I've taken my cat to Superidog for bathing several times, and they have never disappointed me. The groomers are always so patient and gentle with her. Took my Doberman here for a nail trim and gland expression. However, the groomer was not comfortable with our large dog and clearly seemed scared of our sweet boy. His nails weren't cut as short as the first time we brought him in and I believe it's because the groomer was scared of our dog who was skiddish but not crazy or fighting I noticed all the photos inside the place are of small dogs. Experience was fine but I won't be coming here again since the staff seems inexperienced/uncomfortable w bigger dogs

I live around the corner from this gem of a place! I wished I would have walked in here sooner. I randomly decided to check the place out yesterday evening & they were able to fit me in for this morning at 10am. Overall, The owners were so nice and understanding of what I wanted. This was my first time taking my pup to them and WOW they did such a great job. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

OH MY LORT! FINALLY A PLACE THAT GETS WHAT I AM ASKING FOR!!! My Zaya has been in search of her forever grooming place and I think we've finally found it!!! Asian fusion cuts are difficult to accomplish... and this place here- They can do it! Might be one of my favorite spots thus far. Located in the corner of a shopping center... plenty of parking. The place is cute inside as well. You can do some shopping for your small pet if needed. Highly recommend- fairly priced- good service- can't wait to come back.

Do not book with this company!! Not only did they not give the haircut that I requested, they also cut my puppy. As you can see in the picture. They also left a ton of lose hairs on him. As soon as I pet my puppy my hand was covered in hair. And not only that he had no scent like from the shampoo. Also when I pick my puppy up he was shaking, scared and crying. And one thing about my puppy he is not scared of anything but he looked traumatized. I honestly don't think you should book an appointment with this company. Never again. For the price I paid for I was expecting better experience. read more

The customer service was poor. The employee didn't explain what would happen during the grooming session. She came out in a rush, weighed my dog, and took her straight to the back without any prior information. I had to ask her about the grooming process. Once I pick my dog up, nothing was said other than what my total was and then she handed me the receipt and left to the back. The overall grooming wasn't worth $90 my dog still has an odor. Only giving this place 2 stars for the fact that they had same day appointment. HOWEVER, clearly you can see it was not worth it. I'm very dissatisfied with the quality of the groomer's work. We specifically asked to TRIM NOT cut ALL the hair around my dog's ears. We even showed my other dog's cut (done by another groomer) to show specifically what we wanted and to avoid confusion, which is to trim the ears and make the hair round around the head. This groomer CHOPPED all the hair off my dog's ears and head. It looks like he got his hair cut at home using a regular hair trimmer and NOT by a "professional". He looks like a homeless dog now!!! And to top it off they charged $105; that's $45 MORE than where I usually take my dogs ($65). It's ridiculous! If a business charges that much, I expect them to take pride in their work and provide top professional work. read more

Highly recommend!!! I called late 3pm on a saturday & they took my new dog that I picked up from middle of nowhere in the desert mountain. She had so much fleas and ticks. I literally called multiple different places and found no luck, most of them were closed. The staff was so kind and really loved my dog. Thank you for cleaning her up!! Thank you so much. read more

Super iDog Grooming has been a life saver for my dog and I. My dog suddenly became reactive at the PetSmart groomers around 2 years old and we could not get any hair cuts completed. Finally, at Super iDog they are able to handle my dog with care and provide a complete salon service. They are very prompt in scheduling appointments and I am never left waiting for more than 2 hours for my dog. I am very happy with their service! read more

Okay so I don't really write reviews but as a dog owner I feel it's my responsibility to protect other furry babies. I usually take my dog to LA and pay about $130 to get her groomed, as of lately with inflation that just wasn't manageable so I decided to take a chance on this place the photos were good and so were the reviews. I'm so sad to report I left this place devastated and my dog shaking just as much as I was... first of all they over charged me the basic grooming was supposed to be $65 + 10 for brushing and I was charged $95, then they cut her face very choppy I had to have them fix it about four times, they did not round her feet like I asked they made them choppy and uneven, then I told them not to cut her head and they did exactly where I put her ponytail so now hair sticks out. I have never ever cut the top of her head and then they cut her tail as well which clearly has never been cut. I will include photos firstly from my old groomer which I will be going back to and secondly what they did to her. On top of all of that they didn't call me when she was done and when I brought her home she was shaking and not even acting like herself. Please if you value your pet do not take them here!! I have worked very hard to maintain my dog's beautiful hair and it was ruined by this groomer. read more

Thank you to the owner Lulu and staff for turning an unfortunate circumstance into a stress free pleasant one. If you decide to take your furry baby to this establishment know that you will be in good hands. I took my dog Bentley here for a bath and cut, while getting a haircut he was nicked which caused him to need stitches. The owner handled this matter responsibly, and fairly . She acted promptly; contacted me and explained what happened she then offered to pay for his vet expenses. Also We weren't charged grooming service. They took accountability and handled the matter responsibly and fairly . They made me feel valued, they actually care about you as a customer. ethical with integrity and morals, this is the type of business i will always support. read more

We fully understood she had mats, but she has been groomed many times before with zero behavior issues and is usually done in about 2.5 hours. When I spoke to the owner, I was told she was "hyper" and that they started right away, but the timeline and her condition didn't reflect that. Four hours for a bath, face trim, and shave-down is excessive. When we picked her up, she was extremely scared, her face was uneven, and she had small razor cuts. She's also scooting her butt and licking that area constantly. My husband's shorts were also covered in loose hairs -- unusual for a non-shedding doodle. Overall, the poor communication, questionable explanations, and low-quality grooming mean we won't be returning.

During his groom, the groomer was negligent with a dangling claw and cut my dog with the clippers. To make matters worse, the staff suggested an emergency vet visit wasn't necessary despite the bleeding. I did not pay for the service, and I am currently at the vet awaiting results. I will be billing the owner for the medical expenses incurred today. I will provide a full update once the exam is complete. Update: The situation is much worse than initially thought. The groomer completely severed his claw, and the injury is so severe that my puppy now has to be sedated for surgery to suture the wound and prevent infection. I want to acknowledge that the owner reached out very quickly via text to express her sincere concern. She handled the situation professionally and immediately reimbursed me for the full cost of the emergency vet visit. While the situation was incredibly stressful, I appreciate her taking accountability and resolving the financial side of things so promptly.

Latte is sweet but VERY loud, and she's never been the easiest when it comes to baths or grooming. Somehow, the team here has always handled her with so much patience and care that now she even tolerates baths when I give them at home (!!). It truly makes me appreciate them so much :,) What I love most is they never, ever make us feel bad for having 'crazy babies.' Instead, they always go above and beyond to make them (and us) feel comfortable. The staff is gentle, kind, and you can tell they truly care about the dogs they see. Latte and Chai always come home looking like fluffy clouds and smelling like actual angels. If you've got dogs who are a handful, this is the place that will love them anyway.
