I will never return here! I dropped off my baby at this location to have his hair trimmed believing that he would be safe and well taken care of. I was so wrong. My mother picked him up finding him with a bloody eye! My poor little baby was injured! The doctor said it was trauma to the head. This is my second time review on Bubble Doggie, Cathy did great job on haircuts again. Big shout out to her and her husband, Jun, in the back. She is very experienced groomer and want her business to do well to keep going and provide her awesome service to many more dogs out there. If you are looking for new groomer for your loving dogs, she is a strong candidate, that I don't hesitate recommending, although I may get trouble to make an appointment for mine, since she could get busier. I have been a happy customer to this business since 2020 and still coming even if we moved to a different area last year. They are genuine people before grooming business owners. we've taken our dogs to bubble doggie for a few years now. a man and an older woman used to work here (maybe they do, i haven't seen them in a while) and would take great care of our senior golden retriever. we now have a 2 year old husky mix and he's been to bubble doggie 3 times with no issues. this lady may be newer, i don't recall seeing her before. huskies can be difficult so i understand but i also don't know what preventative measure she's taking to ensure his comfort. this recent visit made me realize i need to go somewhere else. i asked for his standard bath and groom, with de-shedding shampoo, paw fur trim and a sanitary trim only around his anus. when i picked him up i was so frustrated. his anus was shaved raw and was bleeding, his genital area was shaved in a botched job, he had poop on his outer thigh and he was still damp. the first thing with owning a husky is you know YOURE NOT SUPPOSED TO SHAVE A HUSKY. it is so damaging to their skin and coat. he also had so much fur coming off of him when we were leaving compared to when i took him in and i had to finish the job up at home. another reviewer said the place looked dirty. they open at 10 and i took him in around 10:15 and there was debris evvvverywhere and hadn't looked like it had been swept in a few days. it's extremely unfortunate because this place used to be great for us. read more

We love this place! It was recommended to us since we could not get an appointment at his old groomer but we have kept coming back to Bubble Doggie since. For one thing, when we pick him up, he is always in a happy mood. We tried a previous groomer down the street from us and when we picked him up, he was in a very sad/ down type of mood. I'm not sure if it was another dog playing too aggressive with him or if it was management but that didn't sit well with us. Another thing, probably the biggest issue for a lot of dog owners, their prices are affordable and they do excellent work. No shaver nicks, no ugly cut, great customer service. We always get compliments about his haircut and how stylish it is. Sooo.... the last time I had a dog was more than 25 years ago, and he was an outdoor dog. Until yesterday, that is. We picked up Munchie from a shelter. He had been there for 10 days already. The worker mentioned that he needed a major bath and some cleaning. His ears were dirty, his coat had some grime, and who knows what else considering he was sharing the kennel with another dog. I called 3 different groomers in the area. Take note, this is a Saturday afternoon around 1:00 PM. Two of them gave me a quote of $35, and Bubble Doggie was $25. Since I'm still new at this, I went with the cheapest.. Maybe in time as I learn more options and gain more experience, then I can be more choosy. The $25 included: the major bath, nail clippings, ear cleaning, and one or two other things that I can't remember (maybe butt cleaning?). It did not include a haircut, which I am fine with since I wanted to see Munchie in all his original glory. About 3 hours later I got the phone call to pick up Munchie. The schedule says they close at 4:00, but if there are dogs there after, they will wait. Munchie was happy, I was happy, we were all happy to see him clean and fresh. Didn't see any blood or stains from him, so that was a good sign as other places I checked had cuts or injuries on their reviews. read more

This family owned puppy salon is amazing ! Appointments are preferred as they get pretty busy. We bring in our 16 year old golden retriever who has some trouble standing and they are so patient with her and the service always exceeds our expectations. I'll never take my dog here again. When we picked him up, I saw that he was in a cage with two big vents? Air blowers? I'm not sure what it was, or how he was groomed, but when we were in the car, we noticed he had some breathing issues in the car...really scary and worrisome. This is concerning. Hopefully, this subsides and we're keeping an eye on him, but this isn't okay. Not recommended. read more

Decided to check this place out because they just opened up and it's pretty close to my house which is already a plus because of the convenience. When it comes to my dog, especially, I'm hesitant to try new places, but I'm glad I discovered this place. This place just has a nice welcoming vibe to it and Cathy took really good care of my Henny. It's hard to find someone who is careful AND caring about your dog these days. I've heard horror stories where groomers aren't careful and cut through their skin, toes, tongue, etc. but Cathy is wonderful and attentive. Nice private lot for everyone to park in and great business hours. I can drop Henny off before work and pick her up after work. Also, I found that Cathy also works off of appointments right now so in case you're needing an emergency grooming situation, she is pretty flexible and nice about it. I give this place 5 stars because Cathy goes above and beyond to make sure my dog leaves looking fabulous! She offers special services like coloring Henny's hair (of course using dyes without chemicals or parabens) and has bows and has the cutest accessories which I haven't found at any other pet grooming places. Took my dog in for a groom at 11:30 and got my call to pick him up around 1:40. This is not bad considering the last dog groomer took 5 hours to groom my dog and left my dog dehydrated... The price is $5 cheaper than the other places I took my dog, so that was another plus. I've been bringing my two maltipoos here for a couple years now. Making an appointment here is as easy as it gets. I've called in and made same day appointments and she is more than accommodating with your schedule - even if that means going over on her time. She also goes over exactly how you want your pet groomed. Clean cut, trimmed bear like face, chicken feet? You got it! When I first moved here, I tried different groomers. After one bad experience from another groomers, my boy dog had tremendous PTSD which left him afraid of the groomers, the noise, and the shears. However, Cathy still manages to get it done - despite how troublesome he can get. Both my dogs are always ready to be picked up in less than 3 hours. You also can't beat the price here. Being a dog owner for more than 20 years now, I know the expenses that are required to groom your pet. She makes it far more affordable. My dogs always come out smelling good, looking good and with a cute bandana. Would definitely recommend her! read more
