The absolute best!! We've taken both of our girls here for years and it's been a great experience every time. We never have to worry about how they are treated, it is so clear that they're showered with love during their visits. To top it off they come home looking and smelling SO fresh and the seasonal bows/bandanas they get are always adorable. Could not recommend Alicia or her business more. Refuse to take my fur babies anywhere else. My husky is treated correctly and the groomers are very patient with her. All my dogs come home clean, smelling nice, and happy. No tears. Prices are reasonable considering the service. Highly recommend. read more

They took amazing care of my two goldendoodles and made the whole experience stress-free. My dogs came home happy, clean, and looking great. The staff was so friendly and clearly loves what they do. Service is horrible, the groomers look like they are always in a bad mood!! It's like if you are bothered. if they don't like their job they should look for a new one. Their services are not cheap and I don't mind to pay but when I'm not treated with respect. I will never go back there. read more

We just moved back into the area and we're looking for a groomer for our dogs. Pawsatively Elegant was recommended to me by my best friend. Like with all pet services (veterinary and grooming due to Covid), they are booking a couple of weeks out. Let me tell you.... It was WORTH THE WAIT!! The staff there is so sweet. From the first phone call to drop off and pick up, everyone I spoke to was really nice. You can tell that they all really love animals and the work that they do. My girls look amazing! They provide really great grooming services. My dogs received some of the best cuts they've ever had. Be sure to book early and book your following appointment before you leave. I took my Coton puppy to Pawsatively Elegant. He is a bit mischievous and I was worried how his haircut would workout. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. I just wanted to give a shout-out to my dog groomers, Pawsatively Elegant. They recently moved to their new location at Valley View and Yorba Linda Blvd., in the Savers and 24 Hour Fitness shopping center. I have been taking my dogs there for about five years now. My dogs love going and look beautiful when they are finished. Before my disabled bulldog, Teddy, passed away, I took him there, and the groomers were wonderful with him. If you have not tried Pawsatively Elegant or lost touch as a result of their move, give them a call. The phones are a bit finicky sometimes from the move, but they do work. I just took my dogs there to the new location on Saturday, and I love the new location. Great job, as always, Pawsatively Elegant!!!!! read more

I've been taking my GSD here for a year now since we moved to Placentia. I am so grateful to have found this place. The wonderful ladies greet my girl with hugs and always tell her how much they love her. At our last groomer, they made me sedate her before drop off because she was too much energy. (GSDs typically hate baths. She's very normal with this) Pawsitively Elegant encouraged me not to sedate her so that she can just be herself. So much better! She has a blast every time. :) read more

First visit today. I don't know how I missed this place but so glad I discovered. I have taken my little guy to many groomers in the area but this is my favorite so far. They said they would not be able to do a full groom but still took my Bailey in on short notice. I mainly wanted him to get a bath. They gave him a nice bath and blowout; even trimmed his face and paws. When he returned home he was just as happy and fluffy as can be. He did not stay there for hours and he did not have an attitude when he got back. I can tell they treated him well. Even his paws were velvety soft. The best part, they did not charge me an arm and a leg! I can't wait to take him in for his next trim. read more

We have been to a few different groomers but Pawsatively Elegant definitely rises above all the rest. We had such a positive experience. We received great friendly service from the entire staff, and most importantly our dog came out happy. Alicia and her team are amazing. I bring my 3 dogs and they are so accommodating. For my fragile dog Teddy Bear, they always make sure it's early or later so he's not there longer than needed and he gets a little extra TLC. My dogs return pretty and happy. They always went out if their way to be gentle and take their time with her, letting her hang out and air dry when needed, which we greatly appreciated. We just took our new standard poodle puppy, Rita, there for her first grooming. Prior to bringing her in we had stopped by with her to discuss how she would be groomed and ask numerous questions, being our first poodle. Chris gave us lots of information and held Rita, getting her used to the facility. Chris also has poodles of her own, another bonus! Rita looks beautiful!!! They were gentle with her and played "pass the puppy" to make her experience positive and get her acclimated to being groomed. We can't be happier with our SPAW experiences!

I definitely didn't feel I was dealing with amateurs in any way. I have a Bouvier & a Yorkshire terrier - they did a fantastic job grooming them both & haircuts matched breed styles perfectly. Particularly with a Bouvier it's not uncommon to have her come back with some weird sheepdog look! On top of everything, they were cheaper than Petsmart & other places I've tried. Overall, professional, great groom-stylists, & lower priced than most groomers. I will definitely be back.

I can now spend quality time cuddling and playing with them. Abby is amazing. I truly appreciate how attentive and thoughtful she is with my fur babies. What stands out most are the little things she does. She pays attention to each cat's individual personality and routine, and she asks questions whenever she's unsure rather than making assumptions. That level of care gives me tremendous peace of mind. I'd definitely recommend Abby to anyone looking for a caring and reliable cat sitter.

They were super consistent with sending photo updates, which gave me a lot of peace of mind while we were away. Blizzard is a large breed malamute, so it's not always easy finding sitters who are confident and experienced--but what really stood out is that they also have experience with large dogs. That made a huge difference for us. They followed all of our instructions, including administering his medication and reinforcing his commands, which we really appreciated. They were also comfortable using the tools we provided, like his prong collar, which honestly made me feel even more reassured that they know how to properly handle bigger, stronger dogs. They left the Furbo camera on in the living room as requested and were overall very respectful of our home. It's honestly hard to find sitters you fully trust, and I'm so glad we found them--especially having both of them stay with Blizzard. Highly recommend and will definitely be booking again!

I'm a new client, and I was referred by my friends who bring their dogs here. I've taken my Maltese to a few places and never been happy with the haircut. I was nervous because my dog HATES the groomers, and always shakes when she's there. But this place is so calming and quiet! I met with my groomer right away, and she did a hands on assessment of my sweet girl. I didn't really know what to do with her, and the groomer suggested a few things that would look good on her. I dropped her off around noon, and she was done in less than 3 hours! How awesome is that! Since my boyfriend was picking her up, she sent home a sweet report card to let me know how she did. And my pup looked AMAZING! Such adorable bows and a little bling collar necklace that I just adored. Kristina was fantastic, I would recommend her to anyone who wants a quality haircut and a super friendly groomer. Thanks Kristina and Pawsatively Elegant. You guys are amazing. read more

A Wonderful Grooming Experience! I recently took my Maltese mix to the groomer, and I couldn't be happier! The staff were welcoming and sweet, making her feel comfortable right away. This place is very good. My yorki liked it there and it smelled very nice there too. Not like doggy. The haircut was very nice I liked it a lot. They do a good job. Associates are very nice too and pretty. The one with the long hair is who did my dog. Prices are good too not too expensive and I think they are fair. Bring your doggy here they will like it. read more

Has to be hands down the best groomers around town! My dog is not the friendliest pup around, but Alisia has treated him with so much love and care that he doesn't mind getting groomed with her. He started off using a mussel but now she is able to groom him without it. Now that is someone who knows what they are doing !! read more
