Amazing! I had the best experience with Jasmine's Pet Grooming! They were so sweet with my fur-baby! The haircut came out adorable. She looks so cute! Plus, she is cool for summer! The weather has been getting really hot lately, as we are in the middle of summer. I wanted her to have a haircut that was cute and cool for summer. My Pomeranian overheats, then gets sick and vomits. Poor thing! So, a short haircut was a must! Pricing is very fair. Around what you would expect for grooming package with bath. It took 2 hours, and she was done. The haircut came out so cute and she even gave her a cute pink bow! It was the cutest thing!!! :) I would definitely recommend Jasmine Pet Grooming. They handled my baby with care, did a great job, and pricing was reasonable. My Bella left with a smile on her face. I could tell that she wasn't in any distress during the haircut. She was comfortable and treated well. I would take Bella back here for a grooming appointment. 10/10

I always love Jasmine's work and patience. My Lucky is a nervous and loud boy during grooming. Jasmine is the only groomer who handle him with extra love and patience. We are so glad she became the new owner of this store, but at the same time sad that she is now further away from us. We drove all the way from Lake Forest to get Lucky groomed. And as always, loved how cute Lucky looks, especially his cute tail!

Absolutely amazing! I've had huskies for years and usually groom them myself, but it's a lot of work. They had began to blow out their undercoat so I decided to try a professional groomer. On the recommendation of a neighbor I took them here and I'm SOOO glad I did. They did an EXCELLENT job! They both looked like different dogs when they were done. I highly recommend this groomer, especially if you have huskies or other double-coated dogs. I attached the before and after pics the groomer sent me of my biggest husky to show how beautiful he came out! The other one is smaller girl who came out just as gorgeous.

Jasmine Pet Grooming is absolutely amazing! I highly recommend Renee--she takes such incredible care of my French bulldog, Dixie. Dixie is always so excited to see her, which says everything. Renee treats her with so much love and patience, and I always feel confident leaving my baby in her hands. We usually get the de-shedding bath with teeth brushing, ear cleaning, nail trim, and sometimes a flea bath. Dixie comes back smelling amazing, happy, and well taken care of every single time. She always leaves with the cutest bows or bandannas. I truly can't recommend Renee and the entire Jasmine Pet Grooming team enough. They take such great care of my baby, and it means the world to me. read more

To start the ambiance of the business is amazing. There's pictures everywhere of all the clients they have had. There's two cozy chairs and a dog bed, soothing music and a clear glass wall showing the grooming being done. You can clearly see everything being done. I gave reference pictures to show what I preferred but it wasn't extremely picky. They do say it takes about 2 hours to do a full groom so it's wonderful to go do some errands or grab a bite somewhere. Jasmine truly puts in passion and care into grooming your dog. When I came in towards the end of my dog's grooming I could see her looking at all angles and ensuring it was up to her standards. All the staff was very friendly and welcoming. We are glad we decided to book here and we will be returning! read more

I took my furbaby here for the first time today and I'm so happy to have found this place! It is so hard to find groomers who are able to groom doodles well and I have been to a few places where it was ok but Jasmine did an amazing job with our dog's cut! Jasmine was detailed in understanding the cut I wanted and the shop is really cute and clean. My dog also seemed less stressed than usual when I picked him up which I was relieved about as he can get anxious for his grooming. I'm so excited I've finally found a groomer who I can trust and does excellent work! read more

I used to come to Judy's Pet Grooming all the time for my Australian shepherds. However, Judy is no longer there and I am not sure where she went. However, a new company bought out Judy so you will see a new staff. The receptionist (male) named David is a very friendly person and is willing to help you. I love his attitude and customer service. I took my almost 18 year old Maltese to get groomed by Jasmine this past weekend. It was the first time in 15 years that he has gone to a new groomer. I used to drive an hour each way to take him to his previous groomers until they started to get things in my dog's eyes and caused major irritation every time he got groomed. Jasmine and her staff member greeted us with smiles and took the time to listen to my concerns, listen to my dog's condition, and what type of haircut I wanted for my dog. I felt comfortable leaving him after meeting Jasmine and her staff. They sent me a text 20 minutes before they were done so I could be pick him up right away when he was done. I was able to watch him get groomed from outside and Jasmine was wonderful. She was gentle and calm and I could tell that my dog was very comfortable with her. His haircut was exactly what I asked for and my dog was in a good mood when he came home, which isn't the way he was at the previous groomers. Jasmine and her staff were wonderful and we are so grateful to have found such a great place nearby. read more

My doggy's first visit here for a full bath and haircut. I loved the transparent set up. You can see the grooming happening when you walk in. It was not loud with yapping and barking dogs. My doggy was not anxious like he gets at other places. We will definitely be back! read more

Came for my 6 month old golden retriever baby to get groomed! She just needed a good bath and a tiny tidy. My pup was already so cute before the appointment and she came out even cuter!! They gave Lily a cute blue bandana with flowers on it for the Spring season, and she was SOOOOOOOO soft. I thought I wouldn't feel that soft fur on her again but she felt just like she did when she was a younger baby. Had high hopes for this groomer. Not sure if the language barrier was the culprit but I won't be coming back. The worker suggested I choose a #4 for his body cut she said it would be a good length, not too short. I said ok. I asked for a trim ONLY on the face and ears. His ears were flared like a flag before I took him there. They cut them down to almost nothing! The actual hair Is so unevenly cut through out his head. It's really noticeable on the back of the neck and head. Pretty upset, I paid these people $75 to mess up my dog's hair. DO NOT RECOMMEND this groome read more

Judy is a really great groomer. I heard about Judy's Pet Grooming from a friend, and I was grateful because our boys were in need of a new groomer. Our dogs came here yesterday for some pre-Christmas pampering. I couldn't wait. I bet they couldn't wait either. They were in desperate need for a bath and brush. Judy got them photograph ready. When I went to pick them up, both of them looked so happy! We took them over to the photo booth and took tons of photos. They looked so cute! We have been taking our dog to Judy's for 4 years. It used to be wonderful until Judy sold the company. We continued to take our dog here, but was considering finding a new groomer. I usually make an appointment for the first available time, usually 8:30 AM. They are rarely actually open at 8:30 AM for my scheduled appointment. They usually come after 8:30 AM and I wait while they open the door. When we picked our dog up after the most recent appointment, her body was completely shaved. They said that they saw a flea and had to check for eggs, but could only do so after shaving her. They charged me and said they threw in a flea treatment for free. They did not call me prior to shaving her to consult with me. We will not be going back to Judy's. It is so unfortunate as it was the best place when Judy owned the business. read more

First time coming here was an amazing experience. Judy did an amazing job on my little girl, Luna. She got a trim on the body and her butt is short and round. Judy was so knowledgeable and recommended what we needed to do but it was up to us to decide. I truly trust this place and Judy. JUDY is the best #1 ..meatball is so happy when we pull up in the parking lot of Judy's grooming very time he goes in for a spa day !!!!! Unlike other places I took him to it was a fight to go in that door ... Little did I know that because my dogs breed has a double coat, cutting into it will cause the inner coat not to grow out. Thank you for teaching me about my dogs coat and what is best. To be honest, I felt pressured to write my first review just to receive a discount, which already didn't sit right with me. I usually prefer to wait until I've had a few visits before leaving feedback. At the time, everything seemed fine the cut was good, and I liked how the master groomer handled my dog. However, during my most recent visit, I specifically asked them not to cut my dog's eyelashes. (Was growing them for a photo shoot) When I picked her up this past Friday, they had clearly cut them anyway. This was upsetting because I gave clear instructions, and they were ignored. I called to address the issue, and while the person on the phone did apologize, it felt very dismissive more like "what can we do for you?" than genuine concern. There was no real accountability, and it felt like it wasn't taken seriously. Over the four visits I've had, I've also noticed a pattern of upselling services and pressure tactics. On top of that, I've been told that tips given to employees don't actually go directly to them, which is very concerning. What really sealed it for me was being asked, after leaving a 4-star review, why I didn't give 5 stars. There was no appreciation just expectation for more. Because of all of this, I'm changing my review from 4 stars to 1. Honestly, if I could give zero, I would.

I brought my dog a few times to this grooming location in 2024/2025. Nothing wrong with telling us that, because that's just what we did! We wanted him to be desensitized before he came back. The few times I brought him in, all the experiences were good! So much so I'd gush over how good he looked after grooming and how he looked well taken care of. He'd come home happy and maybe take a little nap. So, I decided to bring him in again recently. Same service as before, nothing different. The most I waited for my dog before was 3 hours (but I was given a heads up by the groomer that they were busier the day he waited for 3 hours, so not an issue at all). My dog was there for about 6 hours. I dropped him off in the late morning and he's wasn't ready until the later in the afternoon. I called to check in after a few hours, but was told her was in rotation to be finished soon... No one gave me a heads up about it maybe taking a while when I dropped him off. When my dog finally was able to come home, he was super dehydrated, immediately needed to use the restroom and was just lethargic overall (never an occurrence in any previous visit at this groomer or at any of the other previous grooming locations my dog has gone to). The stars given are only because of the positive experiences I had BEFORE the most recent one because I genuinely enjoyed bringing my dog here and this would've been a 5 star place for me. But based off my recent experience, it was not a 5 star service. I didn't recognize anyone there, (granted it had been a little while since we had last brought him in), so I'm not sure if they have new staff. However, I unfortunately don't want to put my dog through something like this most recent experience again.

This was my dog's 2nd time getting a haircut. He's a 7 month old Maltipoo. His 1st time was at petco where they did ok, but Judy's Grooming did amazing for his second haircut. It was his first time at Judy's Grooming and I was very hesitant about taking him to get a haircut because 1) I was nervous it'll come out bad and 2) I tend to be overprotective with my puppy since he's only 7 months old. But when I walked into Judy's Grooming and saw how clean and cute the place was, and saw them gently handling other dogs, I felt much more at ease leaving my fur baby there with them. Not only is the entire staff extremely friendly, but it's also really nice that they have the clear glass so that you can see them working on the dogs (unlike other places where they take the dogs to the back or have tinted glass so you can't see how they handle the dogs.) I love that they asked if they could give my dog treats before they gave him any, and that they make sure to ask questions about the dog's health conditions, flea/tick medications, and allergies. I picked up my baby about 2 hours after I dropped him off, and he was so excited and looked absolutely adorable. Jessica was his hair groomer and did great! His hair had gotten super long and poor thing couldn't see through his hair around his eyes. I was too nervous to get him a haircut so I let it grow out, but I'm so glad that I went to Judy's and that I now have a place I can trust with my fur baby. Not only that, but the prices are great too. For $15 more than petco, they do a much better job with the haircut, use better bathing products AND they brush the teeth! I've already booked his next two appointments since Judy's Grooming is already fully booked in advance. read more

I just took my cat Tangyuan to Judy's Pet Grooming, and they did an awesome job! The staff was super friendly and made us feel right at home as soon as we walked in. The groomer was really patient and listened to what I wanted for Tangyuan. The place was clean and had a good vibe, so I knew Tangyuan was in good hands. When I picked her up, she looked adorable--her fur was nicely trimmed, her nails were perfect, and she smelled so good! Plus, Tangyuan seemed happy and relaxed, which was a big win. I'll definitely be coming back to Judy's for all of Tangyuan's grooming needs. read more

I recently took my dog to this grooming salon, and I couldn't be happier with the results! There's a new owner, but the quality of the grooming hasn't changed at all. The staff was incredibly friendly and made sure my dog felt at ease the entire time. The cuts were perfect, and my pup came out looking and smelling fantastic. The atmosphere was calm and clean, which really helped me feel comfortable. I'll definitely be coming back and would recommend this place to anyone looking for top-notch grooming! read more

I took my dog to Judy's Pet Grooming today, and I couldn't be happier! The store recently changed ownership, so I was a bit worried at first. But when I picked up my pup--wow! He looked absolutely amazing! Not only was he fresh, clean, and happy, but he also smelled great. It's clear that he loved the experience!
