This was Luna's first time with Jessica. We're now "regulars". She understood exactly what I wanted for a summer cut, "Not to short, not to long" . She was excellent! All the things you want in a groomer. Fair price, on time, caring to Luna, and professional. Thank you Jessica! read more

My dogs never got to experience their service. So this review is focused on the booking of appointment experience. I was communicating with Jessica on August 3rd to book an appointment for September 6th, only to find out today (September 1st) that she never booked my appointment. I'm not sure what happened, but you be the judge based on the text messages / screen shots. Clearly, it was a communication issue that i hope they can address for their future customers. After waiting for roughly a month, i've really waited for nothing. I mean, I could have just brought my dogs to somewhere else during that time. Edit: Yes, you showed me a screenshot of not getting my reply about my dog being able to stand on his hind legs, and my other dog being healthy enough to have a haircut despite her age. That said, you totally ignored the fact that prior to your questions or clarifications, i already confirmed the appointment (refer to 2nd screenshot) - "Got it. See you next month. Thanks!" Assuming you never really got my last response, you never bothered to follow up or text after the no response, nor offer to reschedule? Those things. Those little things make a difference for a great customer experience. read more

Jessica has been taking care of our babies for more than 15 years and has NEVER disappointed us.. our Yorkies respond to " Jessica is coming over" . As always they looked beautiful and pranced around the house as if to say " yeah we pretty" Sadly we will be losing her after May as she will not be covering our area if upland any longer . Thank you so much for the last15 years and much success in your future endeavors read more

We got their info from another groomer that couldn't do his grooming because fatty was more than 60 lbs. Diana was quick with the response and even showed up 20 min earlier! We helped with the nail trim because I was SURE that Chief wouldn't let her touch his paws. He was kind of nervous at first but eventually let her do whatever she wanted. Diana did a great job! I can tell Chief is super happy And feels nice and clean! His grooming with now be a monthly thing! Thank you Diana! read more

A neighbor of mine recommended Foxy like Roxy to me so I reached out to them and was able to get an appointment fairly quickly. Raquel came out to groom my dog and she was super nice and easy to talk to. She groomed my pup exactly how I asked her to. I'm really happy with how my pup turned out and I will be using their services again. Thanks Raquel! read more

I absolutely love their service. They always do an amazing job with both of our Yorkie boys. They take their time and make sure we are satisfied with the cuts I only trust them with my pups and will never go elsewhere, I always get asked where I take them and I definitely recommend this place. They also made my experience during covid so easy and I love that fact that then NEVER kennel the pups like PetSmart and Petco do. I truly appreciate their time and patience with my puppies. read more

We had a wonderful experience today Sunday 6/13. We received a text that our groomer would arrive in 10 minutes. The young lady was sweet, attentive and kind to our pups. One of our pups usually acts awkward around new people however she acted completely normal and walked right into the truck with the young lady- she really liked her. She was happy and her normal self even after the session. The groomer used sensitive shampoo on her (just to be safe-which is a big perk they offer) as her skin tends to be a little delicate. Our other pup got the cutest cut from head to tail and came out with 2 adorable red sparkly bows. Our pups truly enjoyed their grooming session. Thank you for your sweet service to our babies. read more

I had been a customer of Foxy Like Roxy for over a year. I received a phone call from my groomer saying it was her last day with the company and that when I hear from the number, it wouldn't be her contacting me. I messaged the business phone number to inquire about my already scheduled appointment, I received a very rude text back a few days later stating that there was no one able to cover the appointments. As we all know, it can take weeks to get into a new groomer, so I asked if she had any available cancellations or anyway to fit me in the schedule. Her (the owner I am assuming) reply stated "Diana quit without any notice and said she let her clients know, which I'm finding out was not true, so we're both inconvenienced. We are filled to capacity with our clients". Pretty sure I'm the only one inconvenienced in this situation, and a genuine apology, as well as some accommodations or referrals would have been appreciated. Terrible business model and ethics in my humble opinion.. and a horrible way to communicate with clients. As I see in reviews below, you're awfully rude to people that inquire about your business and not accepting new clients, which is good because I won't be referring any . read more

Love them! It's so nice that they are mobile since I don't have a car. They do a great job on my Teddy (mini-goldendoodle) with a puppy cut. I get him cut every couple of months, but with summer coming it'll be once a month. They do the works: nails, anal glands, ears, etc. They are always on time. If something happens and they can't make it, they always text so we can reschedule. They were recommended to me by a friend who had a gorgeous golden retriever (who since died), so now I'm passing it forward. read more

I was referred to Foxy Like Roxy by another mobile groomer who was booked up and I'm sure glad I was. My little Lucy has become very matted and she's very nervous but Raquel was amazing. Foxy like Roxy - Miley after her groom. Looking fresh - Pet Groomers Near Me

April, serving south San Jose, is absolute purrfection. I have a special needs cat (she's blind and has advanced renal failure), and every time Fiona needed a grooming, she showed very few signs of stress afterward. I'm heartbroken to be moving to a place that April can't drive to (and am considering just driving up back to SJ for grooming appts!). This last appointment was a testament to the skill and genuine nature of April. Fiona's blindness makes her very distrustful, and she generally only loves me and my husband. But this lass session, Fiona was affectionate and loving toward April, and still seems cuddly even after the haircut! Aside from Fiona's general happiness with April, she's also frickin' adorable. Somehow, after grooming she looks like a stuffed animal--too cute to be real! I hope Foxy like Roxy expands to a wider area. I'd recommend April to literally everyone. read more

I am beyond happy with the results of my dogs grooming. From the beginning, Jessica responded to me within an hour. I was able to schedule a grooming appointment next day!!! Raquel was amazing, my dog was absolutely happy after his grooming and i haven't seen him like that ever! I have had multiple experiences with multiple groomers and my dog is super sad and unhappy. I am beyond grateful for taking this chance and will absolutely be scheduling my dogs grooming with them from this moment forward. read more

Raquel is very blessed at what she does. The dogs come out looking so good because she puts her heart time and effort into her craft! The Love in her work shows on the Groom. We have tried many different mobile services and in stores services for a grooming and always been disappointed. Raquel is the best I highly recommend her. read more

Well, although I was happy with past service today, I was charged 110 dollars instead of the usual 70. I was told that it was because of my dog's behavior, a retriever/shepherd (he whines and talks), and his coat was bad, but I've tried to get him groomed for four months yet she couldn't come out. I can tell she never liked my dog. I had that feeling before, but today confirmed it. I budgeted 70 dollars, which is what I have always paid, to now pay 63 percent more for the same service. His coat was the same as it was previously. I guess back to Michelle's in Claremont. Very dissapointing and unprofessional. It's too bad since I recommended her to many of my Claremont/Upland friends and families. read more

This is by far the best groomer I've encountered. I have a dog who bites groomers (he became like this after a bad experience at a groomer). I was very happy with the last place I went to but it was very expensive. I tried Foxy Roxy and her services are superb and her prices are very very reasonable! Raquel is the best! She was so sweet and patient with my pug, Sammy (who is not the biggest fan of baths to say the least). FINALLY. Jade, who has been our pets groomer for I don't know how many years was no longer at PetSmart. Now works here!! I trust her, and she has ALWAYS done an amazing job on my 2 pups. She came today and both dogs were done in under 2 hours..... whereas at PetSmart it was 4 hours. So very pleased. Set up next appointment. ... the little one with the duck was very ragged because she had 2 leg surgeries and unable to be groomed for a few months. She's so pretty now. Jade was careful around her legs. Again, amazing job. read more

I saw the Foxy Like Roxy van driving down the street the other day. I snapped a pic of the van so I would have the number. I made an appointment for Sat. at 9:00am. Exactly at 9:00 Raquel called to say she was at my house. The total grooming time took about one hour. The cool thing is, Rachel had been my groomer when she worked at the local chain store grooming salon. Not going to mention the name. ( No free advertising.) My Princess looks and smells FABULOUS!
