My little frenchie loves coming here! We get full grooming with nails, anal gland and ear cleaning. They do an amazing job. The owner is so friendly and always gives treats for us to take home. My dog used to hate going to other groomers but he loves it here :) read more

My first and last time. My dog didn't look like she had been groomed because her fine hair was a little greasy and the cut was choppy. It was an absolute mess. The pictures were taken the day she was groomed and they speak for themselves. They did offer to issue a refund, which is unusual, so I give them credit for that. I had to let her hair grow out before another groomer could fix it. read more

It's been 9 years since my last review and I still keep coming back to Ann's. Over the years I have moved all over SoCal, and even with the long distances I have always made the journey over to Ann's because she and her team does dog grooming the best. Best of all, my dog feels extra comfortable here, and he always comes out looking amazing. Ann is the sweetest person you'll ever meet, I'm so glad to have found her. I honestly could not recommend a groomer more. read more

I have been taking my pets to Ann's for many years and I have always been very pleased with their work.

Our little pup LOVES the treats, kindness, and haircut from Ann's Pet Grooming. The staff is friendly and caring of animals. Ann's Pet Grooming has pet gates at the door, and has areas gated off inside for dogs to roam around before or after a haircut. The location is convenient as well. The quiet parking lot surrounded by trees gives us time to take her to do her business before heading in. read more

Me and my boyfriend send both of our dogs to Ann's grooming and they always come home happy, cute, and accessorized (peep the cute bows!!!). We simply drop them both off and we get a call from the owners when they're almost done/ready for pick up. They make it so easy! We usually have both of them get haircuts and bathed. read more

When I lived in Cali this was my go to groomer. They always accommodating and are so kind with your pets. Plus the dogs always looked great!

Ann and her team truly blew my mind. I have an extremely anxious dog and believe it or not, it was his first time at the groomer's. After dropping him off, I stayed for a bit and Ann was super accommodating to my high anxiety level as well. Her and her team were very patient, kind, and caring towards Kimchi so when I picked him up, he wasn't shaking or crying at all. When looking at his before and after pics, he looks like a completely different dog LOL. Much cuter now than before. They gave him a little bow tie and bags of treats. I'm so grateful to have found an amazing groomer's close by home who's willing to work with all types of dogs, no matter how stressed they may be. I've already made his next appointment. Thank you so much again Ann and everyone at Ann's Pet Groomers!! read more

Honestly, as much as I would love to gatekeep this place...that wouldn't be fair to Ann's :) I've been coming here for YEARS now and there's nowhere else I'd rather take them because simply put: no other groomer can compare to Ann's! I've had AND heard so many horror stories about other groomers, I honestly don't trust anyone else to take my furbabies to. There's a reason why this shop is constantly booked out weeks in advance (esp on weekends). They do such a great job and my two boys absolutely LOVE going to them. They get excited whenever we walk through the front door! They'll call you when your furbaby is ready for pick up and I love that they are super convenient with their pick-up times. My boys are always nicely cleaned up - smelling fresh and looking cute with their new little bowties! read more

Stay away from here ! We have been coming here for almost 4 years. At first our experience was great, but over the last several months I have noticed something was off. My dog began to become scared of going to the groomers and after the last few times he acted very different after coming home. He was in a funk for about 2 days following the last few grooming appointments. But after our last appointment, i will NOT be coming back nor recommending anyone to this groomer. After I picked up my dog yesterday I noticed a bump under his ear when we got home. It seemed like he was nicked during his grooming. I thought ok, no big deal. I wish they would have said something but it seemed small. Fast forward 24 hrs and I find my dog with blood all over his fur and the "bump" I saw yesterday, was raw and all bloody. This was not a small knick, there had to have been a noticeable amount of blood when they cut my dog! I am frustrated and upset that no one told me when I went to pick him up. They just took my money and sent us off. I could go on, but needless to say we will not be returning due to the carelessness and unprofessionalism of the staff here. read more

I was recommended this place by a friend & i'm so glad i came here! I have a cockapoo, and whenever i bring her to other groomers they always cut her face weird. however, this time my dog looks so cute!! they really shaped her face exactly how i wanted it and they were also really friendly as well. Gave my dog treats and a cute bow after the haircut. I live in irvine, so it's a bit far from me but i'll be coming back anyways! So happy i found this place :) read more
