I also really love that your dog's grooming session starts RIGHT at your appointment time, and they text you 15 minutes before they're done to give you time to head over. Daylee did another great job on my 80 lb doodle. He looks great, smells great, fur is so soft. He also got his teeth brushed, so good breath too. My doodle had a huge anxiety issue and did not do well at the groomer's but since we have been seeing Daylee, it is getting better and better. I believe it is no longer an issue. My 3 yr old anxious pup had never been to a groomer and they worked with me for 2months getting her used to being in a salon from a 5min brushing to working her way up finally to a full on bath with drying! I couldn't be happier that I found Dapper Dog Spa! My two goldendoodles have come in twice now for grooming. Each time they look, feel and smell great! That's another lever of evilness because dogs can't talk and They can't say what hurts. So please don't bring your dogs here take care of them and stay away from people like them !! . And lastly she wrote on my sisters review that she would give us a resolution and the resolution was blaming us for not putting a cone on him but she was so unprofessional and so evil that she didn't even told us he got a cut.
