Another wonderful experience at The Dapper Dog Spa! This time I brought our 10-month-old puppy, Cielo, for her very first professional grooming, and Tyler took such great care of her. Cielo is a short-haired Pit, so she didn't need a traditional haircut, but Tyler still gave her a full spa day and made sure she was clean, fresh, and feeling her best. I really appreciated how gentle and patient she was with Cielo, especially since this was her first professional grooming experience. What meant the most to me was that Tyler took the time to talk with me afterward and tell me how Cielo did. That kind of communication gives me so much peace of mind as a dog mom. This is my second time bringing one of my dogs to The Dapper Dog Spa, and I'm so happy I found this place. It's clear that they genuinely care about the dogs in their care, and that's exactly what I'm looking for in a grooming salon. Thank you, Tyler, for taking such wonderful care of our sweet Cielo! We'll definitely be back. read more

As the owner of two Goldendoodles, Dapper Dog is the only place I trust to groom my little people. Since we started bringing them here, they've never had to shave either of my dogs down. They know exactly how to care for their coats and always have them looking amazing. I've seen comments calling the staff "lazy," and I completely disagree. For someone to make a statement like that, I think they need to take a look at themselves before criticizing people who work hard and genuinely care about these dogs. The team is professional, talented, and truly cares about what they do. I wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else. Absolutely the best in the game. Highly recommend Dapper Dog! read more

Brought Kaos in for nails and trim. Daylee was amazing and so great with Kaos! His hair was cut perfectly to my request and she even put an awesome Irish bandana on him to go with the holiday. Can't recommend this place enough. Prices are great, staff is great, and Daylee is a rock star. I appreciate people who put their heart into their work, thank you Daylee! read more

Terrible customer service. I didn't have a car so I called to cancel and they had no sympathy. They wanted to charge me a $90 cancellation fee, complaining they couldn't fill the gap. Yet, they filled it within the 10 mins it took me to call back after finding transport. They also bumped me back 2 hours despite me never confirming the cancellation. In the end, they ended up cutting my dog's ears too short after I specifically told them not to. If I could give 0 stars I would. read more

My baby boy always comes out of here looking 10/10! The groomers are nice, attentive, and really try to make your dog look the best they possibly can. I also really love that your dog's grooming session starts RIGHT at your appointment time, and they text you 15 minutes before they're done to give you time to head over. This lets you know your pet isn't sitting in a kennel for hours waiting for a wash like they would be at Petco or something like that. read more

The pups always look amazing. I say pups, a German Shephard and a very fluffy St. Bernard. Love that I get a text that they will be ready which means I usually pop right over and the boys are not in a kennel waiting hours to be picked up! That is huge!!!! Daylee and the others there are always beyond pleasant. read more

The worst groomer ever! Never take your dog here. I have a golden doodle. The 1st time I took her there they insisted that she be shaved. I didn't know any better so I agreed. I took her again today. And again they insisted they shave her. I begged them to bathe and brush her and they stated it's not possible. Approximately 10 mins after I left I called to say I changed my mind and if you haven't started please don't shave her. They stated they are "80 % done and it is what it is." I told them I was disappointed they wouldn't even try to bathe and brush her. She hung up and the manager called back and said come get your dog. I said the last person said she is only 80% done. And she said "yes come get her." When I went to pick her up they were very defensive and confrontational. When they said you don't brush her, my 13 year old daughter said I brush her every day. Then the groomer picked up my dogs shaved hair that was on the floor and threw at my daughter's face and said brush this. I am sure they will turn this around and say she was matted...she was not. Please go to their IG page and tell me why 95% of the golden doodle are shaved. Can they really not brush them out or are they too lazy. I will never go there again And you should not either. read more

Daylee did another great job on my 80 lb doodle. He looks great, smells great, fur is so soft. He also got his teeth brushed, so good breath too. My doodle had a huge anxiety issue and did not do well at the groomer's but since we have been seeing Daylee, it is getting better and better. I believe it is no longer an issue. On his most recent visit, he barked a few times as I was leaving, but that was it. 12/10 recommend read more

Daylee has cut our 14 year old Shih Tzu Koko for longer than I can remember. Now that Koko is senior, with cataracts in both eyes, she is extremely sensitive to any kind of handling and touching of her face. Thank goodness for Daylee....she is THE ONLY groomer we would trust with Koko. Now that we have a puppy who is also new to blow dryer noises and baths, we trust she is always being handled with love and care at Dapper Dog Spa. Couldn't be happier and grateful for Dapper Dog Spa and the whole team. My 3 yr old anxious pup had never been to a groomer and they worked with me for 2months getting her used to being in a salon from a 5min brushing to working her way up finally to a full on bath with drying! Taylor was extremely kind and patient and never gave up on her and was able to get my pup to acclimate to getting a bath, which for myself has been near impossible. As a pet parent, it is a bit nerve-wracking when your dog is so high energy and anxious, but thank you to Daylee and her team for taking such good care of Daisy! I love this place!!! The staff are all so amazing. They take care of my chaotic chihuahuas, and even though my dogs can be super wiggly, they take their time with them. They always come home looking and smelling great, tails wagging. I would never take my furry friends anywhere else because of how well Dapper Dog treats my pups. Shout out to Daylee who always remembers my pups by name, and makes them feel like little celebrities. read more

I couldn't be happier that I found Dapper Dog Spa! My two goldendoodles have come in twice now for grooming. Each time they look, feel and smell great! I appreciate that they don't take in a ton of dogs at once so the dogs only have to stay for a couple of hours. My last groomer would have the dogs from 9 am to 4 pm. Daylee and Taylor are great! We'll keep coming back. After our first visit, I had one small thing I wanted to change on our next cut. I mentioned it at our second appt and they made the adjustment. I appreciate that they are open to feedback as they learn my dogs' coats and how I like them styled. read more

I've being bringing my dogs to this place for two years now their customer service skill was always unprofessional but I did not care because they would do my dogs haircuts good. But the last time we took our 3 dogs was the worse experience ever two of them have red skin and it looks like a rash and one of them has a cut on his testicles and i understand accidents happen but what I don't understand is that they didn't tell me anything so that I Could've put a cone on him and some medication instead they took our money and stayed quiet about it. And even after I told them what happened and I showed them pictures of him they said it's not a cut and just to take better pictures of him so I did and they couldn't even give us an apology for this or anything instead they said just put a cone on him you're making it worse. That's another lever of evilness because dogs can't talk and They can't say what hurts. So please don't bring your dogs here take care of them and stay away from people like them !! . And lastly she wrote on my sisters review that she would give us a resolution and the resolution was blaming us for not putting a cone on him but she was so unprofessional and so evil that she didn't even told us he got a cut. So please stay away from business owners that just care about money and are not even able to do what they're getting paid for. read more

We brought our German shepherd here for the first time this week. He was so nervous and the folks at Dapper Dog Spa were so considerate of that, deciding to hand dry him instead of using the big machine which he didn't like. We had them use a deshedding treatment and have noticed a significant difference. And he smells great. And perhaps most importantly, unlike the place we were using previously which would keep him half the day, he was done in an hour. Thank you Dapper Dog Spa. We look forward to coming back! read more

Daylee (Owner) first started grooming my 18yr old Britney spaniel over10 years ago; due to her old age i was very cautious as to who i chose to groom her, Daylee always took the very best care for her and made her feel comfortable and relaxed. Fast forward 10 years later I'm bringing my French bulldog to Daylee at her new shop! Daylee made the booking process easy and i even found it beneficial that she sends you out a reminder so you don't forget your appointment. Dapper dog spa is super clean and the workers there have a welcoming and very good energy. She did a fantastic job on my French bulldog and i could tell he felt very comfortable to be with her when i dropped him off.
