While the massage chairs were very comfortable, the customer service left me feeling unwelcome from start to finish. My friend was offered water or tea, but I wasn't offered anything. What concerned me even more was that the technician came to perform my pedicure wearing the same gloves she had just used during a waxing service. There was still wax and cotton stuck to her glove. When I pointed it out, she initially tried to ignore my concern. I had to insist before she finally changed her gloves, and she did so with a noticeable attitude. Basic hygiene should never be something a customer has to request. Things became even more uncomfortable when it was time to pay. I was first told my total was $88. When I questioned it, the technician quickly changed it to $77 without any explanation. That immediately made me question the pricing and whether I was being charged correctly. I was so disappointed with the service that I left only a $3 tip. When I asked for my receipt, it was handed to me crumpled up to the point that I could barely read it. Again, I was made to feel as though I was inconveniencing the staff simply by asking for a receipt. As an African American woman with a darker complexion, I left feeling like I was treated differently than other customers. I can't say for certain that race was the reason, but it is genuinely how the experience made me feel. No customer should leave a business feeling unwelcome, dismissed, or concerned about whether they were charged fairly. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect and professionalism, regardless of their race. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here, and I won't be returning. Unfortunately, my experience getting my nails done afterward was completely different. The nail tech got acrylic dip all over my fingers and had to physically clip it off, cutting my finger in the process. It hurt badly enough that I bled, and when I showed him, he simply said "oh sorry" and continued. When he painted my nails, the yellow polish was bubbly and see-through, so I politely asked for a second coat. He did one hand and then asked if the other hand was okay with only one coat. When I nicely asked if he could please do a second coat on that hand as well, he rolled his eyes and started huffing and puffing. I never complain, I was polite throughout the entire appointment, and I still tipped 20%. I left feeling extremely uncomfortable and disappointed by the way I was treated. I most likely won't return, which is unfortunate because Lilly was wonderful and I would have loved to continue booking with her.

I'm constantly looking for a good place to get a regular manicure and pedicure and I heard about this place from a classmate who also gets regular manicure and pedicures and I loved their work. The establishment isn't that big but definitely not very small, average size. They have cameras all around which is great, they really keep everything clean and sanitized. Towards the back they have the massage chair for when you get a pedicure, restroom is unisex and pretty clean. I believe they also provide waxing services towards the back. I have had the pleasure to have been taken care of by Joann and Mary, both took their time with both my regular manicure and pedicure. They take their time applying the polish and they do a good job! I have notice they have wine, water and soda available however have only been offered water once. I'm sure if you asked they would give it to you but perhaps since they are busy it must slip their mind. Since located in a big plaza, there's always parking, some of the girls are bilingual if you need Spanish speaking. They prefer when you tip in cash, however do accept all major cc's. I highly recommend this establishment if you are searching for a good manicure and pedicure.

Andy, was assigned to me. A young man with little understanding of English but with a happy / friendly demeanor. Before starting he examined my feet and seemed to be making mental notes.
