Abigail and Bryan were amazing with our dog, Blizzard. They stayed overnight, took him on walks, and even brought him to the park which he loved. They were super consistent with sending photo updates, which gave me a lot of peace of mind while we were away. Blizzard is a large breed malamute, so it's not always easy finding sitters who are confident and experienced--but what really stood out is that they also have experience with large dogs. That made a huge difference for us. They followed all of our instructions, including administering his medication and reinforcing his commands, which we really appreciated. They were also comfortable using the tools we provided, like his prong collar, which honestly made me feel even more reassured that they know how to properly handle bigger, stronger dogs. They left the Furbo camera on in the living room as requested and were overall very respectful of our home. I was very happy with the service we received. We were headed out of town for a few days, our dog sitter, (grandma) has been ill and we didn't want to board (put in a cage for 3 days). We have boarded our German shepherd a few times in the past and she's never normal when we pick her up, so I called bark, walk, play. Eddie set an appointment to come over to the house a few days prior to our trip, to get the Lay of the land. Both dog and I felt comfortable right away. Since we were only going to be gone a short while, we left our dog outside in the back yard and had Eddie come over in the morning and night to feed, walk and make sure things were good. I would like to take the time to recognize Jeannie Hur and Bark, Walk, Play. My family and I recently went out of town for the weekend and left our dog at home. In the past we had taken him to a friend's house and the feedback we got from them is that he was depressed. He likes to be at home so we thought let's give Bark, Walk, Play a try. First of all I was amazed by the price that they charge for the services they perform. They came twice a day for 3 days. Letting him out in the morning, and putting him inside at night. There services included so much more. They walked him for 30-45 minutes on each visit. They spent the rest of the time just petting him and playing with him. But wait there is more. They picked up his poop on his walks, and around the yard from the previous day. He even had an accident in the house and they took it upon themselves to clean that as well. On each visit they would text myself and my wife to let us know they were on their way. Then at the end of each visit they would send Doggie Selfies. He was so happy in every picture. We returned home to a handwritten note from Jeannie herself. Thanking us for letting her watch our dog. It was a page long!! A few days after we got home he looked sad again. He was getting more love and attention from Jeannie and her staff then we were giving him. Now we make sure to walk him daily just so we don't get the attitude. I cannot express enough how happy we are with this service and how we will definitely have peace of mind when planning any future trips, knowing that our dog will be taken care of while we are gone. They are reliable and give me a peace of mind while I am out of town or at work. I have 2 big dogs, one who is 90lbs and 11 years old and another one who is 50lbs and 4 years old. They are able to manage them both for daily weekday walks while I'm at work and they stay overnight when I am out of town.
