My kitten had a great experience today!…read more It was Rifle's first grooming ever, and Qutie Pets Grooming treated her so well and with so much patience. They also gave me detailed feedback on how she did during the bath and sent me some lovely photos, which I really appreciated. They also did a great job trimming the fur around her butt exactly as I requested, so she won't get poop stuck there anymore! The price was very reasonable too. The only small concern was that they were pretty busy around noon, so I waited about 10 minutes at pickup and there were quite a few dogs barking. Rifle came home a little tired, but she quickly became energetic and playful again, as kittens always do. And she smells AMAZING! Booking was super easy too. I made the appointment yesterday afternoon and was able to bring her in this morning. We'll be back in a couple of months!

We didn't know how he would react or whether he would be comfortable around people he didn't know. Thankfully, we found this place, and they have been amazing with him. He is completely comfortable here now and actually gets excited when we pull up, which says a lot considering how anxious he normally is. They've clearly taken the time to earn his trust and make him feel safe. Every time we pick him up, he's happy, relaxed, and squeaky clean. Finding a groomer you can truly trust with an anxious dog is such a relief, and we're very thankful we found this place. Highly recommend them!

Helen is wonderful with our skittish Chow Chow. He's very selective about the people he trusts, and I'm happy to say that Helen is one of them. It's clear that she genuinely cares about the dogs she works with, and I've never felt more comfortable leaving Chub Chub in someone else's care. We always know he's in great hands. We'd highly recommend her to anyone looking for a groomer!

The fact that she doesn't keep them in kennels and keeps the process quick was the biggest blessing since my baby doesn't like being locked up and has separation anxiety. Every time Helen has gone above and beyond and the photos she sends after and the bows/bandanas she puts on her are seriously the cutest. Everyone needs to take their dog to Helen! Your dog will look so cute after but most importantly will have a positive experience, and that is the best thing for any dog parent.
