I have a fire pit in my backyard and my daughter is home visiting from college, so I wanted to stock up on firewood so she can entertain her friends. The ratings for this place are quite good so I placed an order for 1/8 cord, including delivery and stacking in my backyard. I gave instructions and paid online. They quickly sent my delivery appointment confirmation and my wife was waiting at home at the appointed time of 4pm on Friday. I even called and left a voicemail trying to confirm. Well....they never showed up. No calls, no text, no emails. I called, texted and emailed them asking if they were coming and ........ nothing. I reversed the charge on my credit card and now wait (not holding my breath) for any type of reply. After texting them again Monday afternoon, they finally texted me back. I had made an error on the address line and, instead of calling me to clarify, their delivery guy just went home. No effort to track me down. He did offer to credit me on my credit card and I accepted. read more

Just got a half cord of wood from Austin and Rich this week. These guys are awesome! They gave me a great deal to deliver and stack it and this wood is insane. I've got wood from a few different places recently and it's all burnt pretty quick. It's almost magical how hot this wood burns and how long it lasts. I don't even understand how it could be so much better than the stuff I bought two weeks ago. I told them I'd call them in a couple weeks for more but there's now way. This is gonna last a while!
