I'd give more stars if I could. Javier was perfect businessman-he communicated well with me via text and was able to squeeze my pup Ande in first thing in morning of an already packed work day. He arrived on time, was very friendly and made Ande feel as comfortable as possible and then....gave him a terrific haircut! Did fantastic job and took his time. Do not hesitate to book with Fresh Pup, you won't be disappointed.
Amazing job. Thank you for spending all the time with Cerbey! She was super dirty & you made her look nice, fluffy, and beautiful You did amazing with everything and thanks for letting me trust you with her! I appreciate you, and your service and will def pass this experience along Thanks again!
This is my first time using a mobile pet groomer & this exceeded my expectations. Javier was very communicative prior to setting up the appointment & was extremely personable upon meeting him. My pup took to him right away when he immediately greeted her at eye level and was so kind & attentive. She came out looking so fly. I will most definitely be a repeat customer. Thank you for your kindness, transparency & making my baby girl look so pretty.
Javier did an amazing job on our girl! I could tell he loves pets by the way he interacted with our pup. She looked so good and clean and her coat was beautiful. I will definitely be using him again!
I believe I have found my go-to groomer for my two dogs. My experience with Javier was awesome. One of my two dogs had spinal surgery back in March and I've been very hesitant about taking him to the groomers (as in dropping off and leaving there). Luckily for me Javier brought all my grooming needs to my doorstep. He was very easy to contact and responded very quickly. His prices are very reasonable (which he was upfront about) and he did a wonderful job on my dogs. So please give Javier a call and try out his mobile grooming service. I had an excellent experience and had a great chat with Javier while he was taking care of my dogs. He services Walnut and all surrounding areas so if you're not sure I wouldn't hesitate to give him a call.
We have been home bound sine Marsh and our poor Hennessey was in such dire need of grooming and especially nail trimming. We were so happy to be able to book Fresh Pup Mobile to come take care of our baby's needs. We were also so very concerned for his safety and compatibility with a new groomer. We are so very happy that they were so wonderfully effective at putting us and especially our poodle at ease! They did a wonderful job and he is so well groomed he is prancing around showing off to us. If you want a mobile groomer you are in the right place. Tell them Hennessey sent you.
I have so many good things to say about this groomer named Malory. First off she does an amazing job and she is really kind to the dogs. The whole mobile grooming service is great. It's so convenient. Malory walks right up to the door with her own slip on leash to get your dog. Every dog will take a different amount of time being groomed but for both of our dogs it only took about an hour before they were finished. These groomers take care of everything. They do a haircut, bath, sanitary plus anal glands, clean the inside of ears and of course grind the nails down. Malory ask detailed questions about how you want your dog to be groomed and if you want anything extra. She also sends you a few texts when she is grooming to give you updates on how your dog is doing and if she has any questions while she is working on your dog. Malory does such an amazing job that I am now going to quit going to my other groomer. I have been going to my other groomer for 6 years! They were really nice and did an okay job but Malory does a much better job. This is only my second time using Fresh Pup Mobil Pet Spa and I will use them for as long as they stay in business. I am a super happy customer and recommend this mobile dog groomer to absolutly anyone. I can't say enough good things about them!
Javier was great. We have three dogs - big, medium and small. One is senior, recently had pneumonia and has a heart condition; middle size girl is sweet but rambunctious; small girl was adopted after being mistreated in her previous life and is nervous with strangers. They all loved Javier. He replied to my first text right away, and kept me informed all the time of possible times for the appointment, when he was getting close to our house and how long he might take. Thanks, Javier!
Javier was excellent! Easy to book, got a semi emergency appointment due to a run in with a skunk. Javier prefers to text via smartphone. Makes it easy to make changes to arrivals, payment, and questions. Took care to wash, shampoo, and de-fur my dog... Excellent mobile grooming services at a great price! Here is my old lab mix who was just so clean now:
I was a little nervous about Yves' first appointment with a new groomer today because she is an older dog and has been dealing with some pain. I loved that Javier took his time with her and when she was done she looked amazing and was relaxed. She is NEVER relaxed after grooming so I can tell that he was good to her! I'm so glad to have found Javier!

Javi and his son did an awesome job with my girl Bella! She needed to be groomed and deshedded and they took real good care of her. Javi was real professional and knew exactly how to trim up my Aussie's hair. I'm very pleased with the work they did! Definitely will using their service again :) read more

I loved the grooming service that my baby received today.. I have to say I was a little embarrassed because my baby needed a little extra love. Javier had my Westie looking adorable and smelling wonderful in no time. I was very impressed with Javiers professionalism. His van is clean and modern and he uses good products and he was on time. I've found my new groomer. read more

Javier was fantastic with Khaleesi. We had trouble with the follow through from a previous groomer and were desperately seeking someone that would take on our large, skiddish, matted standard poodle. Javier was WONDERFUL with her. She never can back with clean paws with any other groomer. Javier conquered that feat. I'm so pleased with his service. Thank you, Thank you! read more

This was my first time using a mobile pet grooming service and definitely won't be my last. The groomer arrived thirty mins early and took about an hour and a half on both of my dogs. They came out smelling good and looking pretty. I loved how quick everything went seeing that my dogs are usually gone all day when I drop them off at the groomers. I'd definitely give this service 10/10 and will definitely be calling them again read more

We used these mobile groomers a couple of times while our local groomers was closed due to Covid-19. The owners are very friendly, and were great with our dogs. They also did a great job with our shi-tzu Zaphod, and our cock-a-poo-poo Ladybug. I highly recommend them, and would use them again if our local groomer closes again. We even got some extra services free just for posting a Yelp review! read more

Javier was fantastic! We just adopted our little guy from the Rancho Cucamonga shelter and was looking for a mobile groomer to go to the shelter to give him a fresh start before his neutering surgery. Javier was able to fit us in last minute! He was super responsive and gave us an estimate after seeing a before photo. Mallory was the groomer and she did a fantastic job! She was on time and quick! It took about 1.5 hrs. We hardly recognized him! He's all smiles and has a fresh start with our family! Thank you Fresh Pup! read more

This was my first time having a mobile pet groomer and I'm very happy with the results! My 16 lb Maltese needed a much needed cut and I searched Yelp for someone local. I'm so happy that I was able to get an appointment for the next day. They came before the scheduled time (they have a 30 minute grace period) and went right to work. He came out so fresh smelling and his coat so soft. The cute gingham bow tie was a nice touch! read more
