Pets Love Us was recommended by a friend. I've been taking my dog there since July and I am so happy with the services they provide. Everyone is friendly and they are very accommodating. I've developed a customer relationship with Ana. She is so sweet and my dog just adores her so every time I call to make an appointment, I always ask for Ana but if she is not available, you're in good hands anyways because everyone is really good there. I never have any issues getting an appointment and it's really nice to leave your dog with someone you trust. My favorite part is when I pick up my dog. They always add a cute little bandana around her. She always looks so cute and smells so good! My dog was just there a couple of days ago and they added a Halloween bandana around her neck. So so cute!

I highly recommend Pets Love Us! I live in La Quinta..near Palm Springs and heard about them thru my sis who takes her Yorkie, Toby there. I was visiting so she booked a double appt. I have seen for yrs how great Toby looks, and since my dog, Bentley has had a previous bad experience, I thought I would try them. So happy I did! The nice gal in the Reception spent 15min going over my concerns with me. I was appreciative being that Bentley had a bad experience elsewhere. My dog was matted in areas and they were not sure they could get them all out. When I came to pick up Bentley I was so impressed! He looked adorable! They did a great job on his face! So cute! I gave them a nice tip! The fact that they took the time to address my concerns, gave me brushing tips, told me up front what they were able to do..then surprise me by telling me they were able to accomplish more with his matted hair. He is a standard poodle, and I like his hair long, but hard to keep untangled. They did a great job. Returning with Bentley again! Thank you!!

I can't say enough about this groomer. My family has been going here for about 7-8 years. Even when the owner changed we still stayed because they were that attentive to us. Between my dad and I we had 7 dogs, 5 shitzus and 2 bulldogs. They treated us well, knew all the dogs names and my dad especially since he was their best customer, as he would say. After my dad passed, I only had 3 dogs left, but I still stayed because I liked how they treat me and my dogs. They know the dogs by name and know how they are. But if I could make a suggestion, maybe a longer day, one day a week? I work far and I get home around 3:30, so it doesn't work out for me unless I take a day off work, which I usually do. read more

I needed a full on deshedding service and grooming for my pup and they did an amazing job. Not only did they do an amazing job but my pup was happy when I picked her up and didn't look like she was in shock. I recently changed groomers and have been on a search for one that she feels comfortable with and I think I've found the one. I noticed some groomers stress her out so it was important that she seem comfortable after her session. They even gave her a liddo bandanna which was a great cute surprise. Plenty of parking available in front as well. I will definitely recommend! Make sure to call before arriving for availability. read more

Anna and her staff do an amazing job on my dog! He has been going there for over a year now and they constantly provide great results. My dog is very particular where he goes and he loves to go to Pets Love Us and never comes home stressed. He comes home looking and smelling great and I am so appreciative of the work and service they provide. I will not take my dog anywhere else and strongly recommend this place. Full disclosure, I called 1.5 hrs before closing. Asked if nail clipping & dog wash was possible today. Was told in a condescending tone, "no sir you need to make an appoint". Their sign says walk-ins welcome. This doesn't extend to phone-ins? This is not a good 1st encounter & a not the best way to treat potential customers. Am disappointed since this is a local independent business, which is best to support. I'll be heading elsewhere for my needs read more

Hired this company to groom my elderly mom's cat at her independent living facility. They were amazing!!! Came right to the place so she didn't have to worry about the cat being brought somewhere which made her very happy. The tech did a wonderful job on her cat and was done in less than an hour. This is absolutely the best dog grooming service around. The staff are all friendly and professional. Ana the owner was very kind and patient with Lilah who gets very nervous around new places and people. Jessica who washed her was very kind and patient and she did a great job washing and drying Lilah, she kept her calm and relaxed. Steve did an amazing job cutting lilah's hair. Overall the best experience I've had getting Lilah groomed. I'll definitely be coming back and recommending Pets Love Us to everyone I know. read more

I've brought my dog here multiple times but they just lost a customer I brought my dog here this week and got my dog back with cuts behind her ears they didn't mention it when I picked her up and that's what makes me angry they could of told me, I know accidents happen but they should of said something I got my dog back traumatized never coming back here again don't bring your dog here I wouldn't recommend!! read more

I will never ever ever bring back my dog. We bring our family dog here because it's around the corner and usually we are pleased, but this is the last straw. We got our dog back, and she had cuts all over her body, and we found her neck bleeding. One cut is okay because sometimes it's an accident, but two, and bleeding? Absolutely no excuses. read more

Seriously, I am so grateful for this place. After looking at prices for countless chain-dog groomers (petsmart, petco etc.) and not being too happy with what was offered, a neighbor recommended this business to us, and I'm happy he did. I have a husky that still acts like a puppy, has severe anxiety and sheds EVERYWHERE. Both times I have been here, I called looking to schedule an appointment asap and both times I have been delighted to hear that they were able to take my Winston in that same day! (You won't have that happening at those larger chains I mentioned). Like I said, my pup has really bad anxiety so he was very hesitant to go in, but they made sure he was comfortable and handled him gently, which I'm very grateful for. I even called quite a few times to check on him as I'm very over protective, and though I know how annoying that is, each time they showed no signs of frustration in their voice and were very understanding. Thanks! When I picked up Winston, he looked amazing! The poor groomer was covered in his hair lol. My Winston was so happy, so I was happy. If you're looking for an amazing place that has groomers that not only do an excellent job but also care for your animals, then this is the place for you. I have been to this place for many years. Although ownership has changed hands a few times, my dogs have gotten great grooming care at a fair price! They also provide professional teeth cleaning (which I personally have not yet tried for my dogs since I already have a doggie dentist for them). In the past, Pets Love Us saved me from a skunk situation. They were able to use Skunk Off shampoo to make my dogs smell more tolerable. As most people who have had this experience know, removing the smell is impossible. However, Pets Love Us was able to de-stink my dogs by at least 50% on an urgent basis on a busy day without an appointment because they felt so bad for me. THANKS PETS LOVE US!!! read more

Since moving to this area, I have brought my 2 dogs to this grooming place. Last time, after their haircut, my medium-sized poodle kept shaking her head. I thought it was just because of the shorter haircut on her ears. But than a few days after, I noticed a cut on both ears that were scabbed. I just took them again yesterday. Same thing happened again where she kept shaking her head. This morning we checked her ears and there is internal bleeding. After cleaning it up, it looks as if someone cut her ear. There is puss and dried blood inside the canal. Time for a new groomer read more

Don't bring your pets here. This is the second time I brought my dog in for grooming and twice they have cut him. Once in the stomach and yesterday on the paw. I gave them a second chance after the first incident, but no more. They didn't even apologize. It was a none issue for them. They said it must have been the dogs fault. If you love your dogs don't bring them here. read more

Took my puppy for his first cut. I really like the turn out. His paws were a little red and tender which I wish they would have told me about before I took him home. I didn't noticed until he cried a bit when I put him down. Overall good experience they had my puppy out of there in 1.5 hrs we had a morning appt :). read more

She may take good care of your pets and all. But she is the worst driver on the street. She likes to cut people off and make you almost get into an accident. You can't miss her car, her car advertises Pets Love Us. If you see it stay clear away from her, she don't know how to drive. read more

I decided to try a mobile grooming in hopes it would be quicker and he would not be caged and in distress ( as well as me having the chance to meet the groomer personally). A&M Groomers arrived promptly, sent me a courteous message stating they had arrived and meet my dog Mochi gingerly. He asked me about my dog's temperament and approached him at his pace not rushing him. Upon the completion of service, I am extremely satisfied with the entire process and have found someone I trust with my pet. When I got home, I noticed his little behind shaved all the way down giving him a strange look. (Pic enclosed) Is this standard procedure? Charlie been in probably 20+ groomers and I've never had a groomer do this. Would appreciate your reply. By the way, I am happy with the cut and the customer service. Used to love getting my dogs cut here. They cancelled on a Sat due to an emergency which was fine. Then told me they could reschedule within the week and I told them I would have to call back and speak with my wife. I called back later that week and she stated that she did not say that and would have to wait two weeks. I don't mind the waiting but she straight out called me a liar... I mean, it's a dog grooming place, why would I have to lie about that? read more

We were looking for a groomer in the city of Whittier. We found Pets Love Us and we couldn't be happier. Jo Jo our Pomeranian came out looking like a little lion after Ana finished the works on him. Easier said than done with our feisty little 12 year old dog. Now he looks like a puppy again! It's around the corner from were my wife works which makes it ideal for us. read more

I have brought my dogs here for over a year and have loved the service as well as the price. I have referred many of my friends and family here as well and they also loved the service. They even informed me of things to keep an eye on with my dog for dry skin, ear infections, etc. Will definitely continue to do business here. read more

We were looking for a groomer for our pomeranian and found Pets Love Us. I work right around the corner which made it perfeft for me. Ana was incredible, our dog came out looking like a little lion. We get alot of attention with his new look where ever we go. I couldn't be happier! read more
