They are so good with my dog. I used to take Obi to other groomers and he would come back almost traumatized and very anxious, also with cuts. But with the staff at all about puppies, Obi is happy and I have never seen cuts. I also love their new feature where they send you a little report after the service! It was ESPN Lunas' first time getting groomed. We chose this place because it down the street from us. About a 10 min walk. Also, we have stopped by a few times prior to getting our puppy to check out what they have and to see how the employees were. The employees were always nice. I preferred taking our puppy to a small place rather than a chain. We scheduled an appointment for her. The day before they sent a reminder that she had an appointment. She was dropped off at 8:45am (her appointment was at 9). We picked her up by noon. She was groomed by Cynthia. She came back smelling amazing and with her donut pattern handkerchief lol Super cute! They also send a txt with a link to view her grooming report which i thought was so cute!!! Oh and i cant forget to mention! They usually have a little backdrop with a theme to take pictures. Adorable ESPN came back happy. She wasn't traumatized or scared. We are happy with the service! read more

I was so nervous to go since my dog has had really traumatic experiences at past groomers. They both worked hard at making sure I felt at ease and comfortable and answered all of my questions. Leslie has not only won over my heart but she has won over the hearts of my little guys! She's so amazing and sweet to my boys. They cry for joy when they see her. I don't know how I got to so lucky to have found the one and only Leslie. Going to the groomers used to be a dread having to leave my dogs crying and not knowing if I can trust our groomer. I brought my fur baby here for a few years. On her last grooming, when she returned she was having trouble walking due to her hind legs, which had a lot of muscle according to our vet. The legs kept dragging and collapsing. They said it happens when anal glands are expressed. One month later, my pet has a herniated disk and paralysis in the hind legs. We had to euthanize her. Other two options were not promising. She was 12 years old. She has not had any falls or accidents with us. Her heart, lungs and all other organs were very strong according to the vet. read more
