A few weeks ago, we adopted our sweet Great Pyrenees, Keeper, from an animal shelter. She had been through so much in her young life--neglect, abuse, she was covered in ticks, fleas and severe matting that made her grooming a major challenge. Despite an already busy Saturday, the amazing team at PetSuites made time to squeeze her in for an emergency groom. It was a long process, taking hours due to the severity of her condition, but they handled it with such patience, compassion, and care. They communicated with us every step of the way, ensuring we were comfortable with each decision they made, and it was clear they were as invested in Keeper's well-being as we were. Their kindness didn't stop there. Our other Great Pyrenees, Awesome, has attended their puppy daycare several times, and every single time we walk in, they greet him (and us!) by name. They remember his personality, ask about him, and truly treat us like family. There is no better feeling than knowing your pets are in the hands of people who genuinely love and care for them. The staff seem to really interact with the animals, as can be seen on the lobby monitors and internet webcams. Bring your own bed, food, or let Bow Wow set you up with theirs. Behavior classes are available on an individual basis, and basic grooming and boosters (bordatella is required twice yearly, unlike our vet requires, but they did it for us on check-in) can be done on site as well. An exit bath will have you ready to hug and kiss your fluffy fur baby when you retrieve them at pick up. After big name stores' high prices and vet services which had me barking mad, this has been a dream come true- high quality pet care at a reasonable price! Dr. Cox has been the family vet for years already so I knew I could trust him. Recently Dr. Mobley joined (I think he bought the place actually) and he hasn't disappointed either. We of course haven't had much need except for the yearly visits (for all three of our dogs) until recently. One of my sweet puppies (she was 8) got sick and we had moved 45-50 minutes east of Olive Branch so I had seen a different vet a couple of times. I regret not sticking with All Animal Hospital. After not getting results from the other vet regarding her rapid decline, I brought my girl back to All Animal Hospital. Unfortunately, the damage was too much and my sweet Sadie didn't make it. I have never had to go through this type of situation before, having to make difficult decisions. Dr. Mobley told me and my husband exactly what we needed to know to make the right decision and when asked for his opinion, he gave it with honesty and empathy. I am thankful for everything he did even though the outcome was not what I expected. Since making the decision to put my sweet girl out of suffering, we have received such sweet and caring correspondence from All Animal Hospital including a hand written condolence card.
