I needed last minute grooming service for my granddog and Ace's got back to me right away and fit me in day of at a time that worked for me. Location was easy to find plenty of parking and across from a cute coffee shop where I got some work done while my dog was getting groomed. They were very friendly and my dog didn't seem traumatized or anything when I picked him up. The cut looked so fresh and so clean, definitely recommend Ace's if this location works for you.

This was our second visit with Ace Grooming, and as the first time they did a great job on my 3 dogs. My dogs all have different personalities, I have an Australia cattle dog that see opposite from one she is very uncomfortable with new people, but she does well with Ace groomers. I also have 1 poodle mix 14 years old boy, bad back loves attention always happy when I pick him up. Then my little girl terrier mix over weight and a Houdini always slipping out of her collar. That girl is a wild child. They are great with her. As I said only second visit I have no complaints my dogs are clean ears nails trimmed anal glands cleaned out. I'm happy . If my dogs are happy I'm happy.

This was our second visit with Ace Grooming, and as the first time they did a great job on my 3 dogs. My dogs all have different personalities, I have an Australia cattle dog that see opposite from one she is very uncomfortable with new people, but she does well with Ace groomers. I recently moved from LA to Ontario and I've been looking for a pet groomer out here in the area. I took my Little Boy to Aces and showed them exactly how he used to get groomed! I was very nervous at first because I had been taking my pup to the same groomer for years and they would cut him exactly how I liked it! Teddy Bear face with a low coat. I had dropped off Hero ( My Pup ) off around 4. I arrived early and waiting until they finished. I saw how gentle and sweet they were with him and patient as well! They nailed the haircut my little boy looked AMAZING! Leaving I was so happy , felt comfortable and was over all very satisfied!! My dawggo had his first grooming appt and I was very pleasantly surprised, they were professional & gentle with him. They knew how to handle him based on his age and temperament, (he is young, non aggressive, happy go lucky-energetic). I was given great suggestions for his specific hair type. We came across Ace's Pet Grooming on Yelp. They were extremely prompt in responding to my inquiry online and addressed any concerns we had. This was our first time grooming our German Shepard. Our girl can be anxious around new people and places and so I brought this up to them. They assured me that she would be in good hands. Very good groomers! My dog stepped in a glue trap and had glue all over her leg and I needed a quick, last minute grooming session and the owners were very accommodating. They managed to fit me in the next day and around my busy schedule. Brought my dog in and got the full bathing package which came out to around $70 for her weight (50lbs). They said it would take about two hours but only took about an hour. She came out clean and glue-less without having to shave off all her fur. This also included a nail trimming, ear cleaning, paw trimming, and an anal gland expression. I can tell they are very gentle to the animals and was accommodating for my dogs old age (15!). read more

Brought my cat to get dematted, unfortunately poor guy was too matted and they recommended a vet but I really appreciate they're kindness and their effort in trying to help my cat. It was definitely challenging. Many places were hesitant to take him because of his background. When I reached out to All About Paws Pet Spa and explained his situation, they didn't hesitate at all. I will NEVER COME HERE AGAIN…read more I took my maltipoo last week. I took her here maybe once before years ago. This is not my normal groomer. My dog just went to the vet for a physical exam just hours before and there were no issues. She is an indoor dog & does not socialize with any other dogs. She has never had an open wound, nor any incident with any other groomer in her life (5 years). My dog came home with cuts on her legs and face and I just found another on her ear this morning (it was masked by hair). I contacted the company and the groomer said the scab on her legs must have got caught on the clippers. She also said she doesn't like being cut on her face. I do not believe either of these statements. She has never had issue at any other groomer. My main complaint is that none of these were mentioned to me when I picked her up. It was only said after I called and told them what I found. The owner did contact me and apologize and offered to refund half the grooming price. I do appreciate that. However, Now that I found another cut on her ear, I'm honestly even more upset. There is no way that she went in there with all these cuts without my knowledge and without a licensed vet noticing them. She didn't because those cuts weren't there prior to her grooming, although the groomer claims they were. I should've have requested a full refund and medical care/products. Although I did receive an apology after contacting them, it doesn't negate this fact this shouldn't have ever happened. Now I have to spend money tend to her wounds medically and don't know what to do since this has never happened before. I'm just very irritated with the whole situation and hope I don't find any more cuts.

Every time I drop him off, I can barely say goodbye because he is so excited to go and see his buddies. This past weekend is the first time that I had my husky groomed during his stay. If you are familiar with huskies, they blow their coat about twice a year (they have an undercoat so they shed *a ton* during this time) and they're not small, so I knew it would be time consuming for the staff. When I picked my boy up on Sunday, not only had he been fully deshedded and bathed, but I haven't felt him this soft and silky since he was a puppy! The staff is always wonderful, they seem to really know and appreciate my dog, and I want to recommend Pawsh Pets to everyone!

After almost 5 years of do-it-yourself grooming, we decided to take our Aussie doodle to a groomer. Ace's Pet Grooming gave exceptional service...from answering our questions via text, to making the appointment via text, to being understanding when we arrived late due to traffic, to the intake process, to asking first about any needed extras like excessive matting, to keeping us informed about when they would be done, and of course, to the outstanding job they did. Our doodle was born with a bird "tattoo" on her chest and that came through so nicely in the haircut. The side-on photo shows how sharp/precise the groom was, and the front-on photo doesn't do justice to how nicely they groomed her face area. I brought my dog in for grooming today. The knots on his head were really worse , and I didn't have high hopes that he would look good after the cut. However, they were so patient and managed to untangle all the knots on my dog's head. When I came to pick him up, I was shocked--was this really my baby? I'm truly grateful for Ace's Pet Grooming's patience. I'm so satisfied and will definitely come back again. I highly recommend this place to everyone.
