I called ahead specifically to explain what I wanted and was quoted $45. I even confirmed the price again when I walked through the door, and the person knew exactly who I was. Before my nails were even done, I was suddenly being told a different price -- by THREE different people. Instead of simply explaining the pricing professionally, all three became rude and nasty about it. And this isn't the first time. I've been coming here and the prices are consistently all over the place. I completely understand that prices go up with inflation, but there is a HUGE difference between raising your prices and giving customers a different price every time they walk through the door. For comparison, they charged me $50 for my daughter to simply have polish painted on her fingernails and toenails. At this point, the prices feel completely unreasonable, especially when there's no consistency or transparency. What happened to the family run business this used to be? I remember when Angel was running the place and it actually felt like a family business. Now it feels completely disorganized and chaotic. If you're going to charge different prices, at least have a clear price list and make sure ALL of your employees are giving customers the same information. And there is absolutely no excuse for multiple employees to be rude to a customer who is simply asking why they were quoted one price and then told another. I will not be returning.
