While cooking Harry showed us how to prepare pork, and brisket for the pit. Everything from selection of the meat, trimming, and seasoning. The pork butt, and brisket were put on the smoker. We got to eat the Monk Balls along with brisket, pulled pork sliders, chicken, ribs, and Biirria. All this BBQ was delicious. This crew of three did an amazing job. Whilst two were doing the cutting, one was clearing out all the tree cuttings. They had a good work flow. Husband actually saw their truck next to him while driving and took down their info. we scheduled an estimate on Wednesday and received the proposal the next day. Timing was good as they had a slot available the following week. With the amount of work done, the price quoted was reasonable. We were satisfied with the results. They did send out a certified arborist which was important to us as we have trees over 40 years old (with much history and sentimental value) and needed a professional tree surgeon to cut with care. Trees turned out well groomed. Backyard looks a whole lot bigger. Looking forward to a plush tree come next year. May hummingbirds build their nests in our trees once again.
