I was especially impressed with the little area for playing around with the hardscape materials before buying. Maybe that's common, but I thought that was really cool. This will be my first stop when I start learning more and need some new equipment and fish!

After doing a food intolerance test I found he was intolerant to hundreds of ingredients and couldn't eat any commercial food. He also wasn't keeping home-cooked meals down. She gave infinite amount of advice during our first appointment for both food and lifestyle products and talked well beyond my allotted time. I am also impressed by how responsive she's been to my follow-up questions. PJ is now healthier than he's been in years. We met our perfect puppy Rocket at this store! Yes, of course you should adopt or go to a shelter…read morein a perfect world. But the screening process for those places can take months, and we wanted to have a puppy before I went back to college in August. I unfortunately don't know the name of the people who helped us in the store, but a man with fairly long white hair and glasses (I think) literally saved us from another group of people who tried to buy our puppy by saying "We'll pay more than those people"! He told him that if they would like to buy the puppy from us, they should ask us--lol. Anyway we appreciated that he didn't just sell the puppy to them after they made their offer. We received free items and lots of advice from the store. Our puppy is a Havanese and he is perfect, no problems health-wise or mentally. I gave the store 4 stars because I wasnt happy with how small the cages are and how some of the employees seems to treat them not as gently as I would have liked. However overall it was a great experience. We love our puppy Rocket!

Overall, we are satisfied with Petco's grooming service and especially with Ingrid. She is…read moreincredibly gentle with our puppy and very professional. This was our second time bringing our dog back and our puppy wasn't afraid to get groomed. She seemed very comfortable with Ingrid -which says a lot and gives us real peace of mind. The only downside was the pricing. It felt like a bait and switch though that seems more like a corporate-level issue than anything on Ingrid's end. The initial estimate was $80, the app later showed $114 when I confirmed the appointment and I ultimately ended up paying about 40% more than the expected initial quote or $133. I understand there's a cost to getting your dog groomed.. but pricing transparency should be available. That said, Ingrid truly does a wonderful job.

However. he didn't…read morethink my dog needed a follow up on a bloodwork actually three that had the liver function, ALT elevated and a few other things platelets. He said the dog look good. I was concerned with the inners, not the outer body. He called me back timely actually the next day that was good. But the ALT went up even more. I'm glad I listened and pushed for the blood work. The girl at the desk was very nasty. I needed a little water for a pill as my blood pressure had been running around 200 on and off and over and the medication me a lot she couldn't get me water. She didn't tell me where it was. I asked her before the appointment and after. So I had a few words for her so they blackmailed me. I don't care. I don't wanna go back there basically a veterinarian for shots and heartworm test. That's what they do best. Well like a walk-in clinic for people you wouldn't go there for anything serious. I am not writing this because black balled it's because of the results and his attitude of telling me the dog looks good. What does that mean? Can he see the inside in the blood? So hard to fine totally competent people that are professionals. So to speak. The girl was totally uncaring when I came in about needing water desperately for my pills and when I left would not help and it even tell me there was a water fountain upstairs she said they had no water and it's a major mall in there. There was another girl at the desk so she wouldn't be alone. She could've helped they give baths across the way she said we have no cups. I managed from another vendor to get a little cup with a Cell dog food and he gave me water. The place that sells dog food and rents an area. They are from that mall like Petco. The fellow at the other concession was so caring and helpful. This girl didn't care about my health. I was an emergency with blood pressure is highest 250/110 and close to that six or seven times in the last two weeks. I told her it's really important because my pressure will spike again without the extra meds he gave me. Period she was not helpful the whole time I told her I had one heart attack one stroke please I need just a two sips of water in this whole big place. There's gotta be water with a baby cup or anything. I could use my hands. She didn't give a damn yes I lost my call who won a cold uncaring person. She didn't even acknowledge the dog. I don't think she likes animals. So I would never return there anyway after the doctor told me not to get blood it wasn't important the dog look good from the outside lol really. Like I said it's good for just basic 101 vaccines and heartworm bloodwork. Any bloodwork. That's it. Are you serious as I have a tremor? I have a lot of health issues so if something doesn't sound right, I'm sorry my grandma might not be right close I'm not proofreading this. Don't feel well. The nerve of them to blackball me anyway not that I care. If you don't have caring people there are I wouldn't have them work there. She should be fired. honestly spoken. I'm used to going to vets that's taking interest in dogs and and even humans and treat you properly. I only want them because there was a free exam. I used to go for shots with my dog and heartworm once in a while with my other dogs. Because I had an issue with the bloodwork where I got her so I went somewhere else and figured if it's a free exam at least I'll just pay for bloodwork. I always had a private vets I will be going back next month to the vet where I got her to check another time. The girl pushed me to the limits when I'm afraid of what's going on with my health only reason I went out. I stay home with my health issues is because of the dog that I care so much about that I rescued recently. So I blew off steam. I was really hurt and appalled at this girl's lack of care about my health to get a little bit of water or help me. The other girl told me this when I was about to leave and I needed to take those pills. I was an hour late because she couldn't get me water in the beginning or show me where to. Yes I lost my patience and blasted her. Rightfully so does my life not matter. I guess she may not even care about dogs if she doesn't care about people either. I should not have asked to explain my health. Nothing made her care. Tells a lot.
