Cat parent here! My older cat had never been groomed and was pretty freaked out (the cat carrier is not typically a good sign). Mario, our groomer, was calm and patient. He let me stay and keep my little angel company. She got a gentle trim and got her matted fur removed. This was followed by a bath. The dryer made her stressed, so she got towel dried and returned to her kingdom. Thank you so much Mario for making this a great experience! I really appreciate you.

I was super excited for my five year old cat OPAL to get her annual LION'S CUT for the summer...Mario was on time and very professional. My cat OPAL was a little fussy, but she tired herself out. Mario had a steady hand and was assertive but gentle at the same time. He mentioned she was one of the biggest cats he had groomed. He shaved her down, clipped her nails, bathed her, and shaped her. So impressed with the skills MARIO displayed. I will be a repeat customer and will refer my fellow cat owner friends to use Wag On Wheels Mobile Pet Grooming. Cat parent here! My older cat had never been groomed and was pretty freaked out (the cat carrier is not typically a good sign). Mario, our groomer, was calm and patient. He let me stay and keep my little angel company. She got a gentle trim and got her matted fur removed. This was followed by a bath. Excellent job!!! Our little Evee is very shy with people but she went right away to get her groomer! Evee is 17 years old and they were very gentle with her and she looks great. I would recommend Wag on Wheel to get a great service. The price is good and compares to the shops you have to go to. As an owner you get to relax knowing your fur baby is being taken care of!!! So I had a appointment scheduled and it's my first time using this company and indicate that they're going to send a text message in our prior to my appointment never received any correspondence super unprofessional and then I had to call them to see what happened and they said that the groomer was dealing with another customer, but that's not how you conduct business. You have to call the other client because there's a time window that you guys have and it would be nice. If you would do that courteous I have took some time off so I can have my dogs groomed in showered and then no response back and then calling finding now an hour later that they're finishing up and may take another additional hour for them to show up not professional and I would not recommend this company at all. If I can give it a zero star I would for customer service and the lack of communication read more

Goldendoodle owners know how hard it is to find a groomer who actually understands doodle coats and this place nailed it. My dog came out looking adorable, fluffy, and evenly trimmed. They already have his usual on file, so I can just text and request "the usual" without having to re-explain everything each time. Gibby is usually pretty calm during the grooming, and the groomers handle him well. His "waiting room" is separated from the grooming area, probably to avoid stressing cats out with all the dogs there too? A full groom usually takes about 3-4 hours, which seems normal for the service. And, after the service he always comes back smelling so fresh and his eyes squinting like he's trying to stay awake after a nice spa treatment. This time I noticed they offer a blueberry facial for cats, so I added that on too. Gibby seemed fine with it, and it was a nice little extra on top of the usual routine. Price is reasonable, especially compared to other groomers we've tried. We keep coming back and don't plan on switching anytime soon!
