She is the first person who treats my dog with care when it comes to his groom appointment and I will be making this my permanent grooming spa for my dog. Thank you very much for your kindness and patience for my dog who deals with anxiety!

Thank you Doggi Dogi for such a great first time experience!! Mila was in and out within 1.5hrs. It helped that we scheduled the first appt, I think. Super clean facility. Owners dog is 16+ years old and roams free around the spa. He/she looks well taken care of and like a puppy! Tells you a lot about how they care for dogs. $55 for full service (glands, nails, shampoo, everything.) Since it's summertime, we wanted a pretty short cut but always worried about razor burns. Short, soft, and even a cute tail trim! They did an excellent job!!! We just found our new forever groomers.

Our covid dog's first haircut at a professional place was worth the $50 cost! He's a 5 lb toy Maltese who is scared of everything! We were worried but they did such a great job. On top of that, they are super friendly and patient, and answered all my questions. I've visited other locations where they get annoyed with the questions and don't seem to really like dogs or their jobs. You can tell this place really cares about the dogs like their own. We are coming back for sure! PS. They also provide boarding services. We may check them out next time we need a place. :)

Again, I was on the hunt for a new dog Groomer the last dog Groomer left lots of hair in between her toes and burned skin! . I'm so thankful I found this place. They cut my Kitsy's hair excellent and trimmed her nails short and she looked really cute after! I highly recommend this place. They do an amazing job. read more

I understand that prices have increased over the years, but as a loyal customer for 4 to 5 years, I truly believe that the quality of care and professionalism provided makes it worth every penny. I have chosen not to take my dogs to Petsmart or Petco because I want the best for them, especially since they can be quite anxious. I've been coming here for a few years now and the past few times I noticed my guy came back with a small cut on his neck. The first time it happened I just assumed he moved and let it go. This last time he came back with another cut which has now turned into an infection from scratching and a $600 vet bill. As much as I liked these nice ladies I won't be going back. read more

Nice short summer cut for my Westie. Lovely they had an available appointment last minute, and close by when my usual groomer was booked solid. Groomed to agreed upon photo reference at a very reasonable price. They only groom 30lbs dogs or less, but my 18lb little defender of the realm was well within their criteria. Extremely reasonable rates. I have no idea where my scruffy unkempt cutie went, but a sweet smelling, clean and sharp, tidy looking creature emerged after a prompt text notification. My friend thought she was someone else's dog at first! :) ApplePay, which is always nice and very convenient. read more

I just moved to the area so I decided I'd try this place for the first time... bad idea. Maybe doesn't happen to every one but my dog came home with flees and still had dry poop on her tail. I it's been a nightmare trying to get rid of the flees. I paid around $80 just so she can come back worse. I called to inform the owner to be more careful next time. Now I'm paying extra to get rid of flee and bathing her myself now. read more

I love this place! I am so happy that I finally found a good groomer in DoggiDogi! I have been looking everywhere for a good groomer near me. Our regular groomer before moved out of the country, so I have been on the hunt for another good groomer. I live in Anaheim and I traveled all the way to Huntington Beach to get my dog groomed, because I just wanted the best. For me, it's hard to trust anyone with my dog because My dog is my Emotional Support Dog, who I am very attached to. It's been a struggle to find someone I can trust. The People at Doggi Dogi are so nice. They actually care about my dog and they did a fantastic job! Thank you so much!! read more

Updated: I noticed my dogs nail only done cutting and left very rough and sharp layer after left shop so asked to grind them but no responded . And price list say full grooming package comes with bow or bandana but didn't receive any . Once you leave who cares ??? read more

This is the place that I'm looking for a long time for my 3 dogs. I highly recommended this place . Because so clean, spacious and owner is so kind and care dog like my sis does. This place does a great job! My girls always come out looking like show dogs. Overall I like their services. However, we have only been here two times. The first time there was a chunk of hair they missed right under the armpit. My dog look really funny every time she rolled over because her hair was basically shaved down and then you see this random chunk of hair lol. The second time I think my dog moved during the cut and they totally left a bald spot on my dogs leg. I didn't get upset or anything but simply understood that some dogs get nervous during cuts and things happen. But this hasn't happened at other places. I will still come here simply because they give great haircuts!! read more

They used to locate at garden grove and they recently moved to Fullerton. Which is closer to my house!!+++ I love there new location!! And set up inside. Now they do offer small dogs day care!! I think they do accept walk in customer but, I do recommend make an appointment. Owner here is very nice and professional,she's always make my dog feel comfortable and happy and that makes me feel happy!!. I highly recommend this grooming shop!!! read more

Really happy and satisfied with this grooming salon! Chloe came out perfectly and I loved how they interacted with Chloe from the get go. They even had a booklet of styles and the length of trims. The groomers are very sweet and I can tell they were very thorough. The grooming salon looked very clean and spacious. I used to find cuts all over Chloe from previous groomers and they would never let me know. However, I saw no cuts and Chloe seemed very happy. I will be coming here from now on! read more

This was the second time we brought him here and the first time I had no issues and he was so cute. This time no scarf and a little choppy cut but overall I thought he was still cute. My dog is very cooperative and calm so I don't think he was the issue so this second time we noticed he had quite a bit of redness from the clippers. I don't know if this is just a one time mistake but I thought I would share this experience. read more

I brought my dog a few times to this grooming location in 2024/2025. Nothing wrong with telling us that, because that's just what we did! We wanted him to be desensitized before he came back. The few times I brought him in, all the experiences were good! So much so I'd gush over how good he looked after grooming and how he looked well taken care of. He'd come home happy and maybe take a little nap. So, I decided to bring him in again recently. Same service as before, nothing different. The most I waited for my dog before was 3 hours (but I was given a heads up by the groomer that they were busier the day he waited for 3 hours, so not an issue at all). My dog was there for about 6 hours. I dropped him off in the late morning and he's wasn't ready until the later in the afternoon. I called to check in after a few hours, but was told her was in rotation to be finished soon... No one gave me a heads up about it maybe taking a while when I dropped him off. When my dog finally was able to come home, he was super dehydrated, immediately needed to use the restroom and was just lethargic overall (never an occurrence in any previous visit at this groomer or at any of the other previous grooming locations my dog has gone to). The stars given are only because of the positive experiences I had BEFORE the most recent one because I genuinely enjoyed bringing my dog here and this would've been a 5 star place for me. But based off my recent experience, it was not a 5 star service. I didn't recognize anyone there, (granted it had been a little while since we had last brought him in), so I'm not sure if they have new staff. However, I unfortunately don't want to put my dog through something like this most recent experience again.

They didn't really ask the name of my dog, or asked what I came in for. They just asked to take my dog in the back and then asked what I was here for. the staff were friendly but each staff had different definitions when it came to full grooming, the person who was the actual groomer clarified so that helped. I did warn her my dog had skin tags all over the body and to be very careful when you do the cut. I also mentioned he is a very nervous boy so to mindful of that. They finished in two hours as promised. I came to pick him up and they told me they nicked one of the skin tags on his arm but took care of it right away, grateful for the honesty. It was interesting, the staff was speaking to me as if I was a returning customer and told me my dog did better this time around. I think they got me confused with a different customer as I never been there before. A few hours later I noticed on the top of my dogs back, where there is quite a few skin tags, a few spots were bleeding! I know it's hard to cut around the skin tags but almost every big bump he has was bleeding so it was a little frustrating to take care of it. I don't think I'll be coming back but I appreciated the service.

During that visit, the veterinarian observed how severely the cat was struggling to move and responded with a slight chuckle. As someone who witnessed this firsthand, I found the response unprofessional. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this clinic.

We ended up booking and saw they had an amazing deal if we paid for a yearly membership, which helped give a discount to book the play room to have our 2 dogs stay in, along with a free walk for both of them (they typically potty outside and know not to potty inside). We booked the boarding for about 4 days and found out they partnered with a groomer! My dogs got the grooming and they LOVED It there. They really got comfortable playing with the other dogs and loved the owners. 10 out of 5 stars if I could!!! Our dogs were happy, smelled fantastic (thanks groomers!), and weren't even that excited to see us when we came to pick them up (which I was a bit sad, but extremely happy because that meant they really enjoyed their stay!). Had to be put in time out multiple times. I was constantly watching on the cameras and he was playing with other dogs but something about it bothered the staff. Nothing out of the ordinary from when he is with his friends at the dog parks or at his other daycares. I chalked up t up to the staff being inexperienced and new. But, also not the right fit for us. I know people who have had a similar experience there as well. Now today this happened and why I am posting so late after I went there. I would definitely be nervous taking my dog there. Just wanted people to know if you had a dog staying at Smart Parke in Brea today 8/16/26 a dog got out and was running in the middle of the street on Birch . Luckily the cars all seen it and stopped. The dog got all the way to the apartments close to State College where a woman walking her dog was able to hold it. The Smart Parke employee then was able leash the dog safely. If it was my dog I would want to know. Hopefully they told the owners. It was a medium sized short hair brown dog.

To any current customers taking their dogs to this place or potential customers, please heed my warning. As you know, the states and laws do NOT regulate dog groomers to be licensed for their job which in turn can create many incompetent and careless groomers. Although it may sound harsh, this is the cold reality of it. We have a 6 year old Maltese dog, who weighs about 4lbs who can be a bit feisty with other large dogs, but has and will never bite another creature. We have trained her well and have even attended classes on how to properly train your dog. We entrusted our Maltese dog to this place for a couple of years, to the groomers who we THOUGHT were caring. However, we couldn't help but notice a peculiar pattern with our dog every time she got her hair cut. She's usually very bubbly and energetic but every time she came back from this place she wouldn't eat for days, was shaking, docile, and couldn't muster any energy to do anything. It was a consistent occurrence, every, single, time. We just assumed this was a normal behavior because our dog usually hates showers, veterinarians, and groomers. It was a big mistake on our part. The breaking point was when we observed the groomers inside grabbing and yelling at the dogs. Immediately then, we decided to get a new barber and when she came back, she was ecstatic, energetic, and cheerful like she normally is. We can make inferences based on certain behaviors, patterns, and clues and it was painfully obvious, the groomers abused our dog. Whether it was physical or mental abuse, no other explanation can be given for this appalling action. We feel betrayed, hurt, angry, scammed, and utterly disgusted the owners of this place conduct themselves in such abhor manner. As an avid animal lover, please, please, please do take your dog somewhere else and NOT in "Doggi Dogi Spa". Please do not fall for the same mistake I did. So our little baby boy had back surgery a while ago and is paralyzed in his back legs. But he's still a happy boy! However, it's been so difficult to groom him! He's super tough to groom even on medication.. we've taken hours to groom him. So thankful for Doggi Dogi! They took such good care of him and did a wonderful job!! I have taken my yorkie to these women on two occasions and each time after pick-up, Flea's and Hairclipper bruises as well as cuts were found. They allow all the dogs in the building to roam free in the front lobby, which is a breeding ground for numerous germs and microbacteria.
