Soka, our coonhound follows us all over the house in the morning making sure she is not left behind. From the live cams we can see our old dog Jim laying in the sun and welcoming others to nap with him. Noah and Soka run and play with others all day long. Teddy, our puppy, runs and runs with the other pups, then they all nap and start all over again. Our pups are happy, and tired when they get home.

I called ahead and they told me to come on when I could. I arrived and they treated my dog and in a kind manner. We were on our way in a few short minutes. I could tell by the way my dog acted (normal, not upset at all) afterwards that he had been treated in a compassionate manner by these fine folks.

He's very callous in my opinion and threatened to put my dogs up for adoption due an urgent situation that I was going through. I also gave the review a 3 because my dogs were there for a little over a month and they were supposed to have taken one of my dogs to a grooming appointment and never did. I received a text stating she was en route to the appointment, etc. Later on that day, I received another text stating this was all a mix up.When I went to pick them up, my Westie's hair on her rear was thin and dingy as if she had been sitting in urine the whole time she was there.

She is totally pooped when I go pick her up. There's an app you can download to see your pup through out the day. Although, we had some issue with staff being lazy and not paying attention to the dogs. My dog was getting beat up by another dog. The staff member was clearly on his phone and paid no attention. But this issue has been resolved. That was the only complaint I had and the manager/boss has addressed the issue. Other than that, this is a great place! Would definitely recommend!!

They are such a blessing for days that the girls wouldn't be able to play outside at home, due to the weather. They go above and beyond and even listen to feedback. I am so grateful that there are people like them that truly care about your pets just as much as you care about them. I highly recommend this place! One of my favorite features is it's so much fun to be able to see them interacting on camera. They clean thoroughly each night and make sure the girls eat. My dog has always boycotted her food during boarding and I've tried everything- I thought- from wet food, treats, even medicine. But little did I know that warm water is the trick but in a plastic bowl... like how did they figure this out? With care and knowledge I would say. The fact that they took the time to figure our girl out was so amazing. When I picked up they quickly mentioned that she ate so well and I was shocked. I was a little concerned but , thought I will just ask them when I book another appointment if they give them any sedation. They assured me no way we don't do this . I then said ok just asking because of the way he acted but I said maybe he was just overly tired . I trust you guys. I get a call back 5 min later telling me that they do not want me coming back . Very interesting don't you think ? Because I ask a question I was told not to return ? Well of course now I am concerned. So, that's fine I will not be returning but , I do not think this is a very good way to conduct business and it does make me question things even more.
