Ann and her team truly blew my mind. I have an extremely anxious dog and believe it or not, it was his first time at the groomer's. Honestly, as much as I would love to gatekeep this place...that wouldn't be fair to Ann's :) I've been coming here for YEARS now and there's nowhere else I'd rather take them because simply put: no other groomer can compare to Ann's! I've had AND heard so many horror stories about other groomers, I honestly don't trust anyone else to take my furbabies to. There's a reason why this shop is constantly booked out weeks in advance (esp on weekends). They do such a great job and my two boys absolutely LOVE going to them. They get excited whenever we walk through the front door! They'll call you when your furbaby is ready for pick up and I love that they are super convenient with their pick-up times. Stay away from here ! We have been coming here for almost 4 years. At first our experience was great, but over the last several months I have noticed something was off. My dog began to become scared of going to the groomers and after the last few times he acted very different after coming home. He was in a funk for about 2 days following the last few grooming appointments. But after our last appointment, i will NOT be coming back nor recommending anyone to this groomer. After I picked up my dog yesterday I noticed a bump under his ear when we got home. It seemed like he was nicked during his grooming. I thought ok, no big deal. I wish they would have said something but it seemed small. Fast forward 24 hrs and I find my dog with blood all over his fur and the "bump" I saw yesterday, was raw and all bloody. This was not a small knick, there had to have been a noticeable amount of blood when they cut my dog! I am frustrated and upset that no one told me when I went to pick him up. They just took my money and sent us off. I could go on, but needless to say we will not be returning due to the carelessness and unprofessionalism of the staff here. read more

I usually cut my Maltese-Terrier at home but decided to save myself time and take him in. Since he hasn't been to the groomer much before he is quite shy and scared. Ann was great and made sure to spend some time with him before the grooming so he would feel comfortable. She was even able to cut his nails which even the vet said they couldn't.
