I will never return here! I dropped off my baby at this location to have his hair trimmed believing that he would be safe and well taken care of. I was so wrong. My mother picked him up finding him with a bloody eye! My poor little baby was injured! The doctor said it was trauma to the head. The only words that the people at this location had to say was that it was not their fault. They took zero accountability.

This is my second time review on Bubble Doggie, Cathy did great job on haircuts again. Big shout out to her and her husband, Jun, in the back. She is very experienced groomer and want her business to do well to keep going and provide her awesome service to many more dogs out there. If you are looking for new groomer for your loving dogs, she is a strong candidate, that I don't hesitate recommending, although I may get trouble to make an appointment for mine, since she could get busier. I have been a happy customer to this business since 2020 and still coming even if we moved to a different area last year. They are genuine people before grooming business owners. On certain date, their business is very busy, make sure to make an appointment, needless to say. Thank you, Cathy and Jun.
we've taken our dogs to bubble doggie for a few years now. a man and an older woman used to work here (maybe they do, i haven't seen them in a while) and would take great care of our senior golden retriever. we now have a 2 year old husky mix and he's been to bubble doggie 3 times with no issues. this lady may be newer, i don't recall seeing her before. huskies can be difficult so i understand but i also don't know what preventative measure she's taking to ensure his comfort. this recent visit made me realize i need to go somewhere else. i asked for his standard bath and groom, with de-shedding shampoo, paw fur trim and a sanitary trim only around his anus. when i picked him up i was so frustrated. his anus was shaved raw and was bleeding, his genital area was shaved in a botched job, he had poop on his outer thigh and he was still damp. the first thing with owning a husky is you know YOURE NOT SUPPOSED TO SHAVE A HUSKY. it is so damaging to their skin and coat. he also had so much fur coming off of him when we were leaving compared to when i took him in and i had to finish the job up at home. another reviewer said the place looked dirty. they open at 10 and i took him in around 10:15 and there was debris evvvverywhere and hadn't looked like it had been swept in a few days. it's extremely unfortunate because this place used to be great for us.

For one thing, when we pick him up, he is always in a happy mood. We tried a previous groomer down the street from us and when we picked him up, he was in a very sad/ down type of mood. I'm not sure if it was another dog playing too aggressive with him or if it was management but that didn't sit well with us. Another thing, probably the biggest issue for a lot of dog owners, their prices are affordable and they do excellent work. No shaver nicks, no ugly cut, great customer service. We always get compliments about his haircut and how stylish it is. I will say that it is a little out of the way for us but like myself, if anyone is willing to make the drive out and try Bubble Groomer, you won't regret it.
First time taking my Shihpoo here for full grooming bath and hair cut. I made same day walk in appointment. Pleased with their work and my dog looks great with her matching bows and bandana. They take cash, credit card or Venmo. Their cost is very reasonable. I prefer Korean owned groomers because they know how to style cute puppy cuts.
Always happy with grooming services here. I highly recommend. My dogs always come out looking beautiful. I have been coming here for almost a year and will continue to bring my babies here

Sooo.... the last time I had a dog was more than 25 years ago, and he was an outdoor dog. Until yesterday, that is. We picked up Munchie from a shelter. He had been there for 10 days already. The worker mentioned that he needed a major bath and some cleaning. His ears were dirty, his coat had some grime, and who knows what else considering he was sharing the kennel with another dog. I called 3 different groomers in the area. Take note, this is a Saturday afternoon around 1:00 PM. Two of them gave me a quote of $35, and Bubble Doggie was $25. Since I'm still new at this, I went with the cheapest.. Maybe in time as I learn more options and gain more experience, then I can be more choosy. The $25 included: the major bath, nail clippings, ear cleaning, and one or two other things that I can't remember (maybe butt cleaning?). It did not include a haircut, which I am fine with since I wanted to see Munchie in all his original glory. About 3 hours later I got the phone call to pick up Munchie. The schedule says they close at 4:00, but if there are dogs there after, they will wait. Munchie was happy, I was happy, we were all happy to see him clean and fresh. Didn't see any blood or stains from him, so that was a good sign as other places I checked had cuts or injuries on their reviews.
I really used to like this place but I don't think I'll be bringing my dogs here anymore. I will never tolerate any kind of aggression toward my dog, there is no excuse. After we got home I wanted to take pictures of my dogs and I realized how red it was around his little mouth, I'm very sad and disappointed.
Cathy is the amazing groomer of my Standard Poodle for two years now. I am a protective mommy of my dog, but I trust Cathy fully. She is very caring and makes sure my dog is comfortable and safe. I like that she has extensive knowledge about dogs. Secondly, Cathy is an artist! Her work is beautiful and my dog gets compliments wherever we go. Cathy has competed and won grooming competitions and I am honored she styles my dog.

This family owned puppy salon is amazing ! Appointments are preferred as they get pretty busy. We bring in our 16 year old golden retriever who has some trouble standing and they are so patient with her and the service always exceeds our expectations. The cut and style they provide for our terrier and poodle are always on point and so cute ! read more

This was our 1st time using Bubble Doggie. I was pleased with how my pekingese came out. Also the prices were affordable. He was happy & there were no nicks or cuts, and he smelled nice and clean. They took their time with him, which I was appreciative of.. if this is how the service is all the time I will keep coming here with my baby. Stay tune... read more

Decided to check this place out because they just opened up and it's pretty close to my house which is already a plus because of the convenience. When it comes to my dog, especially, I'm hesitant to try new places, but I'm glad I discovered this place. This place just has a nice welcoming vibe to it and Cathy took really good care of my Henny. It's hard to find someone who is careful AND caring about your dog these days. I've heard horror stories where groomers aren't careful and cut through their skin, toes, tongue, etc. but Cathy is wonderful and attentive. Nice private lot for everyone to park in and great business hours. I can drop Henny off before work and pick her up after work. Also, I found that Cathy also works off of appointments right now so in case you're needing an emergency grooming situation, she is pretty flexible and nice about it. I give this place 5 stars because Cathy goes above and beyond to make sure my dog leaves looking fabulous! She offers special services like coloring Henny's hair (of course using dyes without chemicals or parabens) and has bows and has the cutest accessories which I haven't found at any other pet grooming places. Highly recommend if you have pets! Ask for Cathy, she's the best and trustworthy. Take my word for it!! :) read more

I was very surprised to see the reviews from few days ago. I have been a customer for more than a year. My wife and I own three dogs and we consider them as our own. Base on my own experience, Cathy is a groomer who I trust the most. Only reason why I write this review is because my experience with Cathy was some what different than what they wrote on the reviews. P.s. Cathy works by herself. read more

Took my dog in for a groom at 11:30 and got my call to pick him up around 1:40. This is not bad considering the last dog groomer took 5 hours to groom my dog and left my dog dehydrated... The price is $5 cheaper than the other places I took my dog, so that was another plus. This place is tucked away in a run down strip mall and could be easily missed, but it's behind pepboys, so if you see pepboys and you go behind it, you're in the right area haha Solid 4/5 read more

Bubble doggie is our fav place to take our family doggies for their grooming needs. Even though it's quite a distance from my neighborhood with other pet groomers on the way, we just love coming here. They give our boys Charlie, Franklin and soskay the best clean haircuts amongst the rest in town. Bubble doggie is a hidden gem. This place brings good vibes, especially the lady who always assist me when I come to drop my dogs off is very sweet and soft spoken. I definitely would recommend this place to others. read more

This is the worst place ever. I picked up my dog after grooming and they said they couldn't finish him because he bites groomer, and showed me her finger with a band aid on. so i said i'm so sorry about it and i took him home. When i got home i saw my dog's tooth was broken, his eye blood vein got popped so he had red eye, his hand did not stop bleeding, his ear had bruise. So i called this place and complained about his tooth broken, and they said, he bit my hands what are you going to do about my hands. The lady told me to take care of her hands then they will take care of my dog's tooth, then said they will call back later. 4 hrs later this other women called me back saying, how can your dog bite a person, asking me if i know how big deal this is. They were complaining to me, which i was a customer. i was going to let go of this situation only if they had said sorry sincerely, and apologize. but they were yelling at me about their hands, also said they could report my dog to a police for biting her. i got angry because the lady wouldn't let me talk, she was all mad and complaining to me. i asked her name and she did not even want to tell me her name. she said "why do i have to tell you my name?" "why do you need my name? what are you going to do about it?" "i can sue you for your dog biting me" " what are you going to do about it?." so i said, "is there any problem asking my dog's groomer name?" then she finally told me her name, saying "OH YOUR GREAT. SURE HERES MY NAME." I told them that they should be responsible about the medication of my dog, since this happened at this place. They said they can not be responsible, Never Ever, saying he made his body condition by himself. They were being so rude no apologizes. I cannot believe this happened to my dog. i would understand if the groomer made a scar on his skin, because i understand things can happen during grooming. but this is the other case. All i wanted was a real apologize, but all i got was a rude phone call. What a rude place , do not go to this place unless you want your dog to be treated as a toy. ----------------------------------- Thanks for the reply, i don't understand how you can be this nice writing a reply. Only if you were being nice when you called me, i wouldn't have went this far. i do not know if you hit my dog, or dropped my dog or anything else since i was not there and did not see, when i went pick up for my dog, all i saw was your band aid on your finger, showing me so i felt sorry i wanted to leave the place, so i couldn't check up my dog's condition. But when i was picking up, you said when you were cutting nails, you made a mistake and he is bleeding. Thats the part what you told me and all of the sudden you are saying you did not touch his legs. it just don't make sense. Your the groomer, you should know how to handle a dog when you have 15 yrs of experience. i cannot believe when my dog tried to bite you You should've got a muzzle on his mouse. it is your job. read more
