Been here twice both for take out. Pizza was well made. Toppings were good. Service was good.

I ordered online. When I went to the restaurant to pick up my order, I was told "they just put yours in the oven and it will be about 8 to 12 minutes. After sitting for 20 minutes, I see what looks like could be my order come out. They look at it, check the receipt, and put it in the warmer without saying a word. It was busy, so I wait for the line to die down then go up and ask for an updated ETA on my order. They walk over and grab the order they placed in the warmer 10 minutes earlier. I said, "so it has been ready?" And her response was "I guess so." No apology or anything. Not only did they make me wait extra time, they got the order wrong . . . Which I only noticed after I got home. read more

Love the new location. It's new and open concept with lots of room. The patio is ready to use but no TVs out there. I counted about 12 TVs inside. Their lunch special is a great deal! Service was quick and friendly. read more

When I go into a restaurant at 5:10 pm and it's almost empty I expect tables to be cleaned. Wouldn't you? Not at Barro's Pizza off Pinal. I went to four different booths before I found one clean. Manager is not doing their job in my opinion. I hear employees from the back so I know they're here. Makes no sense. read more

Like the new location of place and the new building, looks inviting. Shows more customers since now has more available parking.

Haven't been to Barro's in years, so I was so happy to see that they had online ordering and thin crust pizza! As much as I love their original crust I am watching my carbs and still wanted to indulge in some pizza. So glad that their toppings and crust are still so amazing! You know the pizza is good when it is still good cold. I got the thin crust with pepperoni and spinach for just $12--what an amazing deal! Thank you for not changing your original formula and still tasting great all these years later! Also the people working were so kind and sweet, so I will be back! read more

Food has been really good but the service is pathetic. I'll say again..PATHETIC!!! Three times in a row something was missing from the order then after complaint after complaint it comes out after everything else is finished. Then no one seems to want to take responsibility for the issue and I got mocked and back talked to by the line of really young girls that are at the front. read more

I'll tell you one thing their pizza is the best in Casa grande good customer service been going there for 7 Years Great Pl.

Should tell customers that it takes 25 minutes extra for takeout orders! This makes the customer feel like their takeout order is a second class citizen deal! Would not recommend for takeout orders! read more

Barro's Pizza - Italian sandwich I could've made myself! Ugh - Pizza Near Me - Casa Grande, Arizona

Good pizza and wings this place is roomy the workers there are nice gets busy on some days but not to bad

I've been to the old location many times. Went to the new one last night on our way back to the valley and the first thing noticeable were dirty tables, food and trash everywhere on the floor. Looked like the lobby hadn't been cleaned in hours. While the food we got was good and fresh, the cleanliness of the lobby made my skin crawl. My fiance used the men's room and he said there were feces and toilet paper in the stalls. Don't think we will be back to this location anytime soon hopefully it improves for the locals. read more

We ordered 2 XL pizzas and two sides with drinks... the receipt clearly states the order was put in at 2:20pm and was promised by 2:50pm False promises we didn't get the order until 3:30 pm You will not get your pizza as promised. I had to go and remind them about the order...bad buisness. There was one young lady that was helpful and got our order. In my opinion the food was not worth the wait. And if you're planning a big gathering or family dinner think twice. read more

I ordered my wings over the phone and ordered my wings the same everytime which is extra hard. I fine home to my wings still being soft in the middle so I cake the restaurant and told them that the wings was not fried extra hard and it was the manager that I spoke with that went back and forth with me about it as I have been ordering the same wings for years. The customer service was not good considering that the store was officially closed and I live 15-20 minutes away on the high way. I tried putting the wings on the air fryer to get it crispy and it wasn't the same. My daughter had the same complaint. We will not be going back anymore, we spend too much money for them not to cook things correctly. read more

I placed an order online. Went in to get my order with my receipt on my phone. I go to show the girl my receipt and she says my receipt won't work I have to have the last four digits of my card number. Since when is receipt not good enough to show that's my damn order?? She refused to give me my pizza even with my receipt. Finally I found the number I'm tired and I'm frustrated. I look at my receipt further and there you go the numbers she didn't take the time to look for on THEIR receipt!! I know something small to complain about. But after a long day all you want is to get your food for your kids and go home. Do better barros on Pinal!! I don't pay for you to hold my pizza hostage! read more

The staff was nice got my order right. The reason for a 2 star review is that it took over an hour to get my pizza. They said the printer ran out of paper. Ordered pizza and wings and took 2 hours to get my order. Called to see where my order was and they have teenagers who don't understand customer service operating the phones. I was given a 10" gluten free crust pizza and I ordered a regular large pizza, I did notice the price was a bit up there and they brought me out the tiniest pizza I ever seen (keep in mind I have 3 kids waiting on this pizza) so I couldn't help but chuckle on what they were gunna have to say about it lol. BUT I asked for a refund because I was under the impression I ordered something else.... Because they charged me 17-18$ for a tiny pizza with 4 slices. The manager asked if I wanted to have them remake it instead of a refund and again I assumed I would get the large I ordered. So I agreed. She then brings me ANOTHER TINY LITTLE PIZZA WITH REGULAR CRUST. Smh lol and I had also purchased mozzarella sticks at the store because they sounded delish. But again I was waiting for like 30 min to get the remake so of course the cheese sticks were now hard and non cheese stretchy. Sooo yea. The price for a XL PIZZA AND 24 WINGS is 34$ mind you...... I was charged 27$ in total for a tiny little four slice personal pizza and 6 mozzarella sticks. So when I received the second tiny teeny pizza I just laughed again and left. Ultimately the white pizza I normally get is NORMALLY great. But today I DEFINITELY paid way too much for a tiny pizza that my kids now have to share two bites per kid and I get to explain that to three kids under five years old. If you buy here just know the prices are more for less. read more

It's been hit or miss for me. When the pizza is good, it's the best around! However, other times I've gotten it, the pizza has been way overcooked to the point of being burnt and there's been very little sauce on it. The dining area is rarely clean no matter how empty the place is. I sure wish the good outweighed the bad. read more

I called in an order to pick up, didn't feel like cooking and decided to splurge on pizza and meatballs. Specifically a thin crust pepperoni 1/2 jalapeño with garlic, 2 orders of meatballs, and a salad. Got home-(about 15 min away)-no meatballs, but some undercooked wet hot wings in their place. The pizza was also undercooked, the bottom was soggy. Regular crust, not thin. The jalapeños were also wet, not cooked. No garlic anywhere on the pizza. I called of course. The girl that answered was very nice, and after speaking with the manager a few times I did get a "credit", which I guess when I go back to that establishment I have a credit. I cooked the pizza and wings and ended up eating a little of each my husband and I both feel like crap today. After that experience I have no desire to go back. Maybe just a bad night, or super busy as it was 4th of July Eve. Not sure, but it was a terrible experience and a waste of calories and splurge night. read more

Their food is delicious; just off the bat, I will give them that. Everything came out fresh and as we ordered it. (We got a pizza, ravioli, mozzarella sticks, and meatballs.) However, (literally 2/3rds) of the staff leave a lot to be desired. There were three servers/food runners. It was not busy and frankly, in my opinion only, the owners could cut costs not by charging nearly $1 each for condiments but by cutting more staff. Especially when they are too busy gabbing about their weekend plans and blatantly ignoring a very cordial older gentleman who just wanted a box for his pizza. There was one girl who was hustling and personally got handed a tip for her bustle. Didn't catch her name.. Anyhow, I understand the reason behind the S rating for equipment and silverware because the soda machines were not wiped down and when we asked for different silverware as ours were dirty, the forks were shown to me as if I'm blind and told, "No, they're clean--it's just water spots." Okay, learn to wipe down your forks and knives then. As I told my husband, I don't care if you took them to the back to spit shine, don't make the customer feel unreasonable for not wanting to put a dirty fork in their mouth. Retrain some of your staff or have a manager busting their butt on the floor and checking on patrons. Oh, and my husband's chair broke underneath him.. just sitting. He's not a big guy by any means. A little TLC and maintenance would go a long way at this fairly new location. Definitely check it out for the food if not for the service. read more

We would usually get our pizza from Barros but today we ordered half cheese and half Kona and this is what we got! Its very disappointing.. 12/20 UPDATE when we reported about the pizza they told us that they will give us a credit (a month later we called to redeem the credit and unfortunately the cashier /person taking order had a hard tike lookinn for the credit so we had to talk to a manager) and NOT ONLY the gave the same size we ordered they gave 12 pcs wings which they didnt have to really.. but for the inconvenienceand patient satisfaction they did.. read more

Awful. Waited 40 minutes in a near empty, dirty restaurant . We only ordered two sandwiches and they forgot about them. Very sloppy, tons of condiments dripping all over, could only taste mustard and the bread was burnt with incorrect ingredients. Watched the sandwiches sit in the window as they threw around tickets trying to figure out what was what. We finally asked an employee if they were our sandwiches and they reacted with relief because they didn't know whose they were. Customer deliveries were out of order. Very sad since I used to go to the original Barro's in Phoenix. This location needs investigation for sanitation and poor management. Will never come to this location again. read more

New in town and this was the 2nd time We ordered. Same pizza. The first was as good a pizza as I've had in years, the 2nd not so much. Appears there is no consistency in the same pizza. The 2nd pizza crust was totally different, a lot less toppings and in fact 1/2 of pizza had no toppings at all from the crust to about 3" in, soggy crust in center, For $19 it had better be good and the same time after time, which it is not. read more
