I used to love bringing my dog here! But since the groomer he usually see has left. Having to work with the current groomers I did today, they seem to lack the ability to listen or get background on the dog from their owner. While my dog is a lot and completely understands he can be difficult but when you don't get to explain some of the ways to soothe him. But what has turned me off is the groomer calling me, not even knowing my dog's name and the speaking over me. The quickest way to lose a customer is to speak over them and now know their pets name. read more

Been coming here with our dogs for years; always great service and friendly staff, but today ran into a auburn haired young lady with a bad attitude and a disgusting customer service attitude, the dog peed, imagine that an animal peed on her, buckets according to her nasty voice, I offered to clean it up but it was back in the shop I was in the lobby, she refused to give my wife her name and said she did not have to, hey young lady you work with pets , change your cloths and move on with life, oh and she declared it had never happen to her before, well she just got baptized, welcome to life of pet grooming! Best dog grooming service. My three Pom doggies love it and so do we. They are accurate on the time allotted for service and each month they brush the teeth, get the lion cut, cut the paw nails and check the body for fleas or hot spots. Even though I do call at the last minute, Desiree always tries to fit us in. We have been coming here for many years. And now that it's new owners it's truly still a wonderful dog groom shop. The ladies here are the best! Took my old lady in to be groomed today and I couldn't be happier. Pepper is a nervous older dog who gets very stressed around certain people. While she went in shivering as usual she came back to be happy with her tail up high and looking adorable. They did exactly as I asked even down to my little lion tail which is an odd request for her look but I love on her. She showed no fear of her groomer when she came out to put her leash on her post groom. That means she liked her because believe me if she is mistreated or afraid of anyone she doesn't let them near her. They grounded her nails without me asking which I appreciate because I forgot to ask for it since she will scratch me up if they didn't. She smells fabulous and the little bandana is so cute. We will definitely be going back here for sure. As a former groomer I am picky about my dogs services and I know good work when I see it. Since I physically can't groom her myself I am glad I found somewhere I can trust. Oh and they were so fast! I had pepper back in just over an hour which is fantastic since she is older and I prefer her to not be in away from home too long. I had to return with a review of this place. On January 16th I took my dog to be groomed. I sent pictures of how I would like my dog to be groomed. My dogs hair was very long and all over her face, so I put a pony tail in front to get her hair out of her face. They did a horrible job, the groomer just trimmed her hair and put an ugly ponytail with a bow. The picture where it looks like she has two ponytails is how I wanted her hair done, no hair in her face. I was told that the pictures were sent to the person taking care of my dog. Then I was told that the groomer never got the pictures and I was never offered to fix it. I noticed my dog was sensitive on her behind, they said they had to shave the area. My dog had a cut on her left hip (not on her behind). I had to purchase a cone and some antiseptic spray and cream to cure a large infected cut. I requested a refund for their unsatisfactory services and for the cut on my dog. I was denied. (I had previously put a review on the first day of my dissatisfaction, I tried working with the groomers owner to no avail.). As you can see, she has called me a liar! Real professionalism. I have no reason to lie. As you can see in the pictures, the infection/cut is bad. And that last picture, you can't even tell that she was groomed 9 DAYS ago. Don't trust this place with your pet. I think I am owed a refund. The pictures say it all! read more

Took one of my dogs in this afternoon. The service to the dog was good, but customer service leaves something very much to be desired. Last time (within the last two months) we went it was $40 cheaper than this time. When asked, someone stated that our dog was some sort of doodle. When we got him from the pound, we did a DNA test on him and he is not a doodle. She argued saying he was a doodle. I wrote a review on Google, and she stated that we shouldn't own the dog if we can't pay for the price of grooming. Again, the dog is not what she says it is, and it is just plain rude to make the comment. read more

My poor babies! Made an appointment for my two medium sized, straight medium length coat dogs. Both have been groomed multiple times before. 1st time here. When I dropped them off we were first greeted by the intense smell of dog poop. We were told we would get a call/text in a few hours to pick them up. After 3h I reached out for an update, they were not ready. After 5 hours I checked in again and was told they were almost done. By the 6th hour!still no update. I decided to drive back to check on my dogs. When I walked in I could hear one of my dogs barking in the back. They were still not done!!! Decided to wait finally after 6 1/2 hours I finally got my dogs back. Both were extremely stressed and had cuts all over them! I was told my dogs were very difficult which no other groomer has ever told me. The wait was ridiculous almost 7 hours for two dogs. My dogs were beyond stressed and had multiple cuts. The place is so dirty and smelly. My dogs came out smelling like shampoo and poop from sitting in that place for so long. Never went back read more
