Melissa, I would appreciate it if you could be honest with me. As far as I can recall, there have not been any miscommunications between us about our appointments over the years. The only miscommunication other than the one we had 5 months ago, not 3 months ago, was about how the dogs' hair should be cut. Regarding the situation 5 months ago, we were still able to make our appointment on time despite the issue. However, regarding the current situation, I was disappointed that Pupscale scheduled an appointment that was off rhythm for our dogs' schedule, offering a date that was 3 weeks earlier or 3 weeks after their last grooming. I feel that their inability to see this and help us reschedule the appointment was disappointing. I understand that we may not have left a review before, but we have always tipped after every single service, and we have been loyal customers who come in 8-9 times a year based on our 45 day/6 week schedule. I have been going to Melissa with my small poodle mix, Luna, for about two years now. I go about every 2-3 months for the regular grooming services. The pricing is competitive with other groomers but the quality is far greater! I have been to other places in Claremont but they have never done as good a job as Melissa. I reached out to her via yelp for quote it was already 8pm and she responded right away communicated to me her experience with Airedale terrier and expressed the cost right off the back on what it would be for such a breed. I checked and this picture is NOT on your shop's instagram account. My question to you is why delete this post when I was inquiring if any new products were used on my dogs? I know why, because it was a NEW product you picked up at the trade show and tested on your client's dog! I wrote the review for both of my dogs because they both reacted the same way after bringing them to you. They were groomed a few days apart from each other and this was right after you attended the trade show and picked up new products. Melissa, if you say I remarked how happy Penny was then why would you have told me I could no longer bring my dogs to your shop? I'll tell you why, because these events NEVER happened. They are lies YOU fabricated. I have no idea what you are talking about when you say you bent over backwards to accommodate me. If anything, I have accommodated you! I remember when you called asking if I could bring Penny in a little later because you were running behind and I said that was okay. I will admit that I did ask you to redo her face area ONE time because it was too long and I specifically told you to make it short during the consultation. To Indy's owner: To get rid of a yeast infection naturally, try a white vinegar and water rinse during the summer months. One gallon of water mixed with a cup of white vinegar. Do not pour on the head or get it near the eyes. Pour from the collar back, rubbing into the coat and skin especially getting the most yeasty parts which are armpits, feet, groin, around the tail. I don't usually go onto Yelp and do reviews, but when a company provides great service I have to take the time and write this up. I was referred to All About Paws by a veterinarian in Rancho Cucamonga. I have struggled to find a good groomer for my dog because she is a Chow mix and many groomers have handled her once and then refused to provide service, or have required that I hold her while they shave her down. This place completely surprised me: they are very friendly, well-priced, and they put the animal first. Melissa is my contact here and she was great with Leia, even giving her treats! She took her time to walk her back and get her comfortable with the environment. There was no rush or stress in grooming my girl. I've no scheduled regularly monthly grooming appointments. Excellent groomer!!! I have a wired hair terrier that I take here. He LOVES it! Very excited when he knows where we're going. He always comes home so nice and clean. She's very thorough and even makes notice of things that might be wrong. While she was grooming, she noticed his ears were inflamed. She recommended we take him to the vet and sure enough, both ears were infected. She advised we check into getting him allergy tested as well to figure out what's causing the infections. Now we are putting him on a diet that avoids what he's allergic to, so hopefully he'll be much healthier. Would not have known we could get him tested for allergies, if not for their advise.
