My daughter had previously taken our multi-poo in to get groomed at this place and we didn't have an issue this last time. My daughter did tell a person that his hair was extremely matted and that she understood that she was gonna have to pay extra for that, they said it was fine while they were grooming him the lady that was doing the job texted her several times and said that the dog had issues with being groomed, we've never had issues with this dog being groomed. we have taken him to other places and never had an issue. The lady complained said she had to put a muzzle on him and when my daughter went to pick him up, she said I'm gonna charge you an additional $15 because it took longer than I thought I called the following day and I told her I don't think it's fair that you're charging extra. The dog is not aggressive and it looks like you were rough when you were grooming him because his eyes are all bruised up. I said if the dog did have issue with you grooming him it's because you were rough or else he wouldn't have bruises around his eyes. I asked her to refund my daughter the extra money that she charged her that had not been agreed-upon before and she refused. read more

Everything from the timely and friendly responses to my initial Yelp inquiry to the actual grooming itself, was great! This was my cat's first time going to an actual groomer, and due to a traumatic grooming experience at the vet several months ago, I had a hard time loading him in his carrier. I had such a hard time in fact, that I had to miss my first appointment because I couldn't load him in. The staff was super understanding about this though, and rescheduled him for a couple days later. The cat groomer (I feel bad I don't remember her name) was so accommodating and sweet. I can't imagine how hard it is to groom a cat, especially one that's scared, but she did an excellent job trimming his nails and bathing him, and getting all of the mats out of his fur. Archie's first initial visit was an extremely last minute appointment! They were able to work with me due to my baby being sick the night before and needing an urgent deep clean! Today was the first time I brought my toy poodle Gigi to the grooming salon. The groomer was friendly and listened to my request in regards to how I wanted my dog groomed. I am very happy with the way she turned out, she was done and under one and a half hours. She is soft, tangle free, and adorable. There is an extra charge for conditioner, which I had no problem with she needed a good conditioning on her curly coat. I also paid for the nails to be filed after they were clipped so they were not sharp. I like the place and the job that they will be bringing her back! read more

They also made sure I was happy with the style and length before finishing. I came to "That's So Fetch!" with the intention that my dog was going to come back safe and sound. After picking up my dog from his monthly grooming service, I noticed he had a limp on his left paw and wouldn't apply pressure onto it. I had asked the woman at the front desk what had happened and she explained he had fell off of the grooming table. This caught my attention because it's unacceptable for any pet to but unsupervised at any time, let alone on a high grooming table. After coming home, his leg had swelled and after taking him to veterinarian, we came to find out it was a sprain. We took precaution on of our own and he has healed perfectly now. We had not been to this salon for a few months now but decided to give it another chance as they explained this was an "accident" and had never had any issues in the past. After calling and scheduling an appointment, the woman on the phone was extremely disrespectful after giving our phone number to her. Her attitude was not appropriate. Since we are past clients, we have history with them and a few notes were written about my pooch. She told us word for word to make sure our dog used the restroom before coming in because he had an accident. If you are working at a dog grooming business, accidents are expected to happen and to willingly throw that information out there while we are setting an appointment, it was pretty alarming considering the fact that our dog came back with a limp from "falling" last appointment. This highly concerns me as our trust is put into these groomers' hands and for my pet to come back hurt is so disappointing. Please reconsider booking here. read more

Having to work with the current groomers I did today, they seem to lack the ability to listen or get background on the dog from their owner. While my dog is a lot and completely understands he can be difficult but when you don't get to explain some of the ways to soothe him. But what has turned me off is the groomer calling me, not even knowing my dog's name and the speaking over me.
