Went for a dip manicure and choosing this salon was the worst decision. When the older lady was removing the dip that was already on my nails, she drilled all of my natural nail growth off. Not to mention that she drilled into my nail so deep that they had to use their "bleed powder" or whatever that crap was, to make my finger stop throbbing. So another lady finished my manicure and told me that she wouldn't put tips under the dip powder (to make them longer again, since my nails were gone).. whatever, I wanted to get out of there. The finished result was bumpy, uneven, the lengths were all different, and they gave me toe looking thumbs. On top of that, all of my nails started breaking and chipping within a week. I found this place for my fiancée on google after the salon near our house closed down and I could not be happier that I did. Not only are the prices very reasonable, the service was exceptional. Danny did a fantastic job on her nails and when we went back for a fill in a few weeks later he went above and beyond. She got a waxing there as well and again the service was incredible. Holly listened to exactly what she wanted and did a great job. When we went back after 3 weeks she remembered my fiancée and exactly how she wanted her eye brows done after just one previous visit! The staff here is very friendly, professional, and the work they do is incredible! I would highly recommend them to anyone and I look forward to continue to give them all of my business from here on out! read more

This nail salon is a solid, safe choice. If you want to get your nails done and don't go often, you can't go wrong with this place. I'm coming from out of town and the bridal party that I'm with all for pedicures and manicures. It did take longer than salons that I'm used to. My pedicure took almost a full hour. But they pay attention to detail and take direction well every time I asked them to adjust something to my liking. They do have a good selection of colors and shades, though they were out of a few colors on their display. Price was reasonable. I payed $40 for a pedicure and I think it's worth it. This is also during COVID and everyone wore masks and seemed to adhere to safety protocol. Expect to get pretty good quality. Don't expect to get in and out quickly. read more

Walked in for pedicures and they took us right away. They did a great job! The man had Jessica as his tech and I got Ken. We received two great pedicures with an excellent firm foot massage that was much needed. It a basic salon but I prefer a great reasonably priced pedicure to an overpriced, mediocre pedicure at a Boujee spa anyday of the week. Very efficient and worth every penny. I was town for my sons wedding. I wanted all the ladies to get mani pedis as a bachelorette, bridal ladies day out. I called around for about an hour before I found a shop to accommodate 3 pedicures and 5 manicures at once. I had my mom, my daughter, my daughter in law (bride), & her mom with me and I didn't have an appointment as this was a spur of the moment type thing. The staff worked quickly and efficiently taking care of the 5 of us as well as the other walk ins that came in while we were being pampered. My family and I got pedicures. Amazing foot and leg massages and definitely worth the $25. Although they do not do a great job cutting toenails. Two days after my pedicure, I started getting pain in my toe as if I were getting an ingrown toenail and had to re cut them myself. The paint job was a 4.5/5, just seemed a little rushed. Everything about my experience here was CRAP. The salon itself is cluttered, small, dingy, and a disappointment considering other reviews stated this place was CLEAN. I could barely get into the sports chair...ended up putting my butt in another ladies face to squeeze in! Im only 5'3" and 145lbs! On December 6th I asked for a classic pedicure with a gel polish....the lady from Thailand was great. She's new to the state, speaks English, hou and actually had a conversation with ME. She was polite, courteous, and funny. She did a great job and my toes still look good almost 10 days later. I would give her 5 stars, but the remainder of my experience is why this place only gets 1 star! The owner, I believe, is RUDE. The entire time she did my nails, she was on her bluetooth. Meanwhile she alternated answering the salon phone and carrying on with her co workers at the salon. She left me sitting under a light that wasn't on and kept saying my nails weren't dry....I tried telling her 3 times that the light wasn't even on, but she was preoccupied with her phone conversation that was now well into an hour long! As I tried to make small talk with her, she seemed very annoyed that I was interrupting her bluetooth conversation. At one point, she stopped doing my nails to text!!! Needles to say, my nails look like CRAP. They look like I did them myself! For $95 it should look like I at least went to a friggen salon! I arrived at 5:10, a busy time. I left at 7:12pm....never have I ever spent 2 hrs at a salon and left with HORRIBLE nails. If it takes longer, I can usually expect a great outcome. While they offered to do any repairs for free, I can't bring myself to go back! It was THAT bad of an experience. I'm a regular with powder dipped nails and have never had them crack, let alone ALL OF THEM WITHIN 48HRS. By the 4th day, all but 2 of my nails were lifting from the base. I wouldn't normally leave such a long negative review but I hope the next reader sees this and opts for a different spa. There are so many to choose from...don't waste your time here! read more

This was a quick trip to clean up my pedicure after a sandy week at the beach. I was impressed by the high level of care and detail I was provided during my visit. The salon was immaculate and filled with new, varied polishes of high quality. The chairs were comfortable and iPads were even provided so I could watch Amazon Prime shows and movies. My manicurist's diligence and gentle work left me with beautiful feet. I'm so thankful I found such a professional place to visit. I'd be back for a manicure, but live in LA! New management at this place need some basic training. I have been a regular here for years and I will not be back. They were not busy at all, but the nail tech kept going through the beaded curtain to the back room to eat, AND it looked like she was pulling the noodles out of the type of machine they sanitize or warm the towels in. If you need to eat, don't take the appointment! Didn't see any other customer in the place until I was almost done....then one customer. Two people working. Also, they asked if I wanted something to drink so I said a Diet Coke, which was handed to me and the top of the can was FILTHY with dirt, spilled liquid residue and dust. AND this was cold, so someone put it in the fridge that way and took it from the fridge that way. They need help. read more

My experience at this salon was horrible. The worst I've ever had. I chose this salon due to the fact that they had CND Shellac. I was told to pick a color which was on a finger nail display. The actual shellac bottles are on a shelf behind the counter. Was rudely asked if I had my bottle but judging by the fact I was told to pick a number from the display I assumed they didn't want me going behind the counter, so no I didn't. The man that did my manicure never told me his name. He literally never spoke to me. He made 6 of my fingers bleed. When someone asks for a specific product such as CND you should use the gel base coat and top coat as well. Not the OPI gel. They have a different chemical make up and can make it not cure correctly. He massaged my fingers and wrist so hard I pulled my arm away and told him to skip the massage. My cuticles stung for hours afterwards. He never apologized for hurting me or making me bleed. They were just rude and too rough. read more

2 of us had appointments for spa pedicures. I was disappointed it was only 30 minutes with a weak massage and half-a**ed callous and heel scrub. I told the lady not to cut my toe nails too short and that my heels were a little rough needing a bit of attention. She cut my nails so short and almost to the quick and they still hurt now 7 hours later. My heels received almost no attention for scrubbing to get them softer. The leg massage was about 5 minutes long, very weak and barely any pressure applied. The whole thing lasted 30 minutes, probably because they double booked another poor woman at the same time who walked in at my appointment time claiming she also had an appointment but she was made to wait 25 minutes while we were served. I complained when I looked and saw the short toe nail cut and she apologized and they charged $20 instead of $25. My friend thought his pedicure was ok. read more

Trash. They are horrible at doing nails!!! Don't go here they don't care about your money or quality of their own work!!!! The guy cut my girlfriends finger and said she had a hang nail. 1 nail was pointed to the sky and the other was sideways a few of them were not shaped right. We asked for them to be fixed and they acted like it was the last set of nails they had being stingy. The DIDNT use a face mask nor gloves. The guy wiped the blood from my girls finger on his hand. It was disgusting and very disrespectful. If I would have thought to take a picture I would have. They are super understaffed. Every-time a new customer would walk or call the phone the person doing my girls nails would get up and answer the phone or care to the other person. So if you do decide to go here good luck you are going to be pissed!! I wouldn't use this much of my own time if it wasn't true I have better things to do. read more

I went in to this nail salon after going through reviews and making sure I would get the best quality and nails I want. I had booked online and had an appointment and was very excited to get winter themed acrylics. I went in and showed my nail guy a picture of what I wanted. After going over exactly what I wanted several times I expected for there to be no issues as he assured me they would look almost exactly like the photo i showed. After filing my nails he went to apply the color which was not what I wanted whatsoever. I requested a champagne pink color and I got yellow gold. I told him that it looked very yellow and that I wanted them to be more pink or champagne. He told me it was just the lighting and that they were exactly like the photo i showed him. Anytime i had mentioned that I was not a fan of the color, shape, or size he was very persistent about the fact that they would look like the picture in the end. He cut me off anytime I mentioned anything I did not like. After he finished I was extremely disappointed and upset. I was charged 40$ for nails I wanted to take off the second I left. After I got in my car I decided to go back in and try to politely ask to at least change the color. I went back in an approached him and calmly said that the nails did not look anything like the picture and that if anything could he just change the color. He became enraged and began to yell at me in front of the entire store. I am a little teenage girl and I could not have been more polite to him. He laughed and told me that they looked like the picture and that was what I asked for. After him laughing and yelling at me I just wanted them removed and to get out of there. Mind you I never asked for my money back the entire time. He told me he would not redo them and that he would cut them off in order for me to leave. After he took clippers and roughly cut the tips he yelled again and gave me back my money and kicked me out of the store. I had extremely high hopes for this nail salon and I wish I was writing about what a good experience I had but my experience was the exact opposite. I have never in my life been treated with such disrespect by a nail tech. I was humiliated and treated absolutely atrocious and will never be coming back. read more
