    Kale Caesar - gluten free
    Paige M.

My husband I dined here on a cold Friday night in December and it was magical! The atmosphere was cozy and romantic. If we dined here again, we would also consider sitting at the bar if we were looking for a more social experience. Everyone working was welcoming, friendly & professional. Our service was fantastic. They had many gluten-free options & some vegetarian options as well. Their wine list was excellent, notably their cab franc by the glass. Their cocktail list was also creative and had many options that caught my eye. We shared the kale caesar to start. It was crisp, well-dressed and fresh. We both had the steak au poivre and OMG, just yes. It was cooked to perfection, had a great crust, the peppercorn sauce was served on the side (brilliant) was a great compliment. It melted it our mouths. the side of pomme pave was decadent, but not overpowering. Their dessert menu looked enticing, but we decided to end with decaf coffee. If we come back to Telluride, this will be a must for us.

The special, a Filet Mignon with crab and Bordelaise sauce, was the best I've ever had. So flavorful and cooked perfectly. Also enjoyed the crème brûlée. Our waiter was very attentive and helpful. Warm ambiance. Great evening!

What a gem of a French restaurant! My favorite in Telluride. As a French man who was trained cooking into 2 and 3 star guide Michelin my bar is fairly high and I often have to lower it when it comes to French cuisine. " Ma Maison " definitely is an exception to the rule. The food was absolutely fantastic. The French onion soup, steak tartare, oysters were delicious. The Demi glacé wine sauce with the Filet saignant was perfectly executed. Their porc caramélisé aux vin was also a great success. David our server and host was so friendly that we invited to drink with us some great 2020 Châteauneufdupape. The atmosphere is genuinely friendly in a feutré and friendly environment. Reservation required as the restaurant is small.

Really good food and such a cute spot! Small, cozy. ~10 tables, ~10 seats at the bar but the food was really good. The pappardelle was incredibly soft and the beef bourguinon was sooo tasty and deep and rich. Also their boulevardier had a cocoa liqueur in it that was really rich and different Would recommend this place - either a res or eating at the bar. Service was standard, nothing special

We started with the Brie appetizer which was out of this world, I usually do not like cheese that much but this one was great. I had the special short rib which was fall off the bone good and my wife had the risotto. There were a lot of locals dining there, so you know it is good.

Good food and cocktails. The bartender is skilled. The restaurant is small and intimate. The prices are high but that is normal for Telluride

One of the biggest perks is that dogs are welcome inside as long as they're on a leash, which was a huge plus for us traveling with Luna. I ordered the peach vodka slushy, and it was delicious--light, refreshing, and not overly sweet. The bartender was incredibly friendly, helped us choose our drinks, and took the time to chat with us for a bit. Based on his recommendation, we even ended up buying a bottle of bourbon to take home. They don't serve food, but they do have small bags of chips available if you want a quick snack while enjoying your drink. We also learned that Telluride allows open containers in designated areas, so you can take your drink to go if you purchase it from a participating establishment, which was a fun bonus. The décor is warm and inviting, and the overall atmosphere made us want to stay longer. Excellent drinks, outstanding service, and a dog-friendly environment--highly recommend stopping in if you're visiting Telluride!

It reminded me of the best one I've ever had in Mexico City, probably the best one I've tried in the US. Pairs perfectly with the free popcorn. Their whisky is very rye-forward which I'm in to, and the vodka, gin,and agave were all really nice straight.

Our group started with the Charcuterie plate. I'm just now looking at the menu and apparently we ate chicken liver mousse. In all honesty, I probably wouldn't have chosen this bc of my preconceived idea of eating liver but is was flavorful and had a nice texture. The flavor was elevated by the mustard and radish. We also shared the marinated olives. I tried the heirloom tomatoes which were served with eggplant purée. So fresh and seasoned well. We shared the melt in your mouth wagyu steak. I couldn't add a picture because we devoured it! Lastly we had the vanilla bean crème brûlée. A perfect ending for a perfect meal.
