I was completely undecided on which kibble to buy when I was trying to choose between 3 brands, and an employee around the corner of an aisle was kind enough to notice and offer his help. He was patient enough to talk me through each brand and get to know the food I had/was giving my pup. He was super knowledgeable, transparently informative, and gave honest feedback on brands that were more higher in protein, that changing foods too much can hurt a dog's digestion (which I had no idea), & how and why Costco's kibble is as cost-effective as it is since I was curious about that. When I asked him his name, his name was Robert, and later as I was checking out, found out he was actually their store's Manager. No wonder!

I frequent this Petco since it's close to my house and purchase food for my pet dog. The stored is always well maintained and stocked with the products my dog loves. The staff here are very friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. I love using the app to ear rewards and receive discounts to certain products.

Grooming service is great! I have been here twice for both of my french bulldogs. They have bad anxiety when coming to the groomers but Melissa & LaShan were exceptional with them. You can tell LaShan loves what she does! Thank you again for a great grooming experience.

My cat lulu recommended it. She loves the fact that it is close to home and they are stocked up with her favorite treats.

The cut under her left front leg which she was not supposed to be shaved!!!

She's settled back into our household beautifully, and her training has been going incredibly well. We practice her commands every day, and she's noticeably calmer, more responsive, and an absolute joy to take on walks. Overall, the time she spent away was well worth it. She came home with a solid foundation, and we've gained the knowledge and tools to continue reinforcing her training. We'll definitely be sending her back for boarding and refresher training while we're abroad later this year because we couldn't trust Juan and his team more. Juan has also been excellent with communication, always taking the time to answer our questions and provide guidance. We highly recommend him and his team to anyone looking for quality dog training.

From day one, Juan provided exceptional customer service. He was never pushy, took the time to explain the training process, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and was always easy to reach whenever I needed him. I ultimately chose the 5-week off-leash obedience program. As difficult as it was to leave my puppy for that long, it was absolutely worth it. My dog came home calmer, more confident, and with a much better understanding of commands such as stay, down, place, come, yes, and no. She listens significantly better and is clearly more focused and well-mannered. Oh and let me not forgot to mention she is now crate trained and potty trained. She now sleeps comfortably in her crate and understands that potty time happens outside. The facility itself is beautiful, private, and extremely clean. I also want to give a special shoutout to Dom for the incredible care and dedication he showed my dog during her stay. If you're considering professional training for your dog, I highly recommend reaching out to Juan and his team. The investment was one of the best decisions I've made for my dog. and I'm so grateful for the foundation they've helped build for her future.

One rule was we were going to train her to be his service dog to help with mobility issues and we had to decide who to use to train her. We started off with the typical Petsmart training classes which were also great for what it was but knew we needed more. We called multiple trainers, had multiple consultations and no one we meshed with until we found Reymond. We started off with one class and even in the first class he gave us such amazing advice on training Hunny, techniques and was just a kind soul. We signed her up for private training lessons and he has helped Hunny to overcome some fears and training in real life vs a pet store. We were able to take her with us on a short Vegas trip where she was perfect. You tell me what young dog is able to lay down and settle at a Japanese Bbq place where all we are doing is grilling delicious meat and eating tons of food. So if you are wondering if you should hire Reymond and his company I am going to say yes, you won't regret it. A bonus is he also has group training classes that are very economical. With Reymond's help I know that Hunny will become an amazing service dog for my husband. Also, if ur lucky u get to pet his dog Pluto and give him some string cheese :)

We absolutely LOVE Whittier Dog Club and cannot say enough amazing things about their trainers,…read morestaff, and the care they have given our Dottie! We enrolled Dottie in their 20-day training package and have also continued with their daycare programs, and the experience has been incredible. One of the biggest improvements we have seen is with Dottie's walking. Being a puppy, she had a lot to learn, and the trainers have put so much time, patience, and consistency into working with her. The difference from when she started to now is amazing. What I especially appreciate about their training program is that there is an actual goal and plan for your dog. From the initial evaluation, they explain what they will be working on, what your dog needs, and how they plan to get there. By the end of the program, you can truly SEE the progress and all of the work that has been put into your dog. We have taken Dottie to other daycares, and Whittier Dog Club is completely different. It isn't just 40 dogs put together in one room running around all day. Everything is structured and intentional. The dogs have a routine, and the staff continues to reinforce that structure throughout the entire day. This has been especially important to us while Dottie is going through her puppy stages because she isn't just getting exercise and socialization -- she is continuing to learn appropriate behaviors, boundaries, and routines while she is there. The staff is always so welcoming, and you can genuinely tell how much they care about each and every dog in their care. They take the time to know the dogs individually, and I 100% feel confident dropping Dottie off knowing she is in the best hands. That peace of mind means so much to us. Another thing that makes Whittier Dog Club so special is the community they have created outside of training and daycare. We LOVE being able to take Dottie to community events with the Dog Club and joining the pack walks. Getting to meet and spend time with other pet parents who are part of the club makes the experience even better. It truly feels like being part of a family rather than simply taking your dog somewhere for training or daycare. Whittier Dog Club has become such an important part of Dottie's development, and we are so grateful for the time, effort, patience, and love their team has put into her. Watching her grow and seeing the progress she has made has been so rewarding. If you are looking for a place that combines quality training, structured daycare, socialization, and people who genuinely care about your dog, I cannot recommend Whittier Dog Club enough. We are so happy we found them!

What we loved the most about him is that he is a very straightforward owner and doesn't try to push anything on you. We went to many consults and felt like often times the owners worked more as salesman than actual dog trainers who cared about the dogs. We elected for a 4-week board and train and they kept us updated throughout the entering process and even sent us weekly video updates. The results were night and day. Not only did they help train our dog but what was most important is they took the time and effort to train US (arguably the more important training) on how to continue training at home. We are unequivocally Whittier Dog Club fans and will mentioned them to anyone looking for the right training facility for their dogs.

We definitely recommend Andi!…read more We originally reached out to Andi for consultations regarding both of our Maltipoos, Kiki and Coco. During our initial phone consultation, Andi was incredibly honest and genuine. After learning more about our dogs, she felt that Kiki was the one who would benefit most from formal training and suggested that we could apply what we learned with Kiki to Coco as well. We really appreciated that she didn't try to upsell us on training for both dogs when she easily could have. That immediately showed us how much she genuinely cares about helping dogs and their families. At the time, Kiki was about six months old and was extremely reactive to just about everything in the outside world. We were looking for someone whose methods aligned with our values, and we loved Andi's positive reinforcement approach. Kiki completed Andi's six-week program, and the growth we've seen has been incredible. What sets Andi apart is that she isn't focused solely on teaching dogs tricks or obedience commands. She truly cares about each dog's emotional well-being and how they're feeling throughout the process. We learned so much--not just about Kiki, but about ourselves as dog owners. Andi helped us understand how our own behaviors and responses can shape our dogs, which was eye-opening and incredibly valuable. Of course, the work doesn't stop when the training sessions end. It takes consistency and ongoing practice at home, but Andi gave us the tools and confidence to continue building on Kiki's progress. The effort has been absolutely worth it. One of the best parts is that we were able to use many of the same training methods with our older Maltipoo, Coco, and she learned and benefited from them as well. Andi actively encouraged this, which we really appreciated. If you're looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate, and ethical trainer who truly puts dogs' well-being first, we wholeheartedly recommend Andi and Diamond Dog Training.

As you told me directly before I enrolled Theo in your board-and-train program -- and as shown in…read moreour messages attached here -- the program was supposed to include basic commands, leash manners including pulling, potty training, crate training, socialization, and behavioral issues such as jumping, nipping, and crying, and etc. You also specifically stated that the program included 2 training videos for me to continue working with Theo when he gets back home and 1 follow-up lesson. Now you are saying that these behaviors require continued consistency and reinforcement after the dog returns home. But how was I supposed to properly continue and reinforce the training when you never provided me with the promised training videos or the follow-up lesson? Please do not shift responsibility onto the dog. Theo is an American Cocker Spaniel, a breed widely known for being intelligent and trainable. You knew his breed, age, and behavioral issues before accepting him into your program and taking my payment. If you believed those issues could not be meaningfully addressed within your program, that should have been communicated before I paid you -- not after the fact as an explanation for why there was no progress. I do not need you to tell me that you "understand that my expectations were not met." These were not simply my expectations. These were services that YOU specifically told me were included in the program and that I paid you to provide. I expected you to do what you promised. More importantly, I have seen no meaningful progress in the very behaviors you were hired to address. Theo already knew basic commands such as sit, down, stay before he stayed with you. Yet after three weeks in your care, he still pulls on the leash, bites my hands, chews walls and other things in the house, has potty accidents, and has even urinated inside his crate. Based on the results I have seen, the issues I specifically hired you to work on were not resolved or meaningfully improved. It has now been more than a month since Theo came home. You had plenty of time to send the 2 promised training videos, provide the 1 follow-up lesson, and return Theo's favorite toys that were left with you. Instead, my messages were repeatedly ignored. What is especially concerning is that after weeks of being unable to get a response or the services you promised, I posted an honest review describing my experience -- and suddenly you have time to respond and offer to come over. At this point, I am no longer comfortable working with you. My trust in you as a trainer has been completely lost. Based on my personal experience, I would not feel comfortable recommending that other dog owners leave their pets in your care. I am requesting a refund of the amount I paid for this program. You have already contacted me right after I posted my review here, and I asked for a refund, and so far my request has also been ignored.

It's made these classes invaluable and let me tell you some reasons why ... - your fur babies get trained via the knowledgeable, incredibly patient trainers training YOU, the parent (handler) - the social environment with other dogs and people around WHILE your baby gets trained by what you learn (they get used to all the distractions like in the outside world) as they are learning and it becomes a norm for them and helps with less skiddish behavior and able to focus better even with distractions - the variety of classes ... from beginner puppy to advanced levels and fun classes like different Agility class levels and even Pilates and playgroups for different sizes and personality types of dogs - did I mention the awesome trainers? They are always willing to answer your questions and eager to help in whatever way they can. This I signed up for the VIP program and honestly was a bit hesitant at first because of the price. But it really has been money so well spent. Don't get me wrong ... you have to put your time into it too in doing what you learned in class while at home and really thru-out any time you are not in class but talk about setting your dog up for success! It helps ease a lot of frustration between you and your dog when you help them understand you and you understand them so much more thru the bonding in this process of learning.
