owner tried to take money from me after agreeing to full refund!! i had cadillac converter issues…read more he did mention to me that they dont make them "the same" anymore. i still agreed to move forward with replacement. but he did not mention that he was putting a aftermarket one on my car!!!! if i would have knew that i would not have moved forward!!! then after multiple times my check engine light kept coming on, i told him im sure you guys are great at what you do but maybe you guys just dont specialize in cadillac converters and thats ok. just be honest. he was very rude and argumentative and said, ok ill put your old on back in, give you a full refund and you take it somehwere else since you think we are "lying" to you. which i never said.!! again, very rude and unprofessional. as i agreed to just get my old converter put in and get my full refund back, his assistant was short 29 bucks!! he tried to refund me 938.00 when if fact i spent 967.00 and i had the receipt to show proof and im glad i did!! so once that was presented to her, she gave me the full amount! im all for paying for anything i need done to my car, but what i dont like is being lied to and just making up stuff like saying they dont make converters like that anymore when in fact, they just put in an aftermarket one in, which is why my light still kept coming back on! and then on top of that not really being able to tell me why it keeps coming on, just that they dont make them the same anymore!! and guessing on other things it could be and not being sure!! again all i asked for is honesty, and clearly converters are just not their field and thats ok!! but i dont recommend this place, and i will not be coming back! i dont like when people make up things about my car thats not true, trying to add more issues to my car that i never had problems with before!
