Loved this place. Took my dog for the first time. He came back looking great and so happy.

Amazing groomer! My babies are always soft, they smell good, they get treats! But most importantly I trust them with my flat faced pugs. After hearing so many horror stories with this and other flat faced breeds, this is the ONLY vet I trust.

Great experience for my pups. They both came out happy from their grooming appointment. I am happy with the way both pups were taken care of. For my pup with long hair, I got exactly what I wanted for her. I asked for a trim and for her to still look as fluffy as possible. She came out looking cuter than expected For the short haired pup, we were cautious because of her nails. But we are glad we took her here because we got an explanation on how or what we can do about her king vein nails. Both were ready to go. No regrets trying g out this place for our pups.

I recently adopted a senior dog and tried to get him groomed here since it's just down the street for us. The experience I had was horrific to say the least... first off, they quoted me at $90-100 to get a small, 10lb dog groomed (I thought wth that's expensive, but why not try and support a small business). I get a call 3.5 hours after dropping him off that they wouldn't be able to groom him since he's a biter. I apologized since I'm his new owner and went to pick him up right away. I was SHOCKED when I got him because they did not disclose over the phone that they had shaved him a bit already and weren't able to finish. Again... small 10lb dog that recently got dental surgery, so I know he doesn't even have the teeth to really bite anyone. After we got home, I realized that they did not bathe him or try to brush him out before going in to shave him. You absolutely CANNOT do that if the dog has matted hair... so I realized that they had pulled on his skin when they went in for the shave (which looks like a rash now), and it's most likely the reason why he tried to bite them. They hurt my dog! Extremely unprofessional place that doesn't know what they're doing. I write this to warn pet owners who love their dogs, DO NOT take them here if you care about your fur babies.

We just moved to the area and I was honestly nervous about finding a groomer who could do a proper puppy cut for my Maltese. I'm so glad we found this salon! They clearly have experience with the breed and took such gentle, thoughtful care of my 13-year-old little man. He came home looking absolutely handsome and perfect, and most importantly, happy and relaxed. That means everything to me as a senior dog parent. We found a great local groomer for my three dogs. Monty (my 30 lb pug) finally received a decent nail clipping after three groomers and two veterinarians. We dropped off the three dogs in the morning, and picked them up by lunch. The dogs were very happy. We will definitely be back. read more

They have been taking care of our pups since they were pups! They are always so sweet and gentle with our dogs! Recently we fostered a dog who has lots of trauma and trust issues. We warned them that he might put up a fight and may bite. But, Steve took care of our foster pup and was even able to cut around his face and paws which are his sensitive spots! My wife and I have been searching for a pet groomer who is both affordable and does a good job. Luckily we stumbled upon Puppy Salon as we frequent the bakery next door (also amazing btw). Steve is absolutely hands down amazing! We have 3 dogs and we take all 3 there. We used to take them to PetSmart but our Mini Schnauzer would always look petrified and would be a wreck at pickup. It was enough to look elsewhere and then we found Puppy Salon through Yelp. We gave it ago and have been returning over the past 4 years. Steve has a genuine heart for animals which allows them to be in comfort while in his care. You guys are amazing! The way they care for my babies speaks volumes of them as people and as a team. Tai just turned 1 and this was her first time ever getting a haircut! I had no idea what style to go with and left it to the groomers to work their magic. They ended up giving her a summercut, which was perfect since Tai gets hot easily. OMG, I was so excited when I picked her up from the the Puppy Salon! I didn't know what to expect and couldn't imagine her shaven, but I was pleasantly surprised. She looks so adorable in her new cut! Tai's coat smells and feels nice as well. The groomers are super friendly and professional, both over the phone and in person. I will be returning again in the future for any of Tai's grooming needs. The amount of care they put into grooming Tai was obvious, and for the price, it was definitely worth it. P.S. They really take Co-VID seriously and have been responsible about the safety of their customers, which is so important for me and my family. Thank you, Puppy Salon! read more

Steve is the best. He made my dog look great and remembered my other families pets and that shows me he cares about his work. He also was honest about feeding my dog treats so he suggested not to feed him anymore because he had plenty . He is a little pricey but worth the extra...I have and will keep suggesting his buisness to my friends and neighbors read more

I love puppy salon! I have four dogs and have been bringing them here for years. I really appreciate what a good job they do taking care of them. They always come out looking gorgeous! I inherited my grandmother's dog who was terrified of the groomer she actually did bite one of them here her first visit. I was so thankful they did not make a big deal instead they have worked with her each visit and now I can tell she is visibly more comfortable when she visits. I always get updates on how they behaved and if they have any issues. I trust these groomers completely! Any dog hates the groomers but I know Puppy Salon has their best interest at heart. read more

3/28/2017 1pm i was a long time customer when i went to pick up my dog from being groomed. i witnessed a male asian choking a dog and couldn't believe my eyes. i immediately complained to monica the store owner and she stated that the dog bites. i responded to her that if this is how they treat our dogs when the owners are not around that i would never return. i am appalled and saddened that i have been taking my dog for years under the impression that she was well treated. i immediately called the dog control to investigate. please don't take you dogs here... read more

Disappointing Experience. When my German Shepherd was 6.5 months old, I scheduled a bath informing staff about his high energy and sensitive itching skin. Initially, they assured me they had experience handling such conditions. However, upon arrival, they deemed it "too risky" due to the itching, contradicting their initial statement. It was my dog Maggie's first time getting groomed and let me tell you it went great! I was a bit hesitant to leave her since I would always here about people taking their dogs to get groomed at different places and coming back with cuts and scratches. But NOT here! Keep in mind my dog moves a lot and is playful. This place gained another happy customer. I definitely will be coming back for Maggie's next appointment. HIGHLY recommend this place!!!!! read more

Puppy Salon is our go to grooming service for our dog Maxwell. I've been able to make same day apointments to get him looking clean again. Puppy Salon is always very helpful, kind and even allowed him to stay a few extra hours as we arranged pick up on work days. Maxwell usually goes with the summer cut, but they always will recommend a look best for him. Not to mention a free bandana to keep our pup stylish after every cut. read more

I used to take my Golden Retriever to a different groomer, but he would always get stressed out. I decided to try the Puppy Salon, based on the many good reviews on Yelp. Now we've been there several times and my dog doesn't mind getting a bath. The people are very friendly and caring. So glad I found this puppy salon! Did a great job on my dogs - best haircuts they've ever gotten. Was so easy to make an appointment and the service was really fast. My dog was out in about 2 1/2 hours. Other places have your dog caged all afternoon! I don't know how long they've been here but - Welcome to Uptown! read more

Still my dogs are very happy with them. Haven't been able to dedicate my time and finance for grooming but the groomers there, did not judge me the way they were. They simply tried their best to satisfy my wants and on top of that not to stress my dogs. I am very happy with the way my dogs are treated there. read more

This is the 4th time that i took my dog here and 3 out of the 4 times i had to take my dog to the vet from how much pain he was in when he came home from here. There is guys all over my dogs paws and stomach. He can't walk or run from the pain. I'm really upset that my baby is in so much pain It kills me. read more

Best groomer I have ever met!! She is very professional and treated my puppies very well, just like her! Inside is very cute and clean. Its location, though, is not very noticeable, so you should be careful. Make sure to make an appoint because it seems like it's always busy!! read more
