If I could give a negative 5 stars I would. I ordered a large pizza and it was supposed to be here around 8:15 pm, then it was delayed and was going to be here around 8:45 pm, then it was delayed again and I was told it would be here by 9:09 pm then it was delayed yet again and I was told it would be here by 9:45 pm. I requested napkins, utensils, parmesan and red pepper however I got none of the items I requested. The pizza was barely warm, so I had to reheat it putting me eating at 10:00 pm instead of 8:30 pm and the pizza wasn't even really good. I will NEVER eat at Peter Piper again. Amazing place, the food and the staff were amazing, this one young man wearing a green shirt and glasses was very helpful and friendly, he greeted us when we walked in, he also helped us getting our prizes. This was a great time for our kids, they loved it!!! But the only thing was that I only saw him cleaning the tables no one was helping him. I grew up on this pizza. My dad would buy 2 pies and throw them in the oven and make them extra crispy. The flavor and the sauce hasn't changed in decades. The venue is a pizza, beer and games to win tickets in and some arcade style. It seems over the years the trend has gone to get more gambling style games for kids and have them win tickets they can then trade for small prizes. I prefer the old days of Peter Piper, a pocket fun of quarters and Mortal Combat or Street Fighter competitions. The place was clean other than a homeless person laying on the front stoop(literally) which was kinda odd. The pizza seems to be fairly priced but the time to get a pizza and wings on this fine day took over 30 mins. if i could, I would give this zero stars. Every table was dirty, the kitchen was an absolute nightmare. I wouldn't be surprised if i saw a rat running around the floors. The wait for my food was ridiculous! Not to mention, when my family and I first arrived, we were greeted by Lexi, one of the cashiers, and she was the most rude and unprofessional cashier i have ever seen. Not only did she give us attitude for no reason, she wasn't even paying attention to us since she had airpods on. What kind of management allows this type of behavior? If i wanted to run a successful pizza business, Lexi definitely wouldn't be hired by me. I didn't get a name, but the manager on duty was completely rude to my family and I when we had issues with our Fun passes. The workers and management need to learn basic customer service. The only reason this place gets a two stars is the food is good. Once you walk in the doors of this place, the odor is very unwelcoming and unpleasant. It's clearly understaffed here because I was waiting for like 15 minutes for someone to come to the "prize pod" and multiple parents were trying to get someone's attention. Most of the games were out of order and the ones my son did play would rip him off in tickets. I was very frustrated to say the least. This place is so dirty. We went there during a weekday, the guy making the pizza was scratching his ass and he did not even have gloves on. I even asked the manager if the food handlers should wear gloves. Manager said it's not required.. trash was everywhere, tables all dirty. We didn't even eat our food, like I said we were so grossed out by the pizza guy. More than half the games were out of tickets and/or broken. The only reason this is getting four stars is because of their employee Jay. Jay made the experience fun for my kids. Lets me just start by saying, Sam the Game Tech from Glendale handling everything in the restaurant. I went in to eat just a buffet, but I noticed he was doing everything as possible to help each customer and no customer had to wait long whatsoever. I am frequently dining at this Peter Piper location and I thought it was time I do a review. First let me start with the fact that the staff is always very kind to myself and my family! A few times I have ordered online for carry out and once the manager saw I was carrying a little bit too many pizzas for one person to carry, he went out of his way and helped me walk them outside. I also do tend to be a very picky eater and put a lot of specifications on my order, and it's never been wrong and always more delicious than expected. For our kids birthday parties we always throw them at Peter Piper. Each host is always amazing. As soon as we're down a few pizzas they ask if we're ready for another, and the answer is ALWAYS yes. Just this past week my family came in for dinner and along with our pizza we even ordered tater tots! Which I love! They have bacon and cheese on top, which I did not know was great together! I used to go to Sonic for tater tots but won't have to anymore! Also the remodel is just a bonus! I especially love the new menu displays!! read more

This location leaves much to be desired. I've been to this location 4 times is the last year with our children. Every time the kitchen has been an absolute mess and the wait times for food are unacceptable (45/min+) for any place, anywhere. This is, as far as I know, the only Pizza/arcade type location in this area which is probably the reason they're still here. It seems like it's always packed/busy but clearly needs better management in the store during peak times. The kids working there do a great job keeping things going and dealing with upset customers but they need someone (Mgr) there with them for support/help. This location has so much unlocked potential. I went for lunch the other day, there was myself and well as 2 other customers waiting to be helped for over 15 mins. Came here from Phoenix with son's football team. When we arrived there was less than 10 people in the store. The employees behind the counter seemed bothered when we asked about a "Team Pack" that every Peter Piper Pizza offers and just said "nope". No manager was in sight to ask, only employees in green and red shirts. They did not have any salads available because they did not make any, they allowed us to order the cinnamon crunch without telling us they were out of frosting for it. They didn't have ice, lids, or toilet paper. The lobby was a wreck, all the tables were filthy, floors were trashed and every employee was just standing around. The game area was messed up with trash and food. The restrooms were so filthy, we walked to the Subway to use the restrooms. Waited about an hour for our pizza. During that wait, not one employee came out to clean the lobby. The team moms had to clean the tables off for us to sit down. When we finally seen a manager he had the same careless attitude the employees did. I feel disappointment for the parties that are coming in this evening, cause this place is a disaster and customer service is nonexistent. The food is not bad. It's supposed to be a family-fun pizza place. They have games (some old and beat-up), beer, and pizza. I have been going there for years. My kids love it. The problem is that the GM there is jerk. He treats the employees pretty badly. Often mis-treating them in front of the other customers. The workers seem pretty unhappy. They don't smile that much. One manager started crying not to long ago. He was just riding her her back. I felt bad for her. They get the food out pretty fast. It's always hot. They are trained pretty well, but watch out for that little guy. He'll bite your head off. read more
