I feel so strongly about this that I wanted to make sure that my review was seen, so I will post again. We had our doodle groomed on 3/21/26. When we picked her up, she was cut so short she looks so ridiculous. We have been coming here with her for over a year and never had this happen before. We usually pay $70 for our 31lb doodle but they charged my card $101. No mention of matting and I don't believe that was the problem. We leave her long and shaggy as she doesn't get matted easily at all. Her legs look like sticks. I will be embarrassed to take her for our Easter celebration. I will give them another try but will leave strict instructions in the future. I suggest patrons make sure they tell the groomer exactly how they want their dog to look.

You can see dogs being trimmed behind the glass and the staff is pretty flexible with appointments, which I appreciated. I will NEVER COME HERE AGAIN…read more I took my maltipoo last week. I took her here maybe once before years ago. This is not my normal groomer. My dog just went to the vet for a physical exam just hours before and there were no issues. She is an indoor dog & does not socialize with any other dogs. She has never had an open wound, nor any incident with any other groomer in her life (5 years). My dog came home with cuts on her legs and face and I just found another on her ear this morning (it was masked by hair). I contacted the company and the groomer said the scab on her legs must have got caught on the clippers. She also said she doesn't like being cut on her face. I do not believe either of these statements. She has never had issue at any other groomer. My main complaint is that none of these were mentioned to me when I picked her up. It was only said after I called and told them what I found. The owner did contact me and apologize and offered to refund half the grooming price. I do appreciate that. However, Now that I found another cut on her ear, I'm honestly even more upset. There is no way that she went in there with all these cuts without my knowledge and without a licensed vet noticing them. She didn't because those cuts weren't there prior to her grooming, although the groomer claims they were. I should've have requested a full refund and medical care/products. Although I did receive an apology after contacting them, it doesn't negate this fact this shouldn't have ever happened. Now I have to spend money tend to her wounds medically and don't know what to do since this has never happened before. I'm just very irritated with the whole situation and hope I don't find any more cuts.

This place is truly amazing!!…read more A couple of years ago, I rescued a golden retriever mix with a history of aggression. We made sure to put him through proper training before even considering grooming, and once we felt confident in his progress, we started looking for a groomer in the area. It was definitely challenging. Many places were hesitant to take him because of his background. When I reached out to All About Paws Pet Spa and explained his situation, they didn't hesitate at all. From the start, they were incredibly understanding and patient with Finn. Even on days when he can be a bit difficult, they continue to work with him with such care and professionalism. Because of them, grooming has become a much more positive experience for him and for us. I've also brought my other pets here, and every visit has been just as great.
