Riley was recommended to me by a friend. One of my dogs passed away at a different dog groomer in another city. Therefore, all of us (me and my fur babies) were all apprehensive to try again. I am soo glad we came here. Luxe Pups was clean, Riley was friendly and did an amazing job. My Popeye and I both felt comfortable. He was a little matted and dirty because he was long over due, however...Riley was not at all condescending or judgey. She asked questions and it made me very comfortable that they also asked for proof of rabies shots. Thank you!!! read more

Brought my puppy here for the first time after coming across Riley's page through the Nextdoor app. Riley and her partner (forgot to ask for her name) did such a great job , despite my boy being a little anxious and still not 100% comfortable with being groomed. But upon picking him up, he seemed so happy and excited, on top of looking and smelling so fresh and clean. The little Easter themed bandana that was also included is so cute too Riley also discovered that he has two dew claws on one of his back feet and she was able to get to the nail that was curled up. That showed me she's really attentive to the pups, because I've brought him to one other groomer and a vet and neither have mentioned to me that he has two. So thank you again to Riley and her partner ! This little teddy bear will be back again read more

I brought our Sunny maltipoo princess here. Riley's place is super clean and Riley listens to your pets needs and your wants. I loved that Sunny was the only dog being groomed so it made her less anxious. When I got back Sunny was sitting up front with Riley just as calm as can be. She looked so precious. Oh and she also sends you the cutest picture of your groomed baby. I def recommend Riley's grooming shop. read more

I trusted my two senior doggies to be groomed by Luxe Pups and they treated them with kindness and respect for their age. My oldest dog ,Lucky, who is 17-18 years old (rescue dog) had a hard time standing for a long time so they had two groomers assist with his appointment. He is a Corgi/golden retriever with a double coat and some fat masses. They did a fantastic job on him and his fur was so soft! My other dog ,Ella, is approximately nine years old (rescue dog) and is a Cocker Spaniel mix. She had some dandruff on her back that they treated with a mask that completely got rid of the flakes. She looked so cute!! Their prices are very reasonable and her staff was so gracious when Lucky had a couple of accidents. I would highly recommend Luxe Pups. read more

Took my Baby several times and most times my appointment was always getting changed... unprofessional..to boot he was to get a trim and they buzzed the top of his head even taking his eyebrows off I was livid....never going back..maybe they shouldn't be getting high at work read more

It was Bentley's first time seeing Riley. He is an Australian Labradoodle and curly and prone to knots. She did a great job grooming him! He liked her right away and was clearly comfortable with her. He came back looking and smelling great and his cut / groom was exactly what I asked for. Her prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend her and we will be going back soon. read more

I'm so impressed with the Owner Riley ! She just opened her own doggie salon , Right here in Chino . On Philadelphia Street in the movies, 8 Shopping Center Right across from the Pizza Hut . Riley is also the head groomer ! She knows her stuff , When it comes to grooming! I was so pleased with Doddie's visit she's by appointment only . And that's what makes it so nice . Riley gives her undivided attention to that one and only fur baby at a time. So calming ! No other fur babies waiting in cages ..barking Ect ! Waiting to be picked up . I dropped off my Doddie @ 9 am . And she was ready by 10:15 . I was very impressed with the calm environment the one on one attention, and it was just a little over an hour for a full grooming . I've found the perfect place for my Doddie I've already booked my next appointment with Riley. Check out her business. You won't be disappointed! read more

My previous groomer had to close her business due to rent increase and only accepting small breed dogs. Before this groomer, I had been to several in my area. Riley contacted me after I didn't complete the online questionnaire due to my Golden Retriever's physical needs. It was too much to type. She let me know she would take him on. I'm so grateful she did. My Kona is happy, not stressed, and not at her place for hours. I am meticulous about my GR backside and tail trim. Riley does an excellent job with his trim. Kona smells divine for a week after his groom. She sends themed pics and it's such a sweet, thoughtful touch. I appreciate it so much. I highly recommend Riley especially if you have a Golden Retriever. read more

Well overdue review here; Ive taken my dog for grooming services to Luxe Pups 3 times now, and each time, Riley our groomer has gone above and beyond. She possesses professional courtesy, efficiency and timeliness. Her rates are very reasonable and she does an excellent job on bathing, nail trimming, ear cleaning, anal gland expression, and teeth brushing for my spunky 12lb Boston Terrier. Highly recommend Riley's work. She also provides flexible scheduling options and a fantastic "grooming report" along with a picture and details about our dog's service, a personalized note about our dog's temperment, and an informal check of coat, skin, eyes, and ears. My dog is always at ease with her and comes home happy and healthy. Simply outstanding. read more

I'm in such love!!! Riley did an amazing job with our boy. We had a couple terrible experiences prior to this so I came into the pup salon very cautious as grooming a sheepadoodle can be challenging sometimes. Not only is Riley amazingly sweet and reassuring, she also is very experienced and certified on doodle grooming. I can race enough and love how our boy looks. She also captured this cute picture for us read more

Riley was awesome, attentive, and extremely helpful with my German Shepherd. Seemed to really care about what what my dog needed and gave supreme individualized care for her bath. Riley + Luxe Pups = 10/10 read more

I had high expectations for Luxe Pups based on the reviews. I truly believed with her expertise on grooming she was going to be able to groom my puppy. However, this was not the case. I was told he was not ready, yet it was not his 1st time getting groomed. My puppy was not even given a bandana. Unfortunately, I don't think I will be going back. read more

Definitely recommend! Took my puppy for his first grooming and he loved it. The owner was very sweet, patient and very knowledgeable about goldendoodle fur. My puppy came out looking so handsome. Can't wait for our next appointment. read more

Anyone who has the fortune to have Riley work with their dogs will discover what I did - you will never want to go anywhere else after your first experience with her. Not only does she groom dogs beautifully, but there are two areas where she stands head and shoulders above everyone else. Riley takes the time to get your dog to be comfortable with her. One of my dogs is an older dog who was dropped by a groomer and hates being groomed. Although I can't say that he enjoys being groomed even now, he does like Riley and will sit through the appointments without crying. Second, Riley is dedicated to studying canine skin and healthcare and will notice conditions before I do and will either help me treat it at home or recommend when to go to a vet. In fact, my vet asked where I went to get my dogs groomed because she said I need to hold on to Riley. I'd wish you luck with Riley but you won't need it. She's the best you'll find! read more

Riley @ Luxe Pups did such a fantastic job with our dog! She was very responsive and helpful during booking, and took the time to talk with us about what was best for our dog's coat and her prior grooming experiences and behavior.
