutely love it! The staff is so kind and attentive. Sometimes I'll take him just for day care or if I go on vacation I'll have him stay there for a few days. We have been using Pet Service Solutions for several years now to board our dog. You can tell our dog genuinely enjoys her stays since she gets so excited when she arrives, every time. Our dog is not dog friendly with other dogs, so they have to keep her separate and play individually with her. We pay a little extra for her to get daily walks when she is there and to have her bathed when we pick her up. They send pictures daily, which is so nice. And its easy to communicate with them via text. The staff always remember her and are so kind and friendly. Also they take the best photos of her. read more

We absolutely love PSS Upland, especially the amazing team that runs it! We started researching daycare options after rescuing our 1-year-old Malinois. After learning more about the breed, we knew how important it would be to keep her mentally and physically stimulated. We're a very active family, but like most pet parents, we also have this thing called a J-O-B, so we needed a trusted option for those occasional long workdays. Fortunately, our Malinois seems to be calmer than most. For almost two years, we've brought our dogs to PSS at least once a week, and they've been wonderful every step of the way. They've also cared for our dogs overnight, giving us the occasional chance to enjoy some human-only time. Our furry family also includes a senior Mini Schnauzer with dementia (CCD), and a middle-aged reactive Pug who's truly the sweetest. The PSS Upland team has been amazing with all of them, which gives us peace of mind. We truly appreciate having a place we can trust with our pack, and we cannot recommend them highly enough. This place is disgusting. We live down the street, and when we got a pup we wanted to go check this place out for the future possibility of doggy daycare. As soon as you get out of the car you're hit with the stench of pet excrement, and have to walk through the urine and grey water that seeps out the "walls" and down the street. (garage doors, because it used to be an auto garage of sorts by the looks of it) All you can hear is dogs barking and yelping like they're all just crammed in cages. We immediately made the decision to look elsewhere despite the convenience of location. But honestly every time I have to walk by, and traipse through the piss in the driveway, I just get so mad that they don't do anything about it..... so I came here to share a review, and after reading other reviews it's clear they just don't care, which I'm sure is reflected in the way they "care" for the pets while under their supervision. Was visiting from the Bay Area for NYE and needed a place to board my pup as I'd be out and about visiting friends and relatives. Spoke with Leah who was so friendly and professional to set everything up. We decided to do a complimentary practice run with my doodle for a half day. He LOVED it and came back so pumped (and tired) from all the new friends he made. The PSS team made sure to send photo updates of Otis while in their care. I don't recommend. When your dogs get Over boarding, your dogs are not monitoring for 12 hrs! According to their website someone is in there until 7:30pm and monitoring by video feed, but when asked why no one was at the facility at 7:30, per their website, I was told the website is not up to date and all members leave the building by 7pm exactly. No emergency numbers or way to contact anyone until 7am. So question starts, who monitors the supposed video feed, if there even is one? read more

We loved our two puppies there for a week. Make sure they have all their shots checked all the boxes everything. We left them with their bedding, their food, and toys. We did like that we got daily updates. Pictures while we were on our trip. When it was pick up time, we got back their bedding, smelling horribly. And the food was practically all gone. Now I left enough food for the week plus a few days, but even at that they would not have eaten everything. I left good instructions on how they were supposed to be fed and I don't think those were followed. Also, our dogs came back with a cough. If we have to try them again, I will make sure to be more clear about feeding instructions and ask a lot more questions on drop off and pick up. read more

I've been a client for several years, but unfortunately my experience with customer service has steadily declined. In the last several months, I've had two separate experiences involving the same issues. In one recent instance, I waited several hours for approval on a daycare request submitted online, while my calls went unanswered with no acknowledgment or return call. Upon arrival, I learned this was due to a closure for repairs that had not been communicated to clients, I only discovered it after arriving and seeing a sign on the door. There should be some form of notification, such as a text or email, when closures occur. As a result, I was unable to secure a reservation at another local daycare, which interfered with a doctor's appointment and forced me to reschedule. I've also been told in the past that reservations aren't necessary and that I could bring my dogs in as needed, but that hasn't been the case on multiple occasions. During a previous visit, the facility was at capacity and could barely accommodate us, despite my attempts to call and submit a request in advance, which again went unanswered. Once again, no acknowledgements were made about my phone calls and requests online which raises concerns about reliability and client responsiveness. Please note that I have no complaints about the daycare services themselves. My dogs always have a great time, and I've been very happy with their overall experience. I have 2 female French Bulldogs, I am a crazy, over protective and paranoid Frenchie momma, my 9 year old Coco Chanel is a little anti social, doesn't like new people, she loves me and like 2 other people on this entire planet but the moment we walked in to the Upland location she was calm, went straight over to one of the girls that works there, she squatted down and Coco put her paw on her like a hello hug! I instantly knew I found my new boarding place for my girls! Violette is my 4 year old that I rescued last year, she came from severe neglect, abuse and breeding, kept caged for first 3 years of her life so she gets really anxious and scared in new situations but she was excited and was giving everyone kisses... my girls each had their own suite, beds, toys and playtime together. I didn't opt for the group play yet, I want to bring them when I am able to watch them to see how they interact with the doggies in the group playroom, they all look like they are having fun so I'm hoping my girls enjoy it. I received pictures and updates every day so this was the first vacation that I've been able to actually relax on in several years! I picked them up after 6 days of boarding and they looked healthy and happy! Even boarding at my vets they usually lose a little weight because they boycott food when they are upset, the first day home they are usually annoyed with each other and upset with me but not after staying here! They were happy and getting along so well, like the besties they are! They were not stressed and hadn't lost any weight, the look rested and just happy! I already booked their next stay in a few months. If you are a momma who is always worried about leaving your babies and not sure if they are going to taken care of and actually cared for, THIS IS THE PLACE!
