Worse customer service ever. Very unprofessional Jessica has always booked appointment for my 3 girls every 6 weeks and this time she never text me a date like she always did. So I text her to ask what had happened. 4 days later No Reply so I text her again asking for an explanation I've been a loyal customer of hers for over a year. She finally replies 5 days later from the first text saying she can't groom my girls anymore due to her going part time and until she figures her babysitter issues she wouldn't be grooming my girls. Now I get your going to go part time is fine but the part of why you didn't communicate this to your clients to say your canceling all services in general to me is WRONG I paid her 160 or so every 6 weeks!!! I honestly don't feel that I have to be chasing someone around to get an honest answer to why they haven't shown up. If looking for a groomer don't waste your time with her unprofessional if i can give her a Zero i totally would Update: I'm sorry I don't think I ever wrote anything about you not grooming good. If you would of read my post I did say you were unprofessional of not communicating to me you were canceling all my girls grooming. And you never said I can book in 6 weeks again you said you couldn't groom them Period if I couldn't wait on you to fix your babysitting issues I can go look for another groomer. And yes you diagnosed my Dog that might of had ring worm which I took to the vet right away to get it treated. And about the ticks.. I mean really you act like my dog were infested which they weren't they are inside dogs!! so there was no way they had more than 1 tick so for you to even bring that up shows how unprofessional you are!!! Now if you don't see what you did to a loyal client WRONG than so be it. I hope none of your other clients go through what I did because it's not ok my pets are my babies and I treat them as that so. Booking the appointment with Diana was very easy and informative and I loved that she was able to work with my busy schedule. I got the upgraded package, she had a variety of shampoos to choose from and recommended the oatmeal shampoo for my pups dry skin. At first my dog was very nervous but once Diana started interacting with her she quickly warmed up to her. My dog gets anxiety so it's awful to take him in a car to get groomed. I had a groomer in Rancho Cucamonga very close to my house but I was able to take my dog to and it was awesome but when I move to North Fontana I knew that my dog would barely be able to make the commute. So a friend of mine recommended foxy like Roxy and I'm so happy. Don't get me wrong my dog still gets anxious when he sees Jessica but he doesn't have to get in a car or go anywhere and he comes out beautiful and happy. Best decision ever! I usually dread taking my two German shepherds to the groomers. It's always such a pain loading them in and out of the car especially with a two year old in tow. Unfortunately it's a necessity since both dogs have long coats that usually end up getting matted once summer starts. I normally have them shaved down. Our older dog Stella has been having a hard time getting in and out of our SUV so I decided to call a mobile dog groomer instead. I saw their van at a neighbors house a few times so I gave them a call and I am so glad I did!! It was easier on both me and the dogs! I was hesitant to try a mobile groomer just because I assumed it would be very expensive. Well I was wrong it was comparable to the vet I would take my dogs to. I have 2 mini dachshunds and 1 can't get her shots because of allergies so the vet was the only option. After researching and reading reviews I decided to try Foxy like Roxy and couldn't be more happy. I got both dogs done in just about an hour.
