Exceptional groomers, but the owner is incredibly unprofessional and rude. The actual grooming staff here is fantastic, but I will never return due to the owner's appalling customer service. This business has a severe scheduling and management problem. On one of my first visits, the owner immediately accused my dog of peeing on the floor the second we walked in. To be helpful because she seemed stressed, I politely offered to clean it up myself and told her I just walked in and saw the pee on the floor. She then suddenly remembered she had just finished with a dog who pees frequently, and admitted it wasn't even my dog. No real apology was given for the instant accusation. Since then, scheduling has been a disaster. My second to last appointment wasn't booked completely, so nobody was there to take my dog. I already had drove all the way home before I got a call back with no explanation or anything just saying that the groomer was at the salon now and waiting for me to come back. Today was the final straw. I booked a 9:00 AM appointment yesterday, showed up on time, and the doors were locked. I called multiple times with no answer and finally had to leave to wait. When the owner finally answered after I called 4 times, at 9:30 AM she was completely dismissive and gave me a rude "OK, and?" attitude. I had to ask, since this was a second time I was inconvenienced what can she do? She still was speaking in the in genuine tone and said umm well I can give you the that's so fetch package for free. I told her I was already getting that package and how the person (I think her) who booked my appointment yesterday was giving me an upgraded shampoo for free as it was. So no comp for multiple unprofessional incidents. When I finally dropped my dog off, the actual groomer apologized profusely--unlike the owner--and revealed management hadn't even put me on the schedule today. The groomers do great work, but the owner's toxic attitude, lack of accountability, and scheduling incompetence make it not worth the headache. Owner/manager giving Regina George is crazy... read more

He was so happy and momma too. They are actually really nice people and didn't keep him for hour and hours. They is quick. They did a really good job and will be back. read more

My daughter had previously taken our multi-poo in to get groomed at this place and we didn't have an issue this last time. My daughter did tell a person that his hair was extremely matted and that she understood that she was gonna have to pay extra for that, they said it was fine while they were grooming him the lady that was doing the job texted her several times and said that the dog had issues with being groomed, we've never had issues with this dog being groomed. we have taken him to other places and never had an issue. The lady complained said she had to put a muzzle on him and when my daughter went to pick him up, she said I'm gonna charge you an additional $15 because it took longer than I thought I called the following day and I told her I don't think it's fair that you're charging extra. The dog is not aggressive and it looks like you were rough when you were grooming him because his eyes are all bruised up. I said if the dog did have issue with you grooming him it's because you were rough or else he wouldn't have bruises around his eyes. I asked her to refund my daughter the extra money that she charged her that had not been agreed-upon before and she refused. read more

Everything from the timely and friendly responses to my initial Yelp inquiry to the actual grooming itself, was great! This was my cat's first time going to an actual groomer, and due to a traumatic grooming experience at the vet several months ago, I had a hard time loading him in his carrier. I had such a hard time in fact, that I had to miss my first appointment because I couldn't load him in. The staff was super understanding about this though, and rescheduled him for a couple days later. The cat groomer (I feel bad I don't remember her name) was so accommodating and sweet. I can't imagine how hard it is to groom a cat, especially one that's scared, but she did an excellent job trimming his nails and bathing him, and getting all of the mats out of his fur. She was super communicative and kept me updated along the way. Couldn't recommend this place enough!! read more

I've only had one appointment here so far last month but how everything was handled and how I got my handsome little Archie back made me want to keep coming around!! Archie's first initial visit was an extremely last minute appointment! They were able to work with me due to my baby being sick the night before and needing an urgent deep clean! I was so grateful for that alone! When I got there the lady who was working was very kind and loving; helped go over everything step by step and explaining to me that they'd never do anything that wasn't asked for! It's was also my pups first time at a groomer and they did it all with grace! Archie came back so happy!! read more

I noticed some fleas on my little girl, called That's So Fetch and they gave them their flea bath and took care of the problem immediately. I am so grateful for their service. Even with flea medicine, our furbabies are still susceptible, so I am grateful for That's So Fetch. Furbabies come home looking, feeling and smelling amazing. read more

Today was the first time I brought my toy poodle Gigi to the grooming salon. The groomer was friendly and listened to my request in regards to how I wanted my dog groomed. I am very happy with the way she turned out, she was done and under one and a half hours. She is soft, tangle free, and adorable. There is an extra charge for conditioner, which I had no problem with she needed a good conditioning on her curly coat. I also paid for the nails to be filed after they were clipped so they were not sharp. I like the place and the job that they will be bringing her back! read more

They also made sure I was happy with the style and length before finishing.
