I've brought my Maine Coon here approximately six times over the past two years, spending around $90 per visit for routine grooming and seasonal trims. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was disappointing enough that I won't be returning. During the appointment, the groomer commented that my Maine Coon's paw tufts were 'long and painful.' I explained that paw tufts are a normal characteristic of the Maine Coon breed. Instead of having a respectful conversation, she became argumentative and confrontational. When I tried to clarify my concerns and explain the breed trait, I felt that she gaslit me by dismissing what I was saying and attempting to make me feel as though my understanding of my own cat was incorrect. I don't appreciate being made to feel judged for bringing my cat to a groomer for professional grooming services. If my cat didn't require grooming and coat maintenance, I wouldn't be scheduling appointments in the first place. After being a loyal customer for two years, I expected professionalism, respectful communication, and a positive experience. Instead, I left feeling disrespected and uncomfortable. Customer service matters just as much as the quality of the grooming itself, and unfortunately, this experience fell far below expectations. read more

Disappointing! I scheduled an appointment for my dogs. I dropped them off on time. When I arrived, it was awkward because the check in person didn't say a word. That's rude in my book. I was told it would be 2-3 hours for a wash and haircut. I called 3 1/2 hours later and they didn't start working on my dogs. And the place was closing in 30 minutes. I'm not sure what they were thinking but they should've called. When I picked up my dogs it seemed as though they didn't care. Yelp is great but sometimes you wonder that a high rating is suspect. NEVER EVER GO TO THIS PLACE FOR GROOMING‼Period. If I could, I would give negative for the rating, not just because the lousy work also the bad, unprofessional attitude the owner has! I went to this place once for my dog's full grooming, it was ok. So this time I went there again and asked for the same style as last time they did. I even said there will be a family picture going on next week, so I wanted to have the same look, especially to have the eyes area cleaned up just like last time. Picture 7 was before the grooming, picture 3 was after the "full grooming" this morning for 3 hours, picture 4 and 6 can tell the hair around the eyes are not clean up, and the trimming was not even, and this full grooming didn't even do the hairs in the ears! The groomer who did this for our morning appointment is named Rebecca H. I had a schedule to pickup my kiddo so I had to leave the place with the dog. I then called them after the pickup to ask them for a fix, the one that can fix she said she's not available, she needs to leave soon and won't be available for the next few days. Therefore she said she can ask the owner who's named Anna if she can, which the owner said yes, and asked me to send the picture from the last time to the number they gave me (picture 4) for their reference. I drove all the way to there again today for half an hour ( one way), I even had to bring my kid with me to go there for asking a fix. Guess what? The owner said they didn't do any hair cut was because I didn't book full grooming. I said I did, she then checked, it was full grooming I booked and paid . Then she said the hair looks ok around the eyes, it was suppose to be like that ( look at the picture 4 and 6, that's called ok?).. then after I explained again how I described in the first place this morning and there's a picture from what they did last time as a reference to do it this time, she started to do it. She claimed that the lady (Hope) who picked up the phone didn't explain to them well, but now they know what style I wanted. Guess what again? See picture 1 , picture 5 and the last picture , is that the same as (not even similar) the one I showed/sent them? My kid can instantly tell the hair at snout area, left and right are not even. The groomer told me that even though she's the owner, doesn't mean she knows how to groom.. I was like if you don't know, why'd you agree and said yes to do that. She even said why would I do that by myself. I was shocked!!! Does that mean I paid for the full grooming service, and I needed to end up with myself doing it?! I'm not sure where's professional service? Was that how they treat customers?!! First of all, she tried to turned things around, not even apologize, then she did was totally different from the picture that was sent to her, and then with a bad attitude to treat our fluffy friend and human. She said she tried. For God sake, she didn't! I was the one who tried, I called and explained in both English and Chinese, and drove again all the way to them for a fix. I spent my time and energy. Just moved to the city of Ontario boarder line upland and I had been struggling to find a place for my baby to get groomed he was already getting matted from his ears and I could tell it was bothering him and I with confidence I can say I have found the one! Best grooming place hands down! I'm very picky when it comes to grooming my mini poodle but this place is amazing. They're amazing with the dogs and their cuts are on point every time. I drove up earlier than my pick up time and watched them interact with my dog and I couldn't be happier. My dogs tail was wagging like crazy as they cut her hair and she kept trying to lick their faces. The groomer would pause and pet my dog, giving her the attention she wanted, they were extremely gentle with her and this was not knowing that anyone was watching them. This is a huge deal as you don't see that type of interaction at most places. The cut was exactly as I showed them (I googled photos before hand). This is my 3rd time here and have been telling everyone about this place. If you're on the fence I recommend you drop by and you'll see every dog they have is very happy there. read more

I took my cat for grooming because he had some mats. I know it will go short on him because he has mats but I didn't expect to have a big bald spot on him. I even told the stylist don't go to short if there's no mats and keep his collars. I suppose a lion cut is to keep the hair around his neck to make it look like a lion, but it's not what I expected. And the stylist didn't tell me about the bald spot and his skin looks irritated. I found out myself after I got home. Now I just hope the bald spot will heal itself soon.
