Very good service, fair pricing. Dropped off my dog and they texted when ready. The dog loves it

CeeCee (sorry if i misspelled your name) you were amazing! Very attentive and I knew you had given my Koda a lot of time and attention as you knew his behaviors well which tells me he was not only bathed and groomed, he was also supervised. Your shop was peaceful and calming. I know that's not typical for a Sunday, but he was done on time and I'm grateful. I've gotten a lot of compliments on the softness of his fur. I've had so many groomers over the last few years say they know how to trim an Australian Shepherd and you actually do! Highly recommended and I will return! read more

My pet was groomed here and he seems to have been traumatized. He's now deeply scared of hair blow dryer and will hide upstairs/downstairs under the bed if he anticipates someone showering will blow dry their hair. He's never done this and has only recently done this. His anal glad expression also looks affected and darkened when it's normally a light color. His tail also has less hair surprisingly which a few family members have noticed to where I can see his skin on the tail which also looks red/dark. I'm really concerned to what happened to him especially by him being this traumatized. read more

10/10 recommend. They offer transparent pricing with fast friendly service. I've brought 4 different dogs here now and one more to go. From my new puppy's curly haircut to my grumpy old lady's nail trim. They know what they're doing. read more

I am extremely pleased with this dog grooming, location. I had been unable to take my dog to the groomer for quite some time because I have been in and out of the hospital for the last seven months so she was really overgrown and needed a lot of work. This groomer didn't complain or charge me extra for how much work she needed. They clipped her hair, gave her a bath and clipped her nails as well for me and she came out looking adorable. I am absolutely happy with the way things came out. I am going to recommend this place to my mom and my friends as well. read more

Do not book with this company!! Not only did they not give the haircut that I requested, they also cut my puppy. As you can see in the picture. They also left a ton of lose hairs on him. As soon as I pet my puppy my hand was covered in hair. And not only that he had no scent like from the shampoo. Also when I pick my puppy up he was shaking, scared and crying. And one thing about my puppy he is not scared of anything but he looked traumatized. I honestly don't think you should book an appointment with this company. Never again. For the price I paid for I was expecting better experience. read more

Took my Doberman here for a nail trim and gland expression. However, the groomer was not comfortable with our large dog and clearly seemed scared of our sweet boy. His nails weren't cut as short as the first time we brought him in and I believe it's because the groomer was scared of our dog who was skiddish but not crazy or fighting I noticed all the photos inside the place are of small dogs. Experience was fine but I won't be coming here again since the staff seems inexperienced/uncomfortable w bigger dogs read more

OH MY LORT! FINALLY A PLACE THAT GETS WHAT I AM ASKING FOR!!! My Zaya has been in search of her forever grooming place and I think we've finally found it!!! Asian fusion cuts are difficult to accomplish... and this place here- They can do it! Might be one of my favorite spots thus far. Located in the corner of a shopping center... plenty of parking. The place is cute inside as well. You can do some shopping for your small pet if needed. Highly recommend- fairly priced- good service- can't wait to come back. read more

The customer service was poor. The employee didn't explain what would happen during the grooming session. She came out in a rush, weighed my dog, and took her straight to the back without any prior information. I had to ask her about the grooming process. Once I pick my dog up, nothing was said other than what my total was and then she handed me the receipt and left to the back. The overall grooming wasn't worth $90 my dog still has an odor. Very disappointed! read more

Only giving this place 2 stars for the fact that they had same day appointment. HOWEVER, clearly you can see it was not worth it. I'm very dissatisfied with the quality of the groomer's work. We specifically asked to TRIM NOT cut ALL the hair around my dog's ears. We even showed my other dog's cut (done by another groomer) to show specifically what we wanted and to avoid confusion, which is to trim the ears and make the hair round around the head. This groomer CHOPPED all the hair off my dog's ears and head. It looks like he got his hair cut at home using a regular hair trimmer and NOT by a "professional". He looks like a homeless dog now!!! And to top it off they charged $105; that's $45 MORE than where I usually take my dogs ($65). It's ridiculous! If a business charges that much, I expect them to take pride in their work and provide top professional work. read more

They are such professionals. Grooming my 9mo old cat is messy and hard for me. I told Lucy my concerns and she took great care of Butters. I want to take the time to write a review about a positive experience I had with this company. Thank you to the owner Lulu and staff for turning an unfortunate circumstance into a stress free pleasant one. If you decide to take your furry baby to this establishment know that you will be in good hands. I took my dog Bentley here for a bath and cut, while getting a haircut he was nicked which caused him to need stitches. The owner handled this matter responsibly, and fairly . She acted promptly; contacted me and explained what happened she then offered to pay for his vet expenses. Also We weren't charged grooming service. They took accountability and handled the matter responsibly and fairly . They made me feel valued, they actually care about you as a customer. ethical with integrity and morals, this is the type of business i will always support. read more
