Luxe Pups Dog Grooming is truly outstanding! Everyone is always professional, welcoming, and genuinely caring. They treat my dog with so much love and pay close attention to anything that seems unusual, making sure I am always informed. Rosalie is an amazing groomer, and my dog is always so excited to see her. That excitement tells me everything I need to know about how kindly and lovingly she treats him. He always comes home looking wonderful, happy, and well cared for. The entire team greets us with smiles and makes every visit a positive experience. I trust them completely and would highly recommend Luxe Pups Dog Grooming to anyone looking for a caring, attentive, and professional grooming team! read more

I took my senior dog to Luxe Pups for a nail trim. The service was speedy and efficient. Rosalie informed us about what had stood out about our doggos health, which we really appreciated. The response time with booking was amazing, and they were able to service our dog same day. My only note is that the smell in the space was slightly off-putting and made it hard to want any of the refreshments offered. Overall, a great first experience. We will definitely return. read more

Took my 2 doggos here & they were both done within an hour & a half! Ellie got a full cut + bath & she has never looked cuter! Frodo just got a bath & his paws trimmed, no more grinch feet! I will totally continue to take my dogs here. The staff was friendly and pricing is average. Ellie was shaking and nervous (as she always is) when I brought her in, but she came out wagging! Scheduling is super easy & im so glad they were able to accommodate me last minute. read more

These ladies are running a top notch place. Very responsive. They were kind and gentle with my shelter rescue senior dog. Cookie came back with a lighter step and a gleam in her eye. I could tell she felt great. Cookie was sensitive with nail trimming and the groomer took extra care to be patient. They also noticed signs of fleas so gave her a good bath and gave me some recommendations to help with fleas at home. Overall incredibly helpful. Would highly recommend Luxe Pups to anyone. read more

Riley and Rosalie continue to do such amazing work on our two Shih Tzus, Bowie and Roxie. Every time we go to our quarterly Shih Tzu meet ups in SD, we always get a lot of compliments on their cut. "You have a really good groomer!" LuxePups truly have your dog's best interest at heart. They make sure your pup is comfortable during the process. What I like is the constant communication whenever my pups have an appointment. They always make sure you are informed if they find anything or if they need to make adjustments to the groom. Keep up the amazing work, Ladies!!! read more

The Best Groomer in Chino! I can't say enough great things about Lux Pup Grooming! I have a Shih Tzu and Riley has been grooming her regularly, she always comes back looking and smelling like a million bucks. I originally found Riley on Facebook and I'm so glad I did. Not only is she amazing at grooming, but she genuinely cares about your pup. She always gives me helpful advice whenever something is going on with my dog, which I really appreciate. Yes, they're slightly more expensive than some places, but the quality and care you get are worth every penny. If you want your dog to look their best and be treated like royalty, this is the place. Hands down the best groomer in Chino! read more

Booked an appointment for grooming. I noticed my dog was getting really nervous and anxiety when going to PetSmart. The groomers were able to remove his matted hair and still leave him looking cute. Booking was easy and I'm just glad I found a place where my dog doesn't have to be stressed out. I will continue to take my pups here. :) read more

The ladies who work here are just the nicest and they clearly care about the animals and take pride in their work. This is my first ever review on Yelp and I came here to rave about how much I love Luxe Pups. I'm new to the area and vetted many grooming locations before choosing Luxe Pups and I'm so glad I did. My dog is 5 years old and this is by far my favorite grooming she's ever had. She is so soft, perfectly trimmed, and the cut is exactly what I asked for. Definitely recommend taking your dog here! read more

I cannot recommend Luxe Pups enough. After a terrible experience with a previous groomer who unfairly labeled my dog, Fuerte, as aggressive, I was incredibly anxious about trying somewhere new. From the moment we met Rosalee, the difference was night and day. She welcomed Fuerte with patience, kindness, and zero judgment, immediately putting both of us at ease. Her calm, knowledgeable approach made it clear she truly understands dogs and takes the time to meet them where they are. Luxe Pups goes above and beyond; not only caring for the dogs, but also supporting and educating the owners. You can tell they genuinely care about the well-being of their clients (both furry and human). If you're looking for a groomer who is compassionate, patient, and truly invested in your dog's comfort and trust, Luxe Pups is it. Fuerte and I are so grateful to have found them. Highly, highly recommend read more

I love their one on one service. Saturdays is a little more busier and a lot more dogs in cages than I would like so I will not be booking on a Saturday again. I chose this place because I prefer less chaos because my frenchie gets anxious. So I'll stick to weekdays. read more

SUPER HAPPY with the grooming service received!!! Both Riley & May did an amazing job on my dog's bath, deshedding and nail service. I was a little nervous it being my dog's first grooming service but Riley handled everything with ease. She had his nailed clipped swiftly. The establishment is very welcoming and loved the rise up grooming tables, cute coffee bar & clean environment. Especially love the individual appointment it made my pets experience very relaxed! I am a very conservative Yelp reviewer but I HAVE to talk about how amazing Luxe Pups is!! We have been regularly going to Riley and Rosalie for over a year now, every 8 weeks and I leave my puppy with peace of mind knowing his wellbeing is being put first. He always comes out feeling and looking amazing. For owners with anxious pets, my dog is not the easiest because he tends to get very anxious but he NEVER looks distressed after his grooms. During one session, Riley notified me that Juno couldn't finish a groom because he was very stressed after the car ride. I am extremely grateful for their promptness and knowing each pet's limit. They truly live by their promise of "humanity over vanity!" I highly recommend them to anyone! read more

My dog and I had such a great experience and overall such great communication with the owner Riley. I was recommend to luxe pups on Facebook(ALOT OF RECOMMENDATIONS) & Riley reached out and set me up with an appointment within 2 days. I had explained my dogs situation and my concerns & she was super reassuring & explained how they were appointments only and are taken back to be groomed right away. Today when I walked in everything she said was as she had explained previously. My baby girl took a liking to her right away. Riley was super gentle and made sure Suzy was okay before I left. Kept up with communication and let me know what my doggo was struggling with which was of course the evil blow dryer. Overall, can't wait to take my dog back. Super happy to have been recommended to her. Here's the photo she took. read more

Love this place!! We met Riley before learning of Luxe Pups. Riley was helping us locate an owner of a lost pup. While we were waiting for the owner to pick up their pup, Riley told us about her shop and we had to check it out, we learned Riley uses her personal time to help reunite owners with their lost pups When I first arrived at Luxe Pups I was surprised to see how cute the lobby decor was with velvet chairs. You don't see this at dog grooming locations. I loved it. This was our first visit for our 3 yr old Siberian Husky (Lahni) and 2 yr old Shepsky (Koa). Being little nervous with the recent illness going around with the pups I was very happy to see how clean and neat the shop was and I especially loved the fact that Koa and Lahni had the place to themselves. They were not held in a crate, this also helps with anxiety of other dogs crying/barking. Dropped Koa and Lahni off for a bath, and they were both ready about 2.5 hrs later. Picked them up and they both looked and smelled great. They don't need grooming (cuts) so I can't speak to that. However Lahni did get a trim around her booty for sanitary purposes:) Happy when a dog salon works well with med/large dogs. My husband and I were very happy with Riley and her services. She is very sweet. We will be going back. Koa and Lahni approved read more

I was trying to find a groomer for my husky puppy. After reading many reviews for different places I decided Luxe Pups looked like a good place to try. Made the appointment. Showed up with my puppy and was told she was not on the schedule. I was confused and started to check the texts I had received. As I was doing this, the owner checked the schedule and informed me I had booked the appt for another day. Then she rudely told me they did not have any openings today. I was caught off guard because I wasn't upset or rude when I was told my puppy wasn't on the schedule I was merely confused and didn't understand why I was being treated as if I had been rudely demanding an appointment today. I just said oh that's fine. I understand. We will be back next week. When I walked out I had even asked my boyfriend if I had been rude because I certainly didn't mean to be. He told me no and that they were actually rude to me. Despite this interaction, I made another appointment because everyone has a bad day and I figured the owner must have been having one. Next appointment comes around. We showed up a little early about 10 minutes or so. We were told we had to wait to bring our puppy in until the exact appointment time. Again, we were told this in a rude tone. We simply agreed and walked our puppy around the parking lot until the appointment time. We come back drop our puppy off and decide to run some errands nearby until she is ready. We were across the street when we received the text that she would be ready in 20 minutes. We were finishing up shopping so it was perfect timing. Less than 10 minutes later we received another text asking us to come pick her up as soon as possible as she was being "extremely loud". We were in a checkout line, I immediately put aside the items I had in my hand and we left the line to go pick up my puppy. I was quite upset to have to rush over because we were told it would be 20 minutes. I also did not care for my dog to be referred to as "extremely loud". We walked in and were told how the appointment went. They claimed my puppy was not cooperative. I paid and we left. I was so excited to take pictures since this was her first grooming and she didn't not even receive a bandana (which I wanted for the photos). Overall this was not a great experience. I only gave a 2 star review because my dog was clean, nails trimmed, and they didn't injure her in anyway. So, basically the bare minimum was done. Customer service would her zero stars if it was a separate category. If you are uncomfortable or unfamiliar with large breed puppies you should make that clear on your website. I had already explained she was a puppy and it was her first time being groomed and I feel like the staff was not understanding. In hindsight, the fact that the staff was rude to me on multiple occasions should have been my red flag to go somewhere else. The experience was so upsetting I have been so nervous to try anywhere else. I finally did try somewhere new today and received nothing compliments about how well behaved my dog is. As it was a night and day compared to my experience with Luxe Pups I decided it was time to finally post my review. read more

I am totally disappointed and give up on this place. I had an appointment at 3:30 on Saturday and arrived about 20 minutes early because someone at my home was fixing the air conditioner so just a drop them off little early, but the clerk asked me to wait until 3:30 for drop them off . It is possible that their place is too small and they cannot even accommodate and take care of two puppies. Last time, when my dogs were finished, they kept texting me for time to pick them up, which was quite stressful for me when I was on driving, after picked up my puppies and put them in the car and I found a lot of broken dog hair left over in my car. I came to this store because it is close to my home. To be honest, there are grooming services everywhere out there but the attitude of the clerk is not that good. Finally same day I found a new place " Wag ....... " just grand opening, store was big and super clean the clerk very nice, drop them off at 6pm pick them up at 8:30pm ( same day service no HASSLE ) Happy .. Happy. read more

Took my new rescue puppy in for a first time groom. The staff is amazing on all levels. Great communication, and services. My puppy is rambuctious and a bit of a squirmer. Beautiful cut, not sure what they did to make his fur so soft, but I am so happy to have found them. read more

I contacted Luxe pups for the first time on Monday in which they are closed, however Riley answered my message. She gave me the quote and answered all my questions. We scheduled for our dog to come in for grooming and flea bath. Everything was great, she kept in contact via text as he was getting the service. They really did a great job, our dog usually comes back smelling like a wet dog...not this time, he smelled so good and his fur was so soft. Staff is extremely friendly and talented. I took my chihuahua here for a simple bath, she gets a bath, her nails done, her ears cleaned and her anal glands squeezed for $45. At her vet, getting her glands and nails done is around $90, so I'm looking forward to going here more to get more done for less. I would rather spend more money monthly going here. She feels amazing, her nails look great, she's soft and smells so good. They also give the dogs a balm on their paws for the summer months, which I can tell wad great for her paws. I will be recommending this place to dog owners. read more
