Been a regular since last year. Best sense of style in town along with kindness towards owners and pets alike!

Paul is very professional, reasonably priced and always makes time to groom my pet Elvis, my Chinese Shar pei. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a trustworthy, kind, patient and caring groomer. read more

Horrible customer service. Do not come here. They just want your money. I called asking about the pricing for a golden retriever and he couldn't give me one unless I came in. Okay? That's fine. I asked can I get a rough estimate ? He said come to the store and I'll tell you. Extremely unprofessional. I asked him again about the price because I didn't want to drive all the way over there just for the price to be too high. And he asked me "what's too high for you" and I said 80.. my dog weighs 55lbs and just needs a wash... he said "it's too high for you then", he had an extremely rude tone when he said that and was unhelpful u can tell me it's too high for me but not give me an estimate? read more

We have been coming here for a few years. The groomer is very friendly, and charges a fair price. My dogs always come out looking fresh and clean, and nicely groomed. The best part is he remembers how I like their hair cut, and I don't have to tell him every time, like I have for previous groomers. read more

I found this place on Yelp and gave it a try cause I tried a few other places and the cuts were terrible for my malitpoo and Malti-shihtzu. This has become my go to place since I started coming here in 2021. They didn't such a great job, easy to make appointments, after care advice that he gives is always helpful and they look ridiculously cute even after getting a haircut ! I HIGHLY recommend this place if you're pups need a good cut read more

I took both my dogs here for standard grooming and flea treatment. I have a frenchie and a Chihuahua/poodle mix both short hair dogs. Upon picking up my pups I quickly realized something was wrong. Both of them couldn't open their eyes. When we got home both my dogs weren't as happy as normal they were laying down trying not to move with their eyes shut. When I tried opening their eyes I noticed they were blood shot red. So we called the groomer right away and they said it was normal they probably had hair in their eyes (even though they didn't receive a trim) he recommended flushing their eyes out. So we did and our dogs started to cry more. We rushed them to the ER to find out they both have eye ulcers and their eyes were irritated/infected. Most likely due to the flea treatment getting in their eyes. $1,200 later our dogs had to get their eyes stained, pain medication , and was sent home with 3 different types of medication. Pain meds, eye drops, and eye cream. The fact that BOTH my dogs are going through this makes me believe that the groomer wasn't being gentle or careful. I regret ever taking them here and would never recommend anyone bringing their pups here! I'm So disappointed, upset, an overall furious. read more

This was the first time taking my little guy to the groomer. He is a malti / shih tzu so his fur was getting a bit out of control. I've called other groomers near by but all were booked until January. I called Brea Grooming & he was able to book me next day! I was so pleased seeing my handsome little guy all cleaned up! He did exactly what i asked. He looks like a little cute toy! read more

Great experience so far. He does a really nice on our Golden Doodle. I will be going back for sure

Tried BREA Grooming due to the Original Groomer moved due to Covid-19. According to my Veterinarian, my dog got clipper burned on top of a fat pocket. He licked it and got ring worn. Took him to the Vet. $300.00 for shots and medicine cone , etc. Paul said he would only pay half in which I excepted. We kept it covered and after a week it got to the (2) bloody picks. Took him back a second time and needed immediate surgery to removed the top layer. It cost me $660.00! Called back explained that my Veterinarian has in house grooming and knows it was caused by the clippers being too hot! When explained about the second bill and that he should reimburse me in full; he Laughed over the phone. I'm not one to say bad things about people, but I think as an owner they should owe the faults! He clearly doesn't! Do you want your pet to go through what my Pet Endured? After a month and he still wearing the cone and waiting for the stitches to completely close the wound- read more

So sweet to every dog that comes through. My dog loves going every time we take her (and she doesn't usually like strangers or strange places). They do an amazing job with her pug face folds and she always comes out happy and smelling great! read more

Harley gets her hair done there. She looks so cute when she is done! Wish the bows would come in more pinks! Lol

I would give this place NO star if i was able to. I'm new to the area and in search of a grooming place for my 2 dogs So I saw this place and had good rating so I called. The man who answered the phone was so rude and was not willing to answer any of my questions. I just called to find out the starting price for the service and he says he doesn't know. He says he needs to see my dog to tell me a price which I understand but the place needs to have a starting price or at least have a price range. I would NEVER take my dogs to this place. I totally already know they'll rip me off! Or else why would they not have a price chart. I just noticed this place is the only place that does not have a website with price chart. read more

First time took our little dog to get a cut. Ended up with some type of injury around his private parts. Passed it off as a mistake as the folks there seemed really friendly and wanted to support a local business. Next time took him back pointed out the unjustly and the owner lady said that they would never do anything like that and if they did he would have been treated by a vet. Ok being naive and trustworthy left the little doggie for a second time. Same injury. Left pissed off and said something to the owner. Same denial. NEVER AGAIN! read more

I am totally in love with Brea Grooming! All experiences were excellent from first initial phone call all the way to picking her up. I was looking for a groomer ASAP for my 5mo old maltipoo who just finished her shots and needed grooming badly. He was able to schedule her right away. Actually no wait time at all! I dropped off Honey and she was done in around an hour or so. When I picked her up I couldn't believe how GOOD she looked! She wasn't crying or stressed at all. She looks amazing!! Thank you so much Brea Grooming!! read more

My baby was taken in today for his first bath today. I was concerned of him being overly sensitive since he is a rescue dog and probably isn't as used to being "pampered." But I was so pleased to pick him up after 2 hours with a relaxed and happy face. Will return to Brea Grooming!! read more

Went there today for the first time with my 9year old Labradane. I wanted to try out a new groomer because ours currently only works Monday's and Friday's during the day. There's so much good to say about this grooming location and the owner Paul. I've been bringing Wilbur since he was a puppy. Paul has been so kind each visit with so much knowledge about what the dogs go through with each visit. Not all dogs love the groomer, Wilbur has on and off days and Paul has been very clear and understanding on all his visits.
